[Description of the embodiments of the present disclosure]
First, the embodiments of the present disclosure will be listed and described.
The exterior member of the present disclosure is
[1] An exterior member for protecting an electric wire arranged in a passenger compartment of a vehicle, the protective member comprising a sheet-shaped base member having an adhesive surface and a cover member fixed to the adhesive surface, the cover member comprising an upper wall portion, a pair of side wall portions extending from the upper wall portion and facing each other, and a storage recess formed by the inner surfaces of the upper wall portion and the pair of side wall portions, in which the electric wire is stored, the tip portion of each of the pair of side wall portions being fixed in contact with the adhesive surface, and an opening of the storage recess formed between the tip portions of the pair of side wall portions being covered by the base member.

This configuration makes it possible to protect the electric wires arranged in the passenger compartment with the cover member. In addition, with the above configuration, the opening of the storage recess in the cover member is covered with a base member bonded to the tip of each side wall portion, so that the electric wires do not fall out of the storage recess.

[2] In the above [1], the protective member may be one of a plurality of protective members provided on the exterior member, and the plurality of protective members may be arranged in parallel in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the electric wire.

With this configuration, since multiple protective members are provided, it is possible to wire additional electric wires. In addition, for example, when removing one of the electric wires housed in each of the multiple protective members, it is only necessary to remove the protective member housing the electric wire to be removed, which contributes to improving workability.

[3] In the above [2], the multiple protective members may be arranged side by side such that upper surfaces of the adjacent cover members are flush with each other.
According to this configuration, the upper surface of the exterior member formed by the upper surfaces of the juxtaposed cover members can be configured to be smooth, which contributes to improving the appearance.

[4] In any of [1] to [3] above, the side wall portion may have an extension portion extending from the tip portion to the opposite side of the storage recess, and the extension portion may be fixed in contact with the adhesive surface.

According to this configuration, it is possible to increase the adhesion area of the cover member relative to the adhesive surface, thereby improving the fixing strength between the base member and the cover member.
[5] In the above [4], when the adhesive surface is a first adhesive surface, the base member may have a second adhesive surface on the opposite side to the first adhesive surface.

According to this configuration, the second adhesive surface of the base member makes it possible to easily attach the protection member including the base member and the cover member to an attachment location inside the passenger compartment.
[6] In the above [5], a thickness of the extension portion in a thickness direction of the base member may be smaller than a thickness of the side wall portion in the thickness direction.

This configuration provides the following effects. When attaching the protective member to the attachment location, the extension of the cover member is pressed against the attachment location, thereby adhering the second adhesive surface of the base member to the attachment location. At this time, the repulsive force of the extension may make it difficult to adhere the second adhesive surface to the attachment location. In this regard, in the above configuration, the thickness of the extension is smaller than the thickness of the side wall portion, so that the repulsive force when the extension is pressed against the attachment location can be reduced. This makes it easier to adhere the second adhesive surface to the attachment location when the extension is pressed, and as a result, the workability of installing the exterior member can be improved.

[7] In any one of the above [1] to [6], the cover member may be made of a porous material.
According to this configuration, the electric wires can be suitably protected by the cover member made of a porous material having a relatively high elasticity. Also, by forming the cover member from a porous material, it is possible to suppress the generation of abnormal noise caused by collision between the electric wires and the cover member when the electric wires vibrate due to vehicle vibration or the like.

(Configuration of Wire Harness 10)
1, a wire harness 10 of the present embodiment includes an exterior member 11 and electric wires 12a, 12b housed in the exterior member 11. The wire harness 10 is disposed in a passenger compartment Va of a vehicle V. The exterior member 11 regulates the routing of the electric wires 12a, 12b disposed in the passenger compartment Va and protects the electric wires 12a, 12b. The exterior member 11 partially protects the electric wires 12a, 12b by covering a predetermined range in the length direction of the electric wires 12a, 12b.

