Abstract

Est décrit un procédé amélioré basé sur un lysat d'amibocytes pour la détection d'endotoxine. Le procédé ne nécessite qu'une seule étape d'incubation et permet l'utilisation de divers volumes d'entrée d'échantillon, ce qui permet une plus grande flexibilité tout en maintenant une détection sensible d'endotoxine à des concentrations allant de 0,01 à 10 unités d'endotoxine (EU)/ml. Sont également décrits des kits pour réaliser le procédé de détection d'endotoxine.
