Abstract

This disclosure describes methods, non-transitory-computer readable media, and systems that can analyze multiple sets of fiducials within a flow cell to enable imaging by multiple imaging platforms. For example, this disclosure describes a cross-platform compatible flow cell hat comprises a first set of fiducials utilized by a first imaging system and a second set of fiducials utilized by a second imaging system. The disclosed systems can capture a plurality of tiles of the flow cell utilizing the first imaging system. The disclosed systems bypass the second set of fiducials within the flow cell based on utilizing the first, and not the second, imaging system. The disclosed systems can further register the plurality of tiles based on the first set of fiducials.
