Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de stérilisation de planche à découper comprenant : un corps principal ayant une surface supérieure sur laquelle est placée une planche de coupe ayant été utilisée ; et une unité de stérilisation formée dans le corps principal et comportant une pluralité de DEL stérilisation émettant dans le domaine visible afin d'irradier une surface de la planche à découper ayant été utilisée qui fait face à la surface supérieure du corps principal avec une lumière visible de stérilisation à une longueur d'onde de 405 nm, de telle sorte que la planche à découper est stérilisé à l'aide d'une longueur d'onde de lumière visible qui est sans danger pour le corps humain tout en ayant une fonction de stérilisation, ce qui permet de conserver un environnement de cuisine hygiénique en toutes circonstances.
