Definitions
- the present invention falls within the field of architecture, civil engineering and construction; in particular it relates to contracting systems for generating elevated platforms that allow the use of areas that are normally used on the ground floor, but which are wasted. More specifically, it relates to a system for constructing elevated platforms for multiple uses.
- the existence of large open-air parking areas used exclusively for parking cars can generate problems related to the inefficient use of space, environmental impact due to large concrete or asphalt surfaces that prevent water from seeping into the subsoil and consequently affecting aquifers and their contamination by runoff carrying oils, heavy metals and chemical products, as well as the possibility of causing floods, overflowing of rivers and streams, etc.; considerable increase in temperature that generates multiple inconveniences; generates a pedestrian disconnection between parking areas and building areas, and limitations in urban planning.
- the square footage ratio of a shopping center to its parking area can vary depending on several factors, such as local regulations, the size of the shopping center, the number of stores, and the geographic location. Shopping centers are often designed to provide enough parking space to accommodate visitor demand.
- parking lots There are several types of parking lots, each designed to meet specific parking needs and maximize space efficiency, depending on the area where they are required, the architectural work, etc. Below are some examples of the most common types of parking lots:
- Ground-level or open-air parking lots ; underground or basement parking lots located below ground level; structure parking lots with multiple levels of parking spaces at different heights, depending on the needs.
- Ground-level parking is the most basic type of parking, where vehicles are parked on a flat surface and accessible directly from the street. It may consist of a paved or asphalted area with parking markings and a linear or angled layout.
- the present invention focuses on the use of large surfaces intended for ground-level or open-air parking; although it can also be used on other surfaces where the ground level has another use.
- the arrangement of the parking spaces can also be different, for example parallel spaces, battery spaces, there can be one-way or two-way battery parking, depending on the configuration and width of the streets.
- Parallel parking This is a common layout where parking spaces are arranged in straight rows parallel to the driveway. In this case, vehicles are parked one behind the other in each row. There may be one or two directions of traffic flow in each row.
- Herringbone or battery parking This layout involves parking spaces arranged at an angle, forming rows with a shared central access point. The spaces are arranged at an angle of approximately 30, 45 or 60 degrees to the access road.
- Angled parking is a variant of parallel parking.
- the cars are not located in parallel, but in an oblique position, which gives certain advantages to drivers who do not have good control over parallel parking.
- Island parking In this type of layout, parking spaces are grouped into islands or clusters. Each island has a shared central access point and the spaces are arranged at an angle or in a straight line. This can allow for better circulation and access to the parking spaces.
- Spiral or ramp parking In some shopping centers with space restrictions, a spiral or ramp layout may be used. This involves a spiral ramp connecting the different levels of the parking lot, with the parking spaces arranged around the ramp. This design allows for efficient use of vertical space.
- the present invention focuses on the substantial opportunity to develop infrastructure that allows for better use of large surfaces intended for open-air parking used exclusively for parking cars or for other uses, solving problems related to inefficient use of space, environmental impact, pedestrian disconnection and limitations in urban planning and also offering an alternative in urban areas that are densely populated, where space is at a premium. limited or simply where the construction of elevated platforms for multiple uses is permitted, which can be placed in parking lots or areas intended for other uses without interfering with parked vehicles or their parking maneuvers.

Abstract
Description
The present invention falls within the field of architecture, civil engineering and construction; in particular it relates to contracting systems for generating elevated platforms that allow the use of areas that are normally used on the ground floor, but which are wasted. More specifically, it relates to a system for constructing elevated platforms for multiple uses.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Nowadays, the developments of large shopping centers, commercial plazas, corporate buildings, residential developments, among other constructions and buildings that bring together a plurality of stores, businesses, offices, offices, consulting rooms, restaurants, houses, residences, etc. are widely known; where large parking areas are necessary to park the cars of employees, residents or visitors. Open-air parking areas occupy large tracts of land that only allow the use of that surface at ground level; but that could be used more efficiently for other purposes.
In densely populated urban areas where space is limited, the exclusive use of large areas for parking can represent a substantial opportunity to develop more beneficial infrastructure that allows better use of these large surfaces.
