Description

Belly Fusion Bowl and a Method of Manufacturing Thereof
Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to the field of bowls.
More particularly, the present invention relates to a three-layer bowl structure.
Even more particularly, the invention relates to bowls made up of metal, plastic, and a non-skid/ TPE layer. All three layers are permanently attached. The outer layer comprises a matte and shiny finish surface, and the fillet is provided on the bottom edge of the non-skid layer and in the inner metal bowl.
Background of the Invention:
The molded plastic bowls are commonly used pet bowls in the prior arts and other various types of pet feeders used, some are in shape of bowls, and some are specifically for water purposes. The plastic bowls come in a lot of different shapes, sizes and colors and it is easily prone to chewing or scratching, if scratches do occur, bacteria can find its way in. The feeder bowl which are used normally are used for pets like dog and cat, big size of feeder pots are used for cow, goat, or other animals. The bowls are used by the user at home which can be kept anywhere and the feed can be served to the pet. Pets have this tendency of spreading the food on the floor and then scattering it all over the place. Some of the pet feeder pots are very weak and they easily break after few months. The manufacturer does not used high quality of materials for pet bowls which ultimately results in to weak and easily breakable pots.
