Abstract
Des aspects de la présente invention concernent des procédés de détection d'une séquence d'acide nucléique cible dans un échantillon provenant d'un sujet à l'aide d'une protéine associée à CRISPR (Cas), un ARN guide CRISPR (ARNcr), et un modèle de signal qui est conçu pour détecter la séquence d'acide nucléique cible par l'intermédiaire d'un signal détectable (par exemple, un signal fluorescent). Selon certains aspects, de tels procédés sont utiles pour diagnostiquer et traiter un sujet tel qu'un sujet atteint d'un cancer.
