Abstract

A base (1) and a fur trimmer. The base is used for detachable connection with a dust cup for fur collection, the base comprising: a base body (11) and a support portion (12). The base body (11) has a top side (111) and a bottom side which is opposite to the top side (111). The top side (111) is used for detachably disposing the dust cup (2). A suction apparatus (3) for providing negative pressure to the dust cup (2) is further provided inside of the base body (11). The support portion (12) is disposed on the top side (111) of the base body (11), and the support portion (12) is used for positioning and abutting the dust cup (2) disposed on the base body (11). An air passage is further provided inside of the support portion (12), the air passage has an air outlet end (131) that can be connected to an air inlet (21) of the dust cup (2), and an air inlet end (132) that can be detachably connected to a trimming apparatus of the fur trimmer. The apparatus can generate suction under the negative pressure of the dust cup (2), and by means of the suction, trimmed fur of a pet can be suctioned into the dust cup (2) through the air passage, thereby achieving the cleaning and collection of fur, which greatly facilitates pet fur grooming by a user.

The embodiments of the utility model relate to a pet product, and more particularly to a base and a hair trimmer.

Background Art

Nowadays, many families keep pets, especially small animals such as cats and dogs. Pets bring a lot of fun to people's lives. In addition to diet, daily care is also particularly important for pets such as cats and dogs, especially the care of pet hair. Currently, dedicated hair trimming equipment is generally used to care for pet hair. However, after the existing hair trimming equipment completes the trimming of the pet's hair, in order to avoid the hair from polluting the indoor environment, it is generally necessary to manually clean the trimmed hair. This cleaning process generally requires the use of tools such as brooms and vacuum cleaners, making pet hair care very time-consuming and labor-intensive.

Summary of the Invention

Compared with the prior art, the embodiments of the present utility model can realize the detachable connection of the dust cup through the base body and the support part of the base. In addition, since an air duct is provided in the support part, and the air duct has an air outlet end that can be connected with the air inlet of the dust cup and an air inlet end detachably connected to the hair trimming device, and an air suction device that can provide negative pressure to the dust cup is also provided in the base, when the user uses the hair trimming device to repair and maintain the pet's hair, the hair trimming device can generate suction under the action of the negative pressure of the dust cup, and use the suction to suck the trimmed hair of the pet into the dust cup through the air duct, so that the user can trim the pet's hair while also using the dust cup provided on the base to clean and collect the trimmed hair, which greatly facilitates the user to care for the pet's hair.

Compared to the prior art, the embodiments of the present invention achieve a detachable connection to the dust cup through the base and the support portion of the base. In addition, since an air duct is provided in the support portion, and the air duct has an air outlet end that can be connected to the air inlet of the dust cup and an air inlet end that is detachably connected to the hair trimming device, and a suction device that can provide negative pressure to the dust cup is also provided in the base, when the user uses the hair trimming device to trim and maintain the pet's hair, the hair trimming device can generate suction under the action of the negative pressure of the dust cup, and use this suction to draw the trimmed pet hair into the dust cup through the air duct. Therefore, the user can trim the pet's hair while also using the dust cup provided on the base to clean and collect the trimmed hair, thereby greatly facilitating the user's pet hair care. At the same time, the hair trimmer is an overall vertical structure with an upper and lower layout, rather than a horizontal structure. When stored, the vertical structure occupies less space than the horizontal structure, saving more storage space.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention

To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clearly apparent, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, those skilled in the art will appreciate that many technical details are provided in the embodiments of the present invention to help readers better understand the present application. However, even without these technical details and the various variations and modifications based on the following embodiments, the technical solutions claimed in the present application can still be implemented.

Example 1

The first embodiment of the present utility model relates to a base, as shown in FIG1 , wherein the base 1 is used for detachably connecting with a dust cup 2 for collecting hair, and the base 1 includes: a base body 11 and a support portion 12 .

