Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de chargement respectueux de l'environnement pour des déchets ménagers et un système de chargement de déchets ménagers. Le système de chargement de déchets ménagers comprend une gaine étanche fixe, une trémie de chargement de déchets disposée sur le côté interne de la gaine étanche, et un premier mécanisme de levage utilisé pour entraîner la trémie de chargement de déchets afin de la faire monter et descendre ; un second mécanisme de levage est disposé sur un châssis mobile du pont roulant ; un capot d'étanchéité utilisé pour sceller une partie d'ouverture d'extrémité inférieure de la gaine étanche est disposé sur le second mécanisme de levage ; et un dispositif de retrait et de retour de capot de contenant utilisé pour retirer et remettre en place un capot de contenant d'un véhicule de transport de déchets est en outre disposé sur le châssis mobile du pont roulant. Le système permet à un véhicule de collecte de déchets ménagers à déplacement en marche avant de charger directement des déchets ménagers dans un contenant d'un véhicule de transport de déchets par le biais de la trémie de chargement de déchets, de façon à empêcher les déchets de toucher le sol tout au long d'un processus de permutation et de transfert du véhicule, et forme une structure d'étanchéité annulaire rectangulaire entre l'extrémité inférieure de la trémie de chargement de déchets et une partie d'ouverture de contenant du véhicule de transport de déchets pendant un processus de chargement, de façon à bien empêcher les odeurs et les eaux usées de fuiter et de contaminer l'environnement.
