Abstract

The present invention relates to a closure with evidence of opening, intended to be installed in the mouth of a container, preferably a bottle, such that the closure not only prevents the container from being refilled in a fraudulent manner, but its appearance and outer configuration also show evidence of it having been opened at least once. The evidence mechanisms are not only more secure than those known in the prior art, they are also obtained with fewer parts and allow several security mechanisms simultaneously to combat both attempted fraudulent opening and copying.