As shown in FIG1 , the base 11 has a top side 111 and a bottom side 112 opposite to the top side 111. Furthermore, as shown in FIG5 , the top side 111 is used to detachably mount a dust cup 2, i.e., the dust cup 2 is vertically connected to the base 11. Furthermore, a suction device 3 is disposed within the base 1 to provide negative pressure to the dust cup 2. Furthermore, a support portion 12 is disposed on the top side 111 of the base 11. The support portion 12 is used to position and abut against the dust cup 2 disposed on the base 11, so that the hair trimmer as a whole presents a vertical structure arranged in an up-and-down direction. Furthermore, as shown in FIG2 , FIG6 , and FIG7 , an air duct 13 is disposed within the housing of the support portion 12. The air duct 13 comprises an air outlet 131 that can interface with the air inlet 21 of the dust cup 2, and an air inlet 132 that is detachably connected to the hair trimming device 4 of the hair trimmer. Therefore, when the user uses the trimming device 4 to trim and maintain the pet's hair, the trimming device 4 can generate suction under the negative pressure of the dust cup 2, and can use this suction to suck the pet's trimmed hair into the dust cup 2 through the air duct 13. As a result, the hair trimmer can trim the pet's hair through the trimming device 4 while also cleaning and collecting the trimmed hair with the help of the dust cup 2 arranged on the base 1, thereby greatly facilitating the user's pet hair care. In addition, because the dust cup 2 is arranged above the base 11, the hair trimmer as a whole has a vertical structure with an upper and lower layout, rather than a horizontal structure. When stored, the vertical structure occupies less area than the horizontal structure, saving more storage space.

Specifically, in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1, 5 and 6, the top side 111 of the base 1 is provided with at least one lower clamping portion 14 that can be clamped with the fixed clamp 23 on the dust cup 2. At the same time, the support portion 12 is used to abut against the side of the dust cup 2 and is provided with an upper clamping portion 15 that can be clamped with the movable clamp 22 on the dust cup 2.

Furthermore, in order to enable the movable buckle 22 on the dust cup 2 to be engaged with the upper engaging portion 15, in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, the upper engaging portion 15 includes: an upper groove 151 provided on the support portion 12, and an upper hook 152 provided in the upper groove 151 and engageable with the movable buckle 22. Similarly, in order to enable the fixed buckle 23 on the dust cup 2 to be engaged with the lower engaging portion 14, in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 7 and 9, the lower engaging portion 14 includes: a lower groove 141 provided on the top side 111 of the base body 11, and a lower hook 142 provided in the lower groove 141 and engageable with the fixed buckle 23. Therefore, when the dust cup 2 needs to be installed on the base 1, as shown in Figures 5, 6 and 9, the fixed buckle 23 on the dust cup 2 can be first inserted into the lower groove 141 so that the fixed buckle 23 can first be engaged with the lower hook 142. Then, the dust cup 2 is deflected in the direction close to the support portion 12, and as shown in Figures 7 and 8, the movable buckle 22 on the dust cup 2 is directly inserted into the upper groove 151 until the movable buckle 22 is engaged with the upper engaging portion 15, thereby achieving the installation and fixation of the dust cup 2 on the top side 11 of the base 1. Conversely, when the dust cup 2 needs to be removed from the base 1, the movable buckle 22 can be first operated to separate the movable buckle 22 from the upper hook 152 in the upper groove 151. Then, the dust cup 2 is deflected in the direction away from the support portion 12 until the fixed buckle 23 is separated from the lower hook 142 in the lower groove 141, and the dust cup 2 is removed.

In addition, it is not difficult to see from the above that since the movable clip 22 and the fixed clip 23 on the dust cup 2 are respectively fixed to the upper clip 122 and the lower clip 14 on the base 1, in order to make the negative pressure generated by the dust cup 2 maximize the suction generated by the hair trimming device 4, the air duct 13 should be ensured to have the shortest path. Therefore, in some embodiments, as shown in Figure 7, the air duct 13 is vertically arranged in the direction perpendicular to the seat body 11 in the support part 12, so that the air duct 13 has a shorter path. Therefore, when the dust cup 2 generates negative pressure, the hair trimming device 4 can generate suction through the air duct 13 in a shorter time, thereby effectively reducing energy waste to ensure that the hair trimming device 4 has sufficient suction.

In addition, it is not difficult to see from Figure 1 that the height and width of the support part 12 are the same as the height and width of the dust cup 2. Therefore, when the dust cup 2 is installed on the base 1, as shown in Figure 6, the support part 12 can be tightly engaged with the cup body 25 of the dust cup 2, thereby ensuring the integrity of the entire hair trimmer.

