Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique pour le blanchiment de la peau et la réduction des rides contenant un extrait mixte d'une fleur, d'une branche et d'un fruit de Rosa multiflora Thunb. en tant que principe actif. La composition cosmétique de la présente invention présente une teneur totale en polyphénols de 134,63 mg EAG/g et une teneur totale en flavonoïdes de 18,08 mg EAG/g, et présente une capacité à piéger les radicaux DPPH et les radicaux ABTS, une capacité à inhiber les activités de la tyrosinase et de l'élastase, un effet de réduction de la synthèse de la mélanine, et un effet de diminution des niveaux d'expression de la tyrosinase, MITF, TRP1 et TRP2 à la fois au niveau du gène et de la protéine, présentant ainsi des effets de blanchiment de la peau et de réduction des rides. En conséquence, la composition de la présente invention peut être efficacement utilisée comme substance pour des produits cosmétiques et des aliments fonctionnels pour la santé destinés au blanchiment de la peau et à la réduction des rides.
