Abstract
Disclosed are methods and utilities for the isolation of novel exosomes from microorganisms present in yogurt and probiotics. Also provided is a method for these exosomes to encapsulate drugs, nucleic acids, or peptides for delivery to disease sites. These exosomes can also be used directly on disease sites for their intrinsic antifungal and anti inflammatory activity.