In addition, in order to enable the suction device 3 to provide negative pressure into the dust cup 2 when working, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG1 , at least one air inlet 113 is further provided on the top side 111 of the base body 11, and at least one air outlet 114 is further provided on the base body 11. Moreover, as shown in FIG7 , each air inlet 113 can be connected to the exhaust port 24 of the dust cup 2 after the dust cup 2 and the base 1 are installed. In order to facilitate the discharge of gas by the suction device 3, the suction device 3 can adopt a fan, and, as shown in FIG1 and FIG5 , The air outlet 114 can be set on the side of the base 11. Of course, in other embodiments, the air outlet 114 can also be set on the bottom side 112 of the base 11. Therefore, when the suction device 3 is working, as shown in Figure 7, the suction device 3 can provide negative pressure to the dust cup 2 through each air inlet 113. At the same time, it also exhausts air to the outside through each air outlet 114, so that the hair trimming device 4 connected to the air inlet end 132 of the air duct 13 can generate suction, ensuring that the hair trimming device 4 can smoothly suck the pet's trimmed hair into the dust cup 2.

Furthermore, as a preferred solution, in other embodiments, as shown in FIG1 , the top side 111 of the base 11 is further provided with a positioning groove 115 into which the dust cup 2 can be partially embedded. Thus, the positioning groove 115 can be used to position the dust cup 2 on the base 1. This facilitates the positioning and installation of the dust cup 2 while also improving the stability and reliability of the dust cup 2 after installation, effectively preventing the dust cup 2 from shaking or vibrating on the base 1 during operation of the suction device 3. Furthermore, since the positioning groove 115 is provided on the top side 111 of the base 11, in order to ensure that the suction device 3 does not affect the negative pressure provided to the dust cup 2 during operation, each air inlet 113 can be provided at the bottom of the positioning groove 115. This allows each air inlet 113 to be within the coverage of the dust cup 2's exhaust port 24 after the dust cup 2 is installed on the base 1, thereby ensuring that the suction device 3 can provide sufficient negative pressure to the dust cup 2, thereby enabling the hair trimming device 4 to have sufficient suction force to absorb hair.

Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG5 , the base body 11 includes: an upper shell 116 and a lower cover 117. Specifically, as shown in FIG1 , the side of the upper shell 116 away from the lower cover 117 is a top side 111, and the side of the lower cover 117 away from the upper shell 116 is a bottom side 112. Furthermore, as shown in FIG5 and FIG7 , the upper shell 116 is used to accommodate the air suction device 3, and the lower cover 117 is detachably disposed at the bottom of the upper shell 116. The lower cover 117 is also used to close or open the upper shell 116. For example, the lower cover 117 and the upper shell 116 can be locked and fixed by bolts or the like. The detachable connection between the lower cover 117 and the upper shell 116 facilitates maintenance of the air suction device 3 by the user.

In addition, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG6 , the upper shell 116 is also used to be wrapped around the circumference of the hose 41 of the hair trimming device 4, and the lower cover 117 has a portion protruding around its circumference to form a fence 1 that can support the hose 41. The fence 118 can not only support the hose wrapped around the upper shell 116, but also effectively prevent the hose 41 from falling off the upper shell 116 due to its own gravity, so that the hair trimmer can effectively store the hose 41 of the hair trimming device 4 when not in use. However, as a preferred solution, as shown in FIG1 , in other embodiments, the upper surface of the fence 118 is an annular inclined surface 119, and the annular inclined surface 119 extends from one side connected to the lower cover 117 to the other side, and is formed to be inclined away from the upper shell 116. This makes it easier for users to clean the fence 118 and avoids dirt and grime.

Example 2

The second embodiment of the present invention relates to a hair trimmer, as shown in FIG5 , FIG6 and FIG10 , which comprises: a base 1 , a hair trimming device 4 , a dust cup 2 and an air suction device 3 as described in the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG10 , the trimming device 4 is used to trim pet hair, and in combination with FIG6 , the trimming device 4 is also detachably connected to the air inlet end 132 of the base 1. Furthermore, as shown in FIG7 , the dust cup 2 is detachably mounted on the top side 111 of the base 11. The dust cup 2 also has an air inlet 21 that interfaces with the air outlet end 131 of the air duct 13, and an air outlet 24 that faces the top side 111 of the base 11.

In addition, as shown in Figures 5 and 7, the suction device 3 is arranged in the base body of the base 1. The suction device 3 is used to provide negative pressure to the dust cup 2 through the exhaust port 1 during operation, so that the hair trimmed by the trimming device 4 can enter the dust cup 2 through the air inlet 21.