The wire harness 10 includes, for example, two electric wires 12a and 12b. The electric wire 12a electrically connects a first electric device E1 and a second electric device E2, both of which are attached to the vehicle V. The electric wire 12b electrically connects, for example, a third electric device E3 and a second electric device E2, both of which are attached to the vehicle V. Examples of the first electric device E1 and the third electric device E3 include a sensor device such as an imaging device. The first electric device E1 and the third electric device E3 are provided at a position near the rear of the passenger compartment Va in the vehicle V, such as the back door of the vehicle V. Examples of the second electric device E2 include an electronic control unit (ECU), for example. The second electric device E2 is provided inside or outside the passenger compartment Va, for example, at a position near the front of the passenger compartment Va. The passenger compartment Va is a room in the vehicle V where passengers including the driver ride. The exterior member 11 is fixed to an attachment point Vb (see FIG. 2) in the passenger compartment Va. Examples of the attachment point Vb include the ceiling surface and floor surface in the passenger compartment Va.

(Configuration of exterior member 11)
2 and 3, the exterior member 11 includes a first protective member 21 and a second protective member 22. Note that the drawings from Fig. 2 onwards show a first axis X, a second axis Y perpendicular to the first axis X, and a third axis Z perpendicular to the first axis X and the second axis Y. In this embodiment, the direction along the first axis X is the length direction, the direction along the second axis Y is the width direction, and the direction along the third axis Z is the thickness direction.

The first protective member 21 and the second protective member 22 are arranged side by side in the width direction, which is a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the electric wires 12a and 12b. The first protective member 21 accommodates a portion of the electric wire 12a in the length direction. The second protective member 22 accommodates a portion of the electric wire 12b in the length direction.

(Configuration of first protective member 21)
4 shows a cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the length direction of the exterior member 11. As shown in FIG. 4, the first protective member 21 includes a sheet-shaped first base member 30 and a first cover member 40 fixed to the first base member 30. The cross-sectional shape of the first protective member 21 including the first base member 30 and the first cover member 40 is, for example, uniform in the length direction. The first base member 30 is, for example, a double-sided tape. The first base member 30 has a first adhesive surface 31 and a second adhesive surface 32 opposite to the first adhesive surface 31. The first cover member 40 is adhered to the first adhesive surface 31 of the first base member 30. The second adhesive surface 32 of the first base member 30 is adhered to the attachment location Vb.

The first cover member 40 is formed, for example, from a resin material having elasticity. Examples of the resin material forming the first cover member 40 include porous materials. Examples of the porous material forming the first cover member 40 include foamed resin materials formed from polyurethane, polyethylene, polystyrene, etc.

The first cover member 40 includes an upper wall portion 41, a pair of side wall portions 42 extending from the upper wall portion 41 in the thickness direction, and a storage recess 43 in which the electric wire 12a is stored. The pair of side wall portions 42 face each other in the width direction of the first protective member 21. The storage recess 43 is formed by the inner surfaces of the upper wall portion 41 and the pair of side wall portions 42. Each side wall portion 42 has a base end portion 42a connected to the upper wall portion 41 and a tip end portion 42b which is the end opposite the base end portion 42a. The storage recess 43 is formed over the entire length of the first cover member 40. The storage recess 43 has an opening 44 formed between the tip ends 42b of the pair of side wall portions 42. The opening 44 opens in the thickness direction.

Each side wall portion 42 of the first cover member 40 has an extension portion 45 extending outward in the width direction from the tip portion 42b. Each extension portion 45 extends from the tip portion 42b of each side wall portion 42 to the opposite side of the storage recess 43. Each extension portion 45 is formed, for example, over the entire length of each side wall portion 42. The extension portions 45 of each side wall portion 42 have the same shape as each other. In the thickness direction, the thickness T1 of each extension portion 45 is set to be smaller than the thickness T2 of the side wall portion 42. Note that the thickness T2 of the side wall portion 42 is equal to the thickness of the first cover member 40. Note that in the first cover member 40 of this embodiment, for example, the upper surface from the upper wall portion 41 to the extension portion 45 has a curved shape.

