La présente invention concerne une tôle magnétique en acier à grains non orientés dans laquelle : la composition chimique d'un matériau de base contient, en % en masse, une proportion inférieure ou égale à 0,0050 % de C, une proportion supérieure à 3,50 % mais inférieure ou égale à 4,50 % de Si, moins de 0,60 % de Mn, de 0,25 à 0,65 % d'Al, une proportion inférieure ou égale à 0,030 % de P, une proportion inférieure ou égale à 0,0020 % de S, une proportion inférieure ou égale à 0,0040 % de N, moins de 0,0040 % de Ti, moins de 0,0040 % de Nb, moins de 0,0040 % de Zr, moins de 0,0040 % de V, moins de 0,200 % de Cu, moins de 0,500 % de Ni, et du Sn et/ou du Sb en une proportion totale inférieure ou égale à 0,030 %, le complément étant constitué de Fe et d'impuretés ; [4,3≤Si+Al+0,5×Mn≤5,0] est satisfaite ; la taille moyenne de grains cristallins du matériau de base est supérieure à 40 µm mais inférieure ou égale à 140 µm, le degré d'intégration de la direction {111} est supérieur ou égal à 3,0, le degré d'intégration de la direction {110} est inférieur ou égal à 0,15 ; et l'épaisseur de tôle est de 0,10 à 0,30 mm.
