- the flange is in the form of a flat ring lying along the back of the front wall to provide sealing. Because the flat ring lies snug against the front wall, it prevents any liquid or foreign matter from entering from the outside along the seam between the outer ring and the hole. Despite having a rigid form, the bezel provides sufficient sealing through the flat ring structure of the flange.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de cuisson comprenant un panneau plat de commande plat (10) ; un trou (14) formé dans une paroi avant (12) du panneau de commande (10) ; un élément de commande (40) comportant une tige (43) pouvant se déplacer de façon axiale et rotative et alignée pour s'étendre dans le trou (14) depuis une partie interne du panneau de commande (10) ; et un bouton de commande rotatif (20) qui est monté de manière amovible sur la tige (43), recouvrant le trou (14) par l'intermédiaire d'un rebord (22) qui est espacé de la partie avant de la paroi avant (12). Le dispositif de cuisson, notamment un dispositif de cuisson à gaz, comporte une lunette (30) comprenant un anneau externe rigide (36) inséré dans le trou (14) depuis sa périphérie externe et s'étendant vers l'extérieur depuis le côté avant de la paroi avant (12) de manière à recouvrir complètement l'espace, et une bride (32) qui s'étend depuis le bord interne de l'anneau externe (36) et vient directement en butée contre l'arrière de la paroi avant (12) tout en supportant l'anneau externe (36).