The tip 42b and extension 45 of each side wall 42 are fixed in contact with the first adhesive surface 31 of the first base member 30. This causes the first base member 30 to be attached to the first cover member 40. The opening 44 of the storage recess 43 is covered by the first base member 30. This prevents the electric wire 12a stored in the storage recess 43 from falling out of the opening 44. The electric wire 12a in the storage recess 43 may be adhered to the first adhesive surface 31 of the first base member 30, or the electric wire 12a may not be adhered to the first adhesive surface 31.

In the first cover member 40, as described above, each of the pair of extension portions 45 extends outward in the width direction from the tip portion 42b of the corresponding side wall portion 42. Therefore, the first cover member 40 has a symmetrical shape with respect to an axis passing through both the upper wall portion 41 and the storage recess 43 when viewed in its length direction (i.e., in a cross-sectional view along the width direction as shown in FIG. 4). Note that the term "symmetrical shape" used in this disclosure means that each extension portion 45 extends from the tip portion 42b of the corresponding side wall portion 42, and does not intend that the shapes are completely symmetrical.

(Configuration of second protective member 22)
The second protective member 22 includes a sheet-shaped second base member 50 and a second cover member 60 fixed to the second base member 50. The cross-sectional shape of the second protective member 22 including the second base member 50 and the second cover member 60 is uniform in the length direction, for example.

The second base member 50 is, for example, a double-sided tape. The second base member 50 has a first adhesive surface 51 and a second adhesive surface 52 opposite the first adhesive surface 51. The second cover member 60 is adhered to the first adhesive surface 51 of the second base member 50. The second adhesive surface 52 of the second base member 50 is adhered to the attachment location Vb.

The second cover member 60 is formed, for example, from a resin material having elasticity. Examples of the resin material forming the second cover member 60 include porous materials. Examples of the porous material forming the second cover member 60 include foamed resin materials formed from polyurethane, polyethylene, polystyrene, etc.

The second cover member 60 includes an upper wall portion 61, a pair of side wall portions 62 extending from the upper wall portion 61 in the thickness direction, and a storage recess 63 in which the electric wire 12b is stored. The pair of side wall portions 62 face each other in the width direction of the second protective member 22. The storage recess 63 is formed by the inner surfaces of the upper wall portion 61 and the pair of side wall portions 62. Each side wall portion 62 has a base end portion 62a connected to the upper wall portion 61 and a tip end portion 62b which is the end opposite the base end portion 62a. The storage recess 63 is formed over the entire length of the second cover member 60. The storage recess 63 has an opening 64 formed between the tip ends 62b of the pair of side wall portions 62. The opening 64 opens in the thickness direction.

In the second cover member 60, one of the pair of side wall portions 62 has an extension portion 65 that extends outward in the width direction from the tip portion 62b. The extension portion 65 extends from the tip portion 62b of the side wall portion 62 to the side opposite the storage recess 63. The extension portion 65 is formed, for example, over the entire length of the side wall portion 62. The extension portion 65 of the second cover member 60 has the same shape as the extension portion 45 of the first cover member 40.

The tip 62b of each side wall portion 62 and the extension portion 65 of one side wall portion 62 are fixed in contact with the first adhesive surface 51 of the second base member 50. This causes the second base member 50 to be attached to the second cover member 60. The opening 64 of the storage recess 63 is covered by the second base member 50. This prevents the electric wire 12b stored in the storage recess 63 from falling out of the opening 64. The electric wire 12b in the storage recess 63 may be adhered to the first adhesive surface 51 of the second base member 50, or the electric wire 12b may not be adhered to the first adhesive surface 51.

Of the pair of side wall portions 62 in the second cover member 60, the side wall portion 62 that does not have the extension portion 65 has an overlapping portion 66 that extends outward in the width direction from the side wall portion 62. The overlapping portion 66 extends from the side wall portion 62 to the side opposite the storage recess 63. The upper surface of the overlapping portion 66 and the upper wall portion 61 are flush with each other.