From the above, it is not difficult to see that the dust cup 2 can be detachably connected through the base body 11 and the support portion 12 of the base 1. In addition, since the air duct 13 is provided in the support portion 12, and the air duct 13 has an air outlet end 131 that can be connected to the air inlet 21 of the dust cup 2, and an air inlet end 132 that is detachably connected to the hair trimming device 4. In addition, a suction device 3 that can provide negative pressure to the dust cup 2 is also provided in the base body 11 of the base 1. Therefore, when the user uses the hair trimming device 4 to trim and maintain the pet's hair, the hair trimming device 4 can generate suction under the action of the negative pressure of the dust cup 2, and use this suction to suck the pet's trimmed hair into the dust cup 2 through the air duct 13. In this way, the hair trimmer can trim the pet's hair through the hair trimming device 4 while also cleaning and collecting the trimmed hair with the help of the dust cup provided on the base 1, which greatly facilitates the user's care of the pet's hair.

Specifically, in some embodiments, as shown in Figure 2, the dust cup 2 includes: a cup body 25, a handle component 26, a movable buckle 22, and a fixed buckle 23. In combination with Figure 4, the cup body 25 has an exhaust port 24 and an air inlet 21, and the exhaust port 24 is provided at the bottom of the cup body 25, while the air inlet 21 is provided at the side of the cup body 25. Therefore, when the cup body 25 of the dust cup 2 is connected to the base 1, as shown in Figure 7, the air inlet 21 can be docked with the air outlet end 131 of the air duct 13, and the exhaust port 24 is connected with each air inlet 113 on the base 11. Therefore, when the suction device 3 is working, negative pressure can be provided to the cup body 25 of the dust cup 2 through each air inlet 113.

In addition, in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, a handle component 26 is provided on the side of the cup body 25 away from the exhaust port 24, that is, the handle component 26 is provided on the top of the cup body 25. The cup body 25 can be lifted by the handle component 26, thereby facilitating the user to perform installation and removal operations between the cup body 25 and the base 1. Secondly, as shown in Figures 2, 4, 7, 8 and 9, a movable buckle 22 is movably provided on the handle component 26. The movable buckle 22 is used to engage with the upper engaging portion 15 on the support portion 12 and is also used to separate from the upper engaging portion 15 under the action of an external force. A fixed buckle 23 is provided on the cup body 25. The fixed buckle 23 is used to engage with the lower engaging portion 14 on the base 11. As can be seen from FIG6 , the module button of the hair trimmer is provided on the support portion 12 , so that when using the hair trimmer, one only needs to bend over to turn the machine on and off or switch the working mode. However, for a hair trimmer with a horizontal structure, the button height is lower and closer to the ground, which results in the need to squat to switch the working mode during use, which is time-consuming and laborious.

It is also worth noting that in order to enable the movable buckle 22 to be engaged with the upper hook 152 while also being separated from the upper hook 152 under the action of external force, in some embodiments, as shown in Figure 8, the movable buckle 22 is arranged in the handle part 26, and the movable buckle 22 includes: a movable buckle body 221, a connecting rod 222, and a button 223 protruding from the connecting rod 222, wherein the connecting rod 222 is vertically arranged in the handle part 26 along a direction perpendicular to the cup body 25, and the movable buckle body 221 is arranged at the bottom of the connecting rod 222, and the movable buckle body 221 is partially exposed outside the handle part 26, so that when the cup body 25 deflects in the direction close to the support part 12, as shown in Figure 8, the movable buckle body 221 can be inserted into the upper groove body 151 of the support part 12 and engaged with the upper hook 152 in the upper groove body 151. The button 223 is formed by the protrusion of the connecting rod 222, and the button 223 and the movable buckle body 221 are located on the same side of the connecting rod 222, and are set away from each other along the length direction of the connecting rod 222. At the same time, the button 223 is also exposed outside the handle part 26. Therefore, when the dust cup 2 needs to be disassembled, as shown in Figure 8, the user can apply pressure to the button 223, so that the connecting rod 222 as a whole can be deflected in the direction away from the upper hook 152, thereby separating the movable buckle body 221 from the upper hook 152. Furthermore, as a preferred solution, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG8 , one side of the movable buckle body 221 and the upper hook 152 that are mutually engaged is respectively a plane, and the other opposite sides are respectively inclined surfaces that can fit together with each other. Therefore, when the user deflects the cup body 25 toward the support portion 12 through the handle component 26, the movable buckle body 221 can be guided by the engagement of its own inclined surface with the inclined surface of the upper hook 152, so that the movable buckle body 221 can generate a certain deflection with the help of the connecting rod 222, so that it can pass over the upper hook 152, to ensure that the plane of the movable buckle body 221 can be offset against the plane of the upper hook 152, thereby realizing the engagement of the movable buckle body 221 with the upper hook 152.

