- the temperature control fan 5 is controlled to be turned on intermittently:
- the ambient temperature is lower than the ambient threshold, the drying temperature is lower than the first drying threshold, the exhaust temperature is higher than the first exhaust threshold, and the exhaust temperature is lower than the second exhaust threshold;
- the drying temperature is lower than the second drying threshold, and at the same time, the exhaust temperature is lower than the third exhaust threshold or the condensation temperature is lower than the first condensation threshold, the exhaust temperature is not lower than the preset fourth exhaust threshold or the condensation temperature is not lower than the preset second condensation threshold.
- the temperature control fan 5 remains in the closed state:
- the temperature control fan 5 is turned on, off or intermittently turned on in combination with the ambient temperature, drying temperature, exhaust temperature and condensing temperature, which helps to improve the control accuracy of the drying temperature and thus improve the drying quality.
- Step 1 First determine whether the ambient temperature is less than D°C (D is 30-40°C, preferably 38°C). If it is, it means that the ambient temperature is not high and it belongs to medium and low temperature working conditions. The process goes to step 2. Otherwise, it is a high temperature working condition and goes to step 13.
- D°C D is 30-40°C, preferably 38°C
- Step 2 further determine whether the drying temperature T3 is ⁇ (K+1)°C (K ranges from 35°C to 70°C, preferably 37°C and 65°C). If so, it means that the drying temperature has exceeded the limit and needs to be lowered immediately. In this case, go to step 3. Otherwise, go to step 7.
- Step 3 Keep the temperature-controlled fan on to lower the drying temperature.
- Step 4 Determine whether the drying temperature T3 is less than or equal to K°C (i.e. the required drying temperature). If so, it means that the drying temperature has been effectively controlled, and the process goes to step 5. Otherwise, it means that the drying temperature is still not effectively controlled, and go to step 3 to maintain the temperature control fan on.
- T3 is less than or equal to K°C. The purpose is to prevent the drying temperature from being over-corrected, so it becomes K. Another reason is that if it is K+1, once the temperature sensor fluctuates slightly, it will be greater than or equal to K+1 for a while, and less than K+1 for a while. The judgment values are too close, which is not conducive to control. Otherwise, the drying temperature fluctuates too much, which is not conducive to system control.
- Step 5 Turn off the temperature control fan.
- Step 6 Further determine whether the drying process is completed. If so, go to step 24; otherwise, go to step 2 to continue detecting and determining whether the drying temperature exceeds the limit value.
- Step 7 Although the drying temperature does not exceed the limit value, the drying temperature needs to be pre-controlled, so it is further determined whether the exhaust temperature T2 is ⁇ M°C (M is 70-85°C, preferably 80°C). If so, it means that the exhaust temperature is high and the drying temperature has a tendency to increase, so go to step 8. Otherwise, it means that the possibility of further increase in the drying temperature is small, so the process goes to step 12.
- M is 70-85°C, preferably 80°C
- Step 8 Further determine whether the exhaust temperature T2 is ⁇ N°C (N is 85-100°C, preferably 90°C). If so, it means that the exhaust temperature is at a high level, the drying temperature has an obvious upward trend, and the temperature control fan needs to immediately participate in the temperature control work. The process goes to step 9. Otherwise, it means that the drying temperature has a general upward trend, and the process goes to step 10.
- Step 9 Keep the temperature-controlled fan on to control the drying temperature.
- Step 10 Turn the temperature-controlled fan on for X minutes and off for Y minutes (X is 1 to 5 minutes, preferably 2 minutes, Y is 1 to 5 minutes, preferably 1 minute), and repeat this cycle to slowly suppress the trend of increasing drying temperature.
- Step 11 further determine whether the drying process is completed, if so, go to step 24, otherwise go to step 2, and continue to detect and determine whether the drying temperature exceeds the limit value.
- Step 12 Keep the temperature control fan off and go to step 11.
- Step 13 Determine whether the drum inlet air temperature T3 is ⁇ (K+1)°C (K ranges from 35 to 70°C, preferably 37°C and 65°C). If not, it means that the drying temperature does not exceed the limit value, and then go to step 18 to further determine the subsequent trend of the drying temperature. If yes, it means that the drying temperature has exceeded the limit value, and the drying temperature needs to be lowered immediately, and then go to step 14.
- Step 14 Keep the temperature-controlled fan on to lower the drying temperature.
- Step 15 Determine whether the drying temperature T3 is less than or equal to K°C. If so, it means that the drying temperature has been effectively controlled and go to step 16. Otherwise, go to step 14 and keep the temperature control fan turned on.
- Step 16 Turn off the temperature control fan.
- Step 17 Further determine whether the drying process is completed, if so, go to step 24, otherwise go to step 13.
- Step 18 Determine whether the exhaust temperature T 2 ⁇ N°C or the condensation temperature T 1 ⁇ P°C (N is 85-100°C, preferably 90°C, P is 65-75°C, preferably 70°C). If so, it means that the drying temperature has an obvious upward trend, and the temperature control fan needs to immediately participate in the temperature control work and go to step 19; otherwise, go to step 21.
- Step 19 Keep the temperature-controlled fan on to control the drying temperature.
- Step 23 Turn the temperature control fan ON for W minutes and OFF for Z minutes (W is 1 to 5 minutes, preferably 4 minutes, Y is 1 to 5 minutes, preferably 1 minute), and repeat this cycle to slowly suppress the trend of increasing drying temperature. The process then goes to step 20.