In the second cover member 60, as described above, the extension portion 65 extends outward in the width direction from the tip end portion 62b of the corresponding side wall portion 62. On the other hand, the overlapping portion 66 extends outward in the width direction from the base end portion 62a of the corresponding side wall portion 62. Therefore, in contrast to the first cover member 40 having the above-mentioned symmetrical shape, the second cover member 60 has an asymmetrical shape with respect to an axis passing through both the upper wall portion 61 and the storage recess 63 when viewed in its length direction (i.e., in a cross-sectional view along the width direction as shown in FIG. 4). By making the second cover member 60 asymmetrical, the second cover member 60 can be arranged to overlap partially in the width direction on the first cover member 40 having a symmetrical shape. This allows the electric wires 12a, 12b to be arranged in a space-saving manner while improving the appearance of the exterior member 11.

When the first protective member 21 and the second protective member 22 are arranged side by side in the width direction, the overlapping portion 66 of the second cover member 60 is located above one of the pair of extension portions 45 of the first cover member 40 in the thickness direction. In other words, the extension portion 45 and the overlapping portion 66 overlap in the thickness direction. The upper surface of the overlapping portion 66 and the upper surface of the upper wall portion 41 of the first cover member 40 are flush with each other. The lower surface of the overlapping portion 66 that faces the first cover member 40 in the thickness direction has a curved shape that follows the curved shape of the upper surface of the first cover member 40 described above.

In the thickness direction, the thickness of the first cover member 40 and the thickness of the second cover member 60 are set to be equal to each other. More specifically, the thickness of the side wall portion 62 of the second cover member 60 is equal to the thickness T2 of the side wall portion 42 of the first cover member 40. Furthermore, the thickness of the extension portion 65 of the second cover member 60 is equal to the thickness T1 of the extension portion 45 of the first cover member 40. That is, in the second cover member 60, the thickness of the extension portion 65 is set to be smaller than the thickness of the side wall portion 62.

(Operation of this embodiment)
The operation of this embodiment will now be described.
When the first electric device E1 is attached to the vehicle V, the first protective member 21 of the exterior member 11 is used when arranging the electric wires 12a extending from the first electric device E1 inside the passenger compartment Va.

When attaching the electric wire 12a to the first protective member 21, for example, the electric wire 12a is accommodated in the accommodation recess 43 of the first cover member 40, and then the first base member 30 is attached to the underside of the first cover member 40, i.e., the underside of the tip portion 42b and the extension portion 45 of each side wall portion 42. Note that as an alternative attachment method, it is also possible to place and adhere the electric wire 12a to the first adhesive surface 31 of the first base member 30, and then attach the first cover member 40 to the first adhesive surface 31.

After attaching the electric wire 12a to the first protective member 21, the first protective member 21 is attached to the attachment location Vb. Here, the first protective member 21 is attached to the attachment location Vb by the second adhesive surface 32 of the first base member 30. At this time, the extensions 45 of each side wall portion 42 are pressed against the attachment location Vb, thereby adhering the second adhesive surface 32 to the attachment location Vb.

The first protective member 21 attached to the attachment point Vb as described above regulates the routing path of the electric wire 12a within the passenger compartment Va. This makes it possible to suppress interference with the electric wire 12a, such as an occupant or a peripheral part getting caught on the electric wire 12a. In addition, the first cover member 40 of the first protective member 21 is formed of a porous material having a relatively high elasticity. Therefore, the first cover member 40 can adequately protect the electric wire 12a, and also suppresses the generation of abnormal noise caused by collision between the electric wire 12a and the first cover member 40 when the electric wire 12a vibrates due to vehicle vibration, etc.

Next, when a third electrical device E3 including the electric wire 12b is added to the vehicle V, the second protective member 22 of the exterior member 11 is used when placing the electric wire 12b in the passenger compartment Va. The method of attaching the electric wire 12b to the second protective member 22 is similar to the method of attaching the electric wire 12a to the first protective member 21, so a detailed description will be omitted.

