Abstract

La présente divulgation appartient au domaine des produits en sachet sans tabac destinés à être administrés par voie orale pour administrer des substances actives à un utilisateur. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un sachet perméable à la salive comprenant une composition humide sans tabac destinée à être administrée par voie orale, ladite composition contenant i) un excipient contenant une fibre d'origine végétale, telle que la cellulose microcristalline (MCC) ; ii) un régulateur de pH, tel que le carbonate de sodium, et iii) l'arecoline, ladite composition contenant d'environ 0,05 % en poids à environ 30 % en poids, par exemple d'environ 3 % en poids à environ 15 % en poids, d'arécoline sur la base du poids total de ladite composition. La présente divulgation concerne l'utilisation d'un tel produit en tant qu'alternative à un produit à base de tabac et/ou de nicotine.
