La présente invention concerne un couteau à gâteau roulé comprenant une partie de liaison et des parties de coupe disposées sur les extrémités respectives, dans le sens de la longueur, de la partie de liaison. Des parties de flexion sont disposées entre la partie de liaison et les parties de coupe, des deux côtés de la première, permettant aux parties de coupe de fléchir au niveau des parties de flexion de façon à se faire face l'une l'autre.