In addition, in order to be able to clean the hair that enters the cup body 25, in some embodiments, as shown in Figure 3, the cup body 25 includes: a top plate 251, a bottom cover 252 opposite to the top plate 251, and a cup wall 253 arranged between the top plate 251 and the bottom cover 252, and the cup wall 253 forms a cavity 254 for collecting hair between the top plate 251 and the bottom cover 252. Secondly, in combination with Figure 2, the handle part 26 is arranged on the side of the top plate 251 away from the bottom cover 252, and the air inlet 21 is arranged on the cup wall 253. At the same time, as shown in Figures 4 and 7, the air outlet 24 is arranged on the bottom cover 252, and the bottom cover 252 is rotatable relative to the cup wall 253, so that the bottom cover 252 can be used to open or close the cavity 254. Therefore, when the dust cup 2 is removed from the base 1, the bottom cover 252 can be operated to open the cavity 254, as shown in Figure 3, so that the hair collected in the cavity 254 can be poured out to clean the hair in the cup body 25.

In addition, in order to enable the bottom cover 252 to rotate relative to the cup wall 253, in some embodiments, as shown in Figure 3, a pivot assembly 20 that can be rotatably connected to the bottom cover 253 is also provided at the bottom of the cup wall 253, and the pivot assembly 20 includes: a sleeve 201 provided at the bottom of the cup wall 253, a rotating shaft 202 rotatably provided in the sleeve 201, and both ends of the rotating shaft 202 are respectively exposed outside the sleeve 201 and connected to the bottom cover 253, so that the bottom cover 253 can be rotated relative to the cup wall 253 with the help of the rotating shaft 202 to realize the opening or closing of the cavity 254.

In addition, as a preferred solution, in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the dust cup 2 further includes: a dust filter 27 and a sealing ring 28. In particular, as shown in Figures 4 and 7, the dust filter 27 is provided at the exhaust port 24, and the dust filter 27 is used to filter the airflow passing through the exhaust port 24. In addition, the dust filter 27 can ensure that the hair entering the cavity 254 will not enter the upper shell 116 of the base body 11 through the exhaust port 24, thereby effectively protecting the suction device 3 to ensure the stability and reliability of the hair trimmer during operation. Secondly, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the sealing ring 28 is arranged around the circumference of the bottom cover 253 and is used to form a seal between the bottom cover 253 and the cup wall 253 of the cup body 25 when the bottom cover 253 closes the cavity 254. Therefore, when the bottom cover 253 closes the cavity 254, the sealing ring 28 can improve the sealing performance of the cup body 25 while improving the tightness of the bottom cover 253 and the cup wall 253 when they fit together, so as to ensure that when the suction device 3 is sucking air, the cup body 25 can generate sufficient negative pressure, so that the hair trimming device 4 can have sufficient suction force to absorb the hair.

Finally, in order to enable the air inlet 21 to dock with the air outlet 131 of the air duct 13 on the support portion 12 after the dust cup 2 is installed on the base 1, in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the dust cup 2 further includes a pipe joint 29, and a portion of the pipe joint 29 is inserted into the cavity 254 through the air inlet 21, while another portion of the pipe joint 29 can be exposed outside the cavity 254 for docking the air outlet 131 of the air duct 13 with the air inlet 21. For example, as shown in Figures 1 and 7, the air outlet 131 of the air duct 13 can protrude from the support portion 12, so that after the dust cup 2 is installed on the base 1, the air outlet 131 of the air duct 13 can be embedded in the pipe joint 29, so that the air outlet 131 of the air duct 13 can dock with the air inlet 21 of the dust cup 2.

However, as a preferred solution, in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 4 and 7, an air outlet 291 is also provided at the part of the pipe joint 29 inserted into the cavity 254, and the air outlet 291 is arranged relative to the top plate 251 of the cup body 25. The air outlet 291 is used to allow the airflow passing through the pipe joint 29 to enter the cavity 254 of the cup body 25 in the direction of the top plate 251, so that the hair entering the cavity 254 with the airflow does not move directly in the direction of the exhaust port 24, thereby effectively preventing the airflow entering the cavity 254 from being too concentrated at the exhaust port 24, preventing the hair from being tightly attached to the dust filter 27, making the dust filter 27 not easily clogged, and further ensuring the stability and reliability of the hair trimmer during operation.
