Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention is a machine for multiple rotary bundling of cigarette packs (P) comprising a chamber (2) comprising a channel (1 ) positioned on legs (3) with a beam (4) between them, positioned in the opening formed in the lower part of the channel (1 ), capable of up-and-down movement, which transfers the filled multi-cigarette pack (P) to the channel (1 ), a shoe (12) that pushes the package (P) in the channel (1 ), a rotating drum (5) connected to a foot (3) positioned at the bottom of the channel (1 ), on which a coating material (6) is wrapped, the package (P) being wrapped in the material (6), an outlet chamber (7) in which the package (P) in the drum (5) is heated and sealed, which is also reached by the movement of the drum (5)
Again, the following process steps are performed with the inventive machine; cutting the coating material (6) wound on a drum (5) by a cutter (53) also positioned on the drum (5) when it reaches a sufficient length, applying vacuum through the drum (5) by means of holes (52) formed in the drum (5) for adhesion of the coating material (6) wound on the drum (5) to the outer surface of the drum (5), filling the multipack (P) into a movable chamber (2) at the bottom of a channel (1 ), movement of the chamber (2) upwards, driven by a linear actuator (22), up to the level of a channel (1 ), pushing the multipack (P) in the chamber (2) aligned with the channel (1 ) into the channel (1 ) by means of a shoe (12) driven by a linear actuator (11 ) into a drum (5), the package (P) arriving at the drum (5) during pushing; at the entrance of the drum (5), the package (P) entering the drum (5) by being wrapped all-round I completely in the direction of the entrance to a coating material (6) wrapped on the drum (5), sealing of the package (P) wrapped with material (6) entering the drum (5) by heating in the direction of the shoe (12) pushing it, releasing the package (P) in the drum (5) into the outlet chamber (7), driven by a linear actuator (71 ), final sealing of the package (P) by heating it in the outlet chamber (7), lowering the chamber (2) again to refill the pack (P), cutting the coating material (6) wound on a drum (5) by a cutter (53) also positioned on the drum (5) again when it reaches a sufficient length,
Figure 1 shows a general perspective view of the chamber (2) of the inventive machine. As can be seen in the figure, there is a channel (1 ) at the top of the machine, which is formed by hollowing out. Said channel (1 ) is positioned on the legs (3). The machine is supported by a beam (4) between the legs (3).
In the inner part of the channel (1 ), the multiple cigarette packs (p) to be rolled move forward. A chamber (2) is positioned in the opening formed at the bottom of said channel (1 ). The chamber (2) is movable up and down and transfers the multiple cigarette packs (P) filled at the bottom upwards to the channel (1 ).
Figure 2 shows a front view of the package (P) feeding into the chamber (2) of the inventive machine. The multi-cigarette pack (P) is filled in the chamber (2), the chamber (2) moves up to feed the pack (P) into the channel (1 ). A linear actuator (22) is positioned at the bottom of the chamber (2) to provide this vertical chamber (2) movement, seen from another angle in Figure 3. A further linear actuator (11 ), also shown in figure 3, is positioned to drive the movement of the package (P) in the channel (1 ). The linear actuator (11 ) drives a shoe (12) in the channel (1 ).
Figure 4 shows a perspective view of the upward movement of the chamber (2) from which the package (P) is fed. With this upward movement, the chamber (2) moves to the level of the channel (1 ). The package (P) is then moved by the forward movement of the shoe (12), which is driven by the linear actuator (11 ), as shown in figure 6 (figure 6). The shoe (12) shown in Figure 6 presses the package (P) and sets it in motion. The package (P) leaves the chamber (2) and moves along the channel (1 ) to a drum (5). A coating material (6) is wound on the drum (5). Then this material (6) will be wrapped on the package (P) and the coating process will be realized.
As can also be seen in figure 5, said drum (5) is connected to the leg (3) positioned at the bottom of the channel (1 ) by means of a connecting piece (51 ). The package (P), shown in Figure 6, rests on the drum (5) and the wrapped coating material (6) on the drum (5) by means of the shoe (12) pushing it from behind.
Figure 7 shows a perspective view of the machine of the invention, where the package (P) in the chamber (2) is fed to the drum (5). According to the figure, the package (P) is pushed into the drum (5) by means of the shoe (12) and allowed to enter the rotating drum (5).
Figure 8 shows a perspective view of the machine of the invention, in which the package (P) in the chamber (2) is coated with the coating material (6) in the drum (5). According to the figure, the package (P) is pushed into the drum (5) by the shoe (12), while the package (P) is pushed into the coating material (6) wrapped on the drum (5) and wrapped and enters the drum (5). In this way, the drum (5) is wrapped in the coating material (6). Holes (52) are formed on said drum (5). These holes (52) pull the wrapped coating material (6) on the drum (5) with the vacuum to be applied from the inside and ensure that it adheres to the drum (5), does not slip and the coating process is performed accurately.
Figures 9 and 10 show a perspective view of the inventive machine, in which the package (P) positioned in the drum (5) is coated by heating with the coating material (6) in the drum (5). According to the figure, the package (P) positioned in the drum (5) is wrapped with the coating material (6). The heating and sealing process is carried out with the shoe (12) applying pressure from the side of the package (P) facing the channel (1 ).
Figure 11 shows the drum (5) of the inventive machine rotating counterclockwise to convey the coated packages (P) to the outlet chamber (7). During the rotation of the drum (5), the coating material (6) taken from a feed (61 ) is captured by the vacuum applied by the holes (52) and the coating material (6) is wrapped around the drum (5) so as to cover half of the drum (5) again.
Figure 12 shows a perspective view of the inventive machine cutting the required coating material (6) prepared for the coating process. According to the figure, when the coating material (6) rewound on the drum (5) reaches a sufficient length, it is cut by a cutter (53) also located on the drum (5).
Figure 13 shows a perspective view of the machine of the invention, in which, thanks to the mechanism in the drum (5), when the next package (5) enters the drum (5) for coating, the package (P) in the drum (5) is dropped into the outlet chamber (7).
Figure 14 shows a perspective view of the machine according to the invention with a linear actuator (71 ) driving a linear actuator (72, 73) in the outlet chamber (7), final sealing with the upper and lower heaters (72, 73) and releasing the packages (P) into the outlet chamber (7). The package (P) is heated and sealed by means of an upper heater (72) located at the top and a lower heater (73) located at the bottom (figure 15).