After attaching the electric wire 12b to the second protective member 22, the second protective member 22 is attached to the attachment location Vb so as to be aligned in the width direction with the first protective member 21 fixed to the attachment location Vb. At this time, the second protective member 22 is positioned so that the overlapping portion 66 of the second cover member 60 overlaps one of the extension portions 45 of the first cover member 40. Then, the extension portion 65 of the second cover member 60 is pressed against the attachment location Vb, thereby adhering the second adhesive surface 52 of the second base member 50 to the attachment location Vb.

The second protective member 22 attached to the attachment point Vb as described above restricts the routing path of the added electric wire 12b. This makes it possible to suppress interference with the electric wire 12b, such as when an occupant or a surrounding part gets caught on the electric wire 12b. In addition, the second cover member 60 in the second protective member 22 is formed of a porous material having a relatively high elasticity. Therefore, the second cover member 60 can adequately protect the electric wire 12b, and also suppresses the generation of abnormal noise caused by collision between the electric wire 12b and the second cover member 60 when the electric wire 12b vibrates due to vehicle vibration, etc.

As shown in FIG. 5, when an electric wire 12c is to be added in addition to the electric wires 12a and 12b, another second protective member 22 is used. Here, the second protective member 22 already attached to the attachment location Vb is referred to as the second protective member 22a, and the additional second protective member 22 is referred to as the second protective member 22b. After attaching the electric wire 12c to the second protective member 22b, the second protective member 22b is attached to the attachment location Vb so as to be aligned in the width direction with the second protective member 22a fixed to the attachment location Vb. At this time, the second protective member 22b is positioned so that the overlapping portion 66 of the second protective member 22b overlaps the extending portion 65 of the second protective member 22a. When an electric wire is to be added in addition to the electric wires 12a, 12b, and 12c, the additional electric wire can be attached to the passenger compartment Va using the second protective member 22 in the same manner as described above.

(Effects of this embodiment)
The effects of this embodiment will be described below.
(1) The electric wire 12a arranged in the passenger compartment Va can be protected by the first cover member 40 made of, for example, a porous material. Similarly, the electric wires 12b, 12c arranged in the passenger compartment Va can be protected by the second cover member 60 made of, for example, a porous material. Furthermore, according to the configuration of this embodiment, the opening 44 of the storage recess 43 in the first cover member 40 is covered by the first base member 30 bonded to the tip end portion 42b of each side wall portion 42, so that the electric wire 12a does not fall out of the storage recess 43. Similarly, the opening 64 of the storage recess 63 in the second cover member 60 is covered by the second base member 50 bonded to the tip end portion 62b of each side wall portion 62, so that the electric wires 12b, 12c do not fall out of the storage recess 63.

(2) The exterior member 11 includes multiple protective members (first protective member 21 and second protective member 22). The first protective member 21 and the second protective member 22 are arranged in parallel in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the electric wires 12a and 12b. With this configuration, the use of multiple protective members (first protective member 21 and second protective member 22) makes it possible to wire additional electric wires. In addition, for example, when removing the electric wire 12b, only the second protective member 22 needs to be removed from the exterior member 11, which contributes to improving workability.

(3) The first protective member 21 and the second protective member 22 are arranged side by side so that the top surfaces of the first cover member 40 and the second cover member 60 adjacent to each other in the width direction are flush with each other. With this configuration, the top surface of the exterior member 11 formed by the top surfaces of the first cover member 40 and the second cover member 60 arranged side by side can be configured to be smooth, which contributes to improving the appearance.

(4) In the first cover member 40, the side wall portion 42 has an extension portion 45 extending from the tip portion 42b to the opposite side of the storage recess 43. The extension portion 45 is fixed in contact with the first adhesive surface 31 of the first base member 30. With this configuration, it is possible to increase the adhesion area of the first cover member 40 to the first adhesive surface 31. This makes it possible to improve the fixing strength between the first base member 30 and the first cover member 40. In the second cover member 60, one side wall portion 62 has an extension portion 65 extending from the tip portion 62b to the opposite side of the storage recess 63. The extension portion 65 is fixed in contact with the first adhesive surface 51 of the second base member 50. With this configuration, it is possible to increase the adhesion area of the second cover member 60 to the first adhesive surface 51. This makes it possible to improve the fixing strength between the second base member 50 and the second cover member 60.

