A presente invenção descreve uma roldana (1 ), ilustrada nas Figuras 3 e 4, para carretilhas e maneias em linhas de abate bovino, suíno, ovino e caprino, em um material polimérico de alta resistência, sendo da família de policetona (PK) e de auto lubrificação, como ilustrada pela Figura 2. O pino de fixação é de barra redonda em inox 304, com diâmetro/largura entre 9,53 e 19, 05 mm e comprimento entre 30 e 80 mm. A retirada das etapas de desoxidação, enxágue, apassivação e, ainda, posterior lubrificação, reduz a quantidade de recursos utilizados na lavagem, como o uso de produtos químicos, minimizando os impactos ambientais.
