Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif à ultrasons comportant un transducteur à ultrasons micro-usiné piézoélectrique comprenant au moins un élément piézoélectrique. Le dispositif à ultrasons comprend également un substrat présentant une première surface et une seconde surface opposée, et un circuit de commande CMOS comprenant une couche de métallisation CMOS sur la première surface et une pluralité de transistors disposés intégralement à l'intérieur de la première surface. L'élément piézoélectrique comprend une membrane piézoélectrique mobile comportant un corps piézoélectrique, une première électrode et une seconde électrode agencées chacune sur la première surface. Une cavité est définie en partie par la membrane piézoélectrique mobile et en partie par le substrat. La membrane piézoélectrique mobile définit au moins une partie d'une paroi de la cavité et est conçue pour se déformer dans la cavité. Le circuit de commande CMOS est configuré pour commander la transmission d'ultrasons en commandant le mouvement de la membrane piézoélectrique mobile et/ou commander la réception d'ultrasons par réception de signaux résultant du mouvement de la membrane piézoélectrique mobile.