(5) In the first protective member 21, the first base member 30 has a second adhesive surface 32 on the side opposite the first adhesive surface 31. According to this configuration, the second adhesive surface 32 of the first base member 30 makes it possible to easily attach the first protective member 21 including the first base member 30 and the first cover member 40 to the attachment location Vb in the passenger compartment Va. Also, in the second protective member 22, the second base member 50 has a second adhesive surface 52 on the side opposite the first adhesive surface 51. According to this configuration, the second adhesive surface 52 of the second base member 50 makes it possible to easily attach the second protective member 22 including the second base member 50 and the second cover member 60 to the attachment location Vb in the passenger compartment Va.

(6) In the first protective member 21, the thickness T1 of the extension portion 45 is smaller than the thickness T2 of the side wall portion 42. When attaching the first protective member 21 to the attachment location Vb, the extension portion 45 of the first cover member 40 is pressed against the attachment location Vb to adhere the second adhesive surface 32 of the first base member 30 to the attachment location Vb. At this time, due to the repulsive force of the porous material forming the extension portion 45, it may be difficult to adhere the second adhesive surface 32 to the attachment location Vb. In this respect, in the above configuration, since the thickness T1 of the extension portion 45 is smaller than the thickness T2 of the side wall portion 42, the repulsive force when the extension portion 45 is pressed against the attachment location Vb can be reduced. Therefore, when the extension portion 45 is pressed, it is possible to easily adhere the second adhesive surface 32 to the attachment location Vb, and as a result, the workability of attaching the exterior member 11 can be improved. In addition, since the second protective member 22 has a similar configuration, the same effect as above can be obtained.

(7) The first cover member 40 is made of a porous material. With this configuration, the first cover member 40, which is made of a porous material having a relatively high elasticity, can provide suitable protection for the electric wires 12a. Furthermore, by making the first cover member 40 out of a porous material, it is possible to suppress the generation of abnormal noise caused by a collision between the electric wires 12a and the first cover member 40 when the electric wires 12a vibrate due to vehicle vibration or the like. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the second cover member 60 is also made of a porous material, and the same effect as above can be obtained.

Other Embodiments
The above embodiment can be modified as follows: The above embodiment and the following modifications can be combined with each other to the extent that no technical contradiction occurs.

The configurations, such as the shape, of each of the first cover member 40 and the second cover member 60 are not limited to those in the above embodiment and can be changed as appropriate.
For example, in the configuration shown in FIG. 6 , the exterior member 11 includes a first protective member 21 and a second protective member 22 each including a cover member 70 of the same shape and a sheet-like base member 80 attached to the cover member 70 .

The cover member 70 is formed of a resin material such as a porous material, similar to the first cover member 40 and the second cover member 60 of the above embodiment. The cover member 70 includes an upper wall portion 71, a pair of side wall portions 72 extending from the upper wall portion 71 along the thickness direction, and a storage recess 73. The pair of side wall portions 72 face each other in the width direction. The storage recess 73 is formed by the inner surfaces of the upper wall portion 71 and the pair of side wall portions 72. Each side wall portion 72 has a base end portion 72a connected to the upper wall portion 71 and a tip end portion 72b which is the end portion opposite the base end portion 72a. The storage recess 73 is formed over the entire length of the cover member 70. The storage recess 73 has an opening 74 formed between the tip ends 72b of the pair of side wall portions 72. The opening 74 opens in the thickness direction.

In the cover member 70, one of the pair of side wall portions 72 has an extension portion 75 that extends outward in the width direction from the tip portion 72b. The extension portion 75 extends from the tip portion 72b of each side wall portion 72 to the side opposite the storage recess 73. The extension portion 75 is formed, for example, over the entire length of each side wall portion 72. The extension portion 75 of the cover member 70 has, for example, the same shape as the extension portions 45, 65 of the exterior member 11 of the above embodiment. Of the pair of side wall portions 72 in the cover member 70, the outer surface in the width direction of the side wall portion 72 that does not have the extension portion 75 has, for example, a flat surface perpendicular to the width direction.

