An aerosol generating product, comprising a vapor-producing section (1), a flow-disturbing section (2) and a mouthpiece section (3), which are connected in sequence, wherein an axial through cavity (21) is provided in the flow-disturbing section (2); and the mouthpiece section (3) is provided with at least one ventilation hole (4), and the ventilation hole (4) is configured to guide external air into the mouthpiece section (3).
