The mask system comprises a structural member and a fabric. The fabric is formed by yarns woven over at least part of an outer surface of the structural member. The overall structure of the fabric and the structural member is not only structurally stable and provides corresponding functions, but also provides users with good comfort and air permeability when the structural member is in contact with the user's body, thereby improving user satisfaction. The fabric has no protruding interfaces, and the overall structure of the fabric and the structural member has no protruding areas, thereby avoiding discomfort to the face or the head of users. Moreover, when the shape of the structural member is complex, the yarns can still be woven over the outer surface of the structural member, so that the modeling and use requirements of the mask system can be met.

The non-detachable connection method is to use the assembly sequence of the parts, and the cloth is directly used as a part of the assembly; it is equivalent to disassembling the parts that can be integrally formed into multiple parts, and assembling them with the cloth, which is complicated to process. In the prior art, the cloth can also be molded into an integral part with the silicone or plastic parts, and the integrally formed parts can be used to make the bone beam arm or headband assembly of the frame assembly. The product has the advantages of good comfort and strong breathability in use. However, the integral molding of the cloth and the silicone or plastic parts requires high process technology, high cost, and is not easy to produce.
