Abstract

The present invention relates to an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition using a silicone elastomer gel stably supporting a water-soluble component and, more specifically, to an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition to which a water-soluble component can be stably applied by using a silicone elastomer gel capable of collecting the water-soluble component. The oil-dispersed cosmetic composition according to the present invention can stabilize the water-soluble component in an oil-soluble product without leaving traces of the water-soluble component, and thus has the advantage of being suitable for applying the water-soluble component to the oil-soluble product.

도 4에 의하면, 엘라스토머 겔로 다이메티콘*다이메티콘크로스폴리머를 사용한 비교예 7의 경우 유분산 화장료 조성물에 잔여 수용성 성분이 남지 않고 잘 담지된 것으로 확인되었으나, 하이드로제네이티드폴리아이소부텐*에틸렌/프로필렌/스티렌코폴리머*부틸렌/에틸렌/스티렌코폴리머*펜타에리스리틸테트라-다이-티-부틸하이드록시하이드로신나메이트를 사용한 비교예 8의 경우 유분산 화장료 조성물에 담지 되지 않은 잔여 수용성 성분이 뚜렷하게 관찰되었다.According to FIG. 4, in the case of Comparative Example 7 using dimethicone*dimethicone crosspolymer as an elastomer gel, it was confirmed that the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition was well supported without any residual water-soluble components remaining, but in the case of Comparative Example 8 using hydrogenated polyisobutene*ethylene/propylene/styrene copolymer*butylene/ethylene/styrene copolymer*pentaerythrityl tetra-di-t-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate, residual water-soluble components that were not supported in the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition were clearly observed.

상기 비교예 7 및 8에 대하여 실험예 2와 동일한 방법으로 착색력 및 발림성을 평가한 후, 그 결과를 표 7에 나타내었다.For the above comparative examples 7 and 8, the coloring power and spreadability were evaluated in the same manner as in experimental example 2, and the results are shown in Table 7.

실험예 5. 유화제 종류에 따른 비교 실험Experimental Example 5. Comparative Experiment by Type of Emulsifier

(1) 실시예 및 비교예의 제조(1) Manufacture of examples and comparative examples

유화제 성분을 달리하여도 본 발명이 목적하는 효과가 달성되는지 확인하기 위하여, 상기 표 1에서 유화제 성분의 종류만을 달리하여 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 실시예 및 비교예를 제조하였다. 실시예 및 비교예에 사용된 유화제 성분은 하기 표 8와 같다.In order to confirm whether the desired effect of the present invention is achieved even if the emulsifier component is changed, examples and comparative examples were prepared in the same manner as Example 1, only the type of emulsifier component in Table 1 was changed. 도 5a에 의하면, 유화제로 폴리글리세릴-4다이아이소스테아레이트/폴리하이드록시스테아레이트/세바케이트 또는 라우릴폴리글리세릴-3폴리다이메틸실록시에틸다이메티콘*토코페롤을 사용한 실시예 7 및 8의 경우 유분산 화장료 조성물에 잔여 수용성 성분이 남지 않고 잘 담지되었으며 어플리케이터에 충전하여 립스틱 형태로 제조하였을 때 매끄러운 외관을 갖는 것이 확인되었으나, 유화제로 폴리글리세릴-5폴리리시놀리에이트*토코페롤*쌀겨오일을 사용한 비교예 9의 경우 유분산 화장료 조성물에 담지 되지 않은 잔여 수용성 성분이 관찰되었고, 립스틱 형태로 제조된 경우 매끄러운 외관을 갖지 못하고 표면에 잔여물로 보이는 이물질들이 관찰되었다. 도 5b에 립스틱 형태로 제조된 상기 비교예 9의 매끄럽지 않은 외관을 확대한 사진을 나타내었다.According to Fig. 5a, in the case of Examples 7 and 8 using polyglyceryl-4 diisostearate/polyhydroxystearate/sebacate or lauryl polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone*tocopherol as an emulsifier, it was confirmed that the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition was well-retained without any residual water-soluble components remaining, and when manufactured into a lipstick form by filling an applicator, it had a smooth appearance, but in the case of Comparative Example 9 using polyglyceryl-5 polyricinoleate*tocopherol*rice bran oil as an emulsifier, residual water-soluble components that were not retained in the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition were observed, and when manufactured into a lipstick form, it did not have a smooth appearance and foreign substances that appeared as residues were observed on the surface. Fig. 5b shows an enlarged photograph of the unsmooth appearance of Comparative Example 9 manufactured into a lipstick form.

(3) 착색력 및 발림성 평가(3) Evaluation of coloring power and spreadability

상기 실시예 및 비교예에 대하여 실험예 2와 동일한 방법으로 착색력 및 발림성을 평가한 후, 그 결과를 표 9에 나타내었다.For the above examples and comparative examples, the coloring power and spreadability were evaluated in the same manner as in Experimental Example 2, and the results are shown in Table 9.

상기 표 9에 의하면, 실시예 7 및 8의 경우 착색력 및 발림성이 우수하여 본 발명이 목적하는 효과를 달성할 수 있는 것이 확인되었으나, 비교예 9의 경우 실시예에 비하여 착색력 및 발림성이 현저히 불량한 것이 확인되었다.According to Table 9 above, it was confirmed that Examples 7 and 8 had excellent coloring power and spreadability, thereby achieving the effects intended by the present invention.