The existence of large open-air parking areas used exclusively for parking cars can generate problems related to the inefficient use of space, environmental impact due to large concrete or asphalt surfaces that prevent water from seeping into the subsoil and consequently affecting aquifers and their contamination by runoff carrying oils, heavy metals and chemical products, as well as the possibility of causing floods, overflowing of rivers and streams, etc.; considerable increase in temperature that generates multiple inconveniences; generates a pedestrian disconnection between parking areas and building areas, and limitations in urban planning. The square footage ratio of a shopping center to its parking area can vary depending on several factors, such as local regulations, the size of the shopping center, the number of stores, and the geographic location. Shopping centers are often designed to provide enough parking space to accommodate visitor demand.
For example, according to the Official Gazette of Mexico City of the Dissemination Body of the Government of Mexico City regarding the Public Administration of Mexico City, dated July 11, 2017, the Agreement was published by which Section 1.2. Parking lots of the Complementary Technical Standard for the Architectural Project is Modified, where it is established that according to the use of the land, for example for residential use (housing), the maximum number of parking spaces is three per dwelling, for commercial use, for example for self-service stores, department stores and shopping centers, one parking space is required for every 25 m2 built; in the case of hospitals, one parking space is required for every 50 m2 of construction.
A continuación, se citan algunos ejemplos de los tipos más comunes de estacionamientos: There are several types of parking lots, each designed to meet specific parking needs and maximize space efficiency, depending on the area where they are required, the architectural work, etc. Below are some examples of the most common types of parking lots:
Ground-level or open-air parking lots; underground or basement parking lots located below ground level; structure parking lots with multiple levels of parking spaces at different heights, depending on the needs. Ground-level parking is the most basic type of parking, where vehicles are parked on a flat surface and accessible directly from the street. It may consist of a paved or asphalted area with parking markings and a linear or angled layout.
The present invention focuses on the use of large surfaces intended for ground-level or open-air parking; although it can also be used on other surfaces where the ground level has another use. In this type of parking, the arrangement of the parking spaces can also be different, for example parallel spaces, battery spaces, there can be one-way or two-way battery parking, depending on the configuration and width of the streets.
A continuación, se presentan ejemplos de distribuciones típicas de cajones de estacionamiento en centros comerciales: The distribution of parking spaces in shopping centers, self-service stores, department stores, businesses, offices, clinics, restaurants, homes, residences, etc., can vary depending on the layout and local regulations. However, there are some general guidelines that are commonly followed. Below are examples of typical parking space layouts in shopping centers:
Parallel parking: This is a common layout where parking spaces are arranged in straight rows parallel to the driveway. In this case, vehicles are parked one behind the other in each row. There may be one or two directions of traffic flow in each row.
Herringbone or battery parking: This layout involves parking spaces arranged at an angle, forming rows with a shared central access point. The spaces are arranged at an angle of approximately 30, 45 or 60 degrees to the access road.
Angled parking is a variant of parallel parking. In these, the cars are not located in parallel, but in an oblique position, which gives certain advantages to drivers who do not have good control over parallel parking.
Island parking: In this type of layout, parking spaces are grouped into islands or clusters. Each island has a shared central access point and the spaces are arranged at an angle or in a straight line. This can allow for better circulation and access to the parking spaces.
Spiral or ramp parking: In some shopping centers with space restrictions, a spiral or ramp layout may be used. This involves a spiral ramp connecting the different levels of the parking lot, with the parking spaces arranged around the ramp. This design allows for efficient use of vertical space.
The present invention focuses on the substantial opportunity to develop infrastructure that allows for better use of large surfaces intended for open-air parking used exclusively for parking cars or for other uses, solving problems related to inefficient use of space, environmental impact, pedestrian disconnection and limitations in urban planning and also offering an alternative in urban areas that are densely populated, where space is at a premium. limited or simply where the construction of elevated platforms for multiple uses is permitted, which can be placed in parking lots or areas intended for other uses without interfering with parked vehicles or their parking maneuvers.
A search was carried out to determine the closest state of the art, entering the following documents:
Document CN207194523U of Zhang Shouqing dated April 15, 2017 was found, which reveals a utility model of a shopping mall with a football field, which includes the field of the football field, where the field of the football field is equipped with the underground space facility, and the underground space facility includes an underground store. The football field occupies a large area, contains the auxiliary building where the underground space facility is set up in the underground of the football field. The use, increases the effect of commercial value added on the football field. Because the large-scale shopping mall and football field are usually built in the suburbs, it represents a great advantage in terms of the utilization of the used space, representing a high efficiency of land use; where the construction and maintenance of the football field are supported by the benefit represented by the shopping mall.
