对实施例1、实施例2、实施例11和对比例1所制得的液体制剂(以下简称样品)进行品吸过程心率测试。测试方法为:品吸人员在品吸测试前一晚进行尼古丁戒断,品吸当天上午9时进行品吸过程心率测试。在品吸前,将心率测试仪器佩戴好(心率测试仪器为乐普心安宝ER1),整个品吸过程全程监测心率的实时变化。心率仪器佩戴调试好后,进行2分钟的基准心率测试。待心率平稳后,开始品吸过程的心率监测,使用RELX5代烟杆(搭配不同实施例和对比例的样品),共抽吸5口烟气(每口抽吸3s,相邻两口之间间隔27s),品吸全程时间约2.5min,记录下每一口烟气开始抽吸的时间。品吸完后,接着再监测1min的心率变化,然后结束实验。结束一个样品后,戒断2小时,再进行下一个样品的品吸过程心率测试。测试结果如图1和2所示,其中图1的平均归一化心率为品吸过程中的平均监测心率与平均基准心率的比值,图2的归一化心率为品吸过程中的实时监测心率与上述2分钟内平均基准心率的比值。The liquid preparations prepared in Example 1, Example 2, Example 11 and Comparative Example 1 (hereinafter referred to as samples) were tested for heart rate during the smoking process.