The base member 80 is, for example, a double-sided tape. The base member 80 has a first adhesive surface 81 and a second adhesive surface 82 opposite the first adhesive surface 81. The cover member 70 is adhered to the first adhesive surface 81 of the base member 80. The second adhesive surface 82 of the base member 80 is adhered to the attachment location Vb. The tip portion 72b of each side wall portion 72 of the cover member 70 and the extension portion 75 of one side wall portion 72 are fixed in contact with the first adhesive surface 81 of the base member 80. As a result, the base member 80 is attached to the cover member 70. The opening 74 of the storage recess 73 is covered by the base member 80. As a result, the electric wires 12a, 12b stored in the storage recess 73 do not fall out of the opening 74.

In the configuration shown in FIG. 6, the first protective member 21 and the second protective member 22 are arranged side by side in the width direction so that the side wall portions 72 that do not have the extension portions 75 are adjacent to each other. With the configuration shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to obtain substantially the same effect as the above embodiment.

- The exterior member 11 of the above embodiment may be changed to, for example, an exterior member 11A as shown in FIG. 7. The exterior member 11A includes a protective member 100 having a sheet-shaped base member 101 and a cover member 102 fixed to the base member 101.

The base member 101 is, for example, a double-sided tape. The base member 101 has a first adhesive surface 111 and a second adhesive surface 112 opposite the first adhesive surface 111. The cover member 102 is adhered to the first adhesive surface 111 of the base member 101. The second adhesive surface 112 of the base member 101 is adhered to the attachment location Vb.

The cover member 102 is formed of a resin material such as a porous material, similar to the first cover member 40 and the second cover member 60 of the above embodiment. The cover member 102 includes an upper wall portion 121, a pair of side wall portions 122 extending from the upper wall portion 121 in the thickness direction, and a partition portion 123 extending in the thickness direction between the pair of side wall portions 122. The cover member 102 also includes a plurality of accommodating recesses 124 that each accommodate an electric wire 12. Each accommodating recess 124 is formed by the upper wall portion 121, the side wall portion 122, and the partition portion 123. That is, the accommodating recess 124 is located between the side wall portion 122 and the partition portion 123 in the width direction. The cover member 102 also has, for example, two accommodating recesses 124. Each accommodating recess 124 is formed over the entire length of the cover member 102. Each accommodating recess 124 has an opening 125 that opens toward the thickness direction. Each side wall portion 122 of the cover member 102 has an extension portion 126 similar to the extension portion 45 of the first cover member 40 of the above embodiment.

The pair of side walls 122 and the respective tips of the partition 123 and the extension 126 are fixed in contact with the first adhesive surface 111 of the base member 101. This causes the base member 101 to be attached to the cover member 102. The openings 125 of each storage recess 124 are covered by the base member 101. This prevents the electric wires 12 stored in each storage recess 124 from falling out of the openings 125.

The configuration shown in FIG. 7 can also provide substantially the same effect as the above embodiment. The number of storage recesses 124 in the cover member 102 is not limited to the configuration shown in FIG. 7, and may be three or more. When adding an electric wire 12 to the configuration shown in FIG. 7, the second protective member 22 in the above embodiment may be used.

In the first cover member 40 of the above embodiment, the upper surface from the upper wall portion 41 to the extension portion 45 has a curved shape, but this is not particularly limited, and the shape of the upper surface can be changed as appropriate. For example, the upper surface may be a flat surface that slopes so that the thickness of the first cover member 40 decreases toward both ends of the width direction of the first cover member 40. In addition, it is desirable to change the shape of the lower surface of the overlapping portion 66 in the second cover member 60 in accordance with the change in shape of the upper surface.

In the exterior member 11 of the above embodiment, the number of electric wires 12a, 12b accommodated in each of the accommodating recesses 43, 63 is not limited to one and may be two or more.
