L'invention concerne une composition nettoyante et/ou démaquillante pour matières kératiniques, comprenant : a) au moins un tensioactif amphotère, b) au moins un copolymère d'acrylates, et c) une quantité de 0,3 % en poids ou plus d'au moins un agent actif de blanchiment, par rapport au poids total de la composition. La composition présente une valeur de pH de 7 ou plus.
