- 160 g of sodium cocoyl isethionate, 20 g of lauryl glucoside, 20 g of lauryl betaine, 4 g of polyquaternium 10, 10 g of D-panthenol, 2 g of hydrolyzed keratin, 2 g of sodium chloride, and 2 g of broccoli seed oil were dissolved in 600 g of purified water at 50°C, and a powder was manufactured using a spray dryer. After manufacturing, drying was performed in an oven at approximately 50°C to remove residual water, and the maximum size of the solid particles was confirmed using a sieve.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne des particules solides comprenant un composant liquide, des particules en grappe et un produit cosmétique solide les comprenant, et leur procédé de fabrication. Un produit cosmétique solide selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : la canalisation de pores pour alimenter rapidement et uniformément l'intérieur avec de l'eau, une solution aqueuse, ou un liquide hydrophile depuis l'extérieur; une pluralité d'agrégats formés de particules solides contenant un principe actif liquide ayant une solubilité dans l'eau; et un principe actif adhésif pour faire adhérer ou lier la pluralité d'agrégats les uns aux autres, les pores de canalisation étant formés par l'adhérence ou la liaison entre la pluralité d'agrégats.
