Abstract

Provided are a moisturizing composition and a use thereof. The moisturizing composition comprises shea butter, cocoa butter, white beeswax, wheat germ oil, oryza sativa germ oil, and squalane. All the components in the moisturizing composition are reasonable in compatibility and have a synergistic effect, so that the composition has a more excellent moisturizing effect; and all the components are natural plant components, are mild and safe, have no irritation to the skin, and conform to the green and environmentally-friendly trends in the cosmetics market, such that consumers can use the moisturizing composition more securely, , and the purchasing desire of the consumers is also improved.

However, the above products do not take green environmental protection factors into consideration, contain traditional petroleum-derived ingredients (such as mineral oil and petrolatum), and cannot achieve ideal health conditions. Based on this, combined with the green environmental protection market trend and the recent new technologies in the industry, it is necessary to develop a green environmental protection and moisturizing product to meet the needs of modern people.

Summary of the invention

In view of the deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a moisturizing composition and its application, wherein the moisturizing composition uses natural ingredients to produce moisturizing effects, conforms to the green environmental protection trend, and has the effect of deeply replenishing moisture.

To achieve the purpose of this invention, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:

In a first aspect, the present disclosure provides a moisturizing composition comprising avocado butter, cocoa seed butter, white beeswax, wheat germ oil, rice germ oil and squalane.

Example 2

The present embodiment provides a moisturizing composition, which comprises, by weight, 8 parts of avocado butter, 4 parts of cocoa seed butter, 2 parts of white beeswax, 12 parts of wheat germ oil, 6 parts of rice germ oil, 28 parts of squalane, and 0.13 parts of fully human ^TM collagen.

Application Example 1

This application example prepares a moisturizing lip balm, and its formula is: 30 parts of the moisturizing composition of Example 1, 8 parts of candelilla wax, and 62 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride.

Its preparation method is:

(1) Avocado butter, cocoa seed butter, white beeswax, wheat germ oil, rice germ oil and squalane are mixed and heated to 80° C., and then caprylic/capric triglyceride and candelilla wax are added, mixed evenly and kept warm for 15 minutes;

(2) After the heat preservation, add human ^TM collagen in sequence, mix well, cool to 50℃, and let stand. Leave it for 1 hour and it is ready.

Application Example 2-4

This application example provides three moisturizing lip balms, the formulas of which differ from those of application example 1 only in that the moisturizing composition of example 1 is replaced with the moisturizing compositions of examples 2-4 with the same addition amounts, and other conditions remain unchanged. Application Example 5

This application example prepares a moisturizing lip balm, and its formula is: 30 parts of the moisturizing composition of Example 1, 8 parts of candelilla wax, 8 parts of plant extract, and 62 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride;

The plant extract is a combination of rosemary extract, laminaria japonica extract and tea extract in a ratio of 2:1:1.

Its preparation method is:

(1) Avocado butter, cocoa seed butter, white beeswax, wheat germ oil, rice germ oil and squalane were mixed and heated to 80° C., and then caprylic/capric triglyceride and candelilla wax were added, mixed evenly and kept warm for 15 minutes;

(2) After the heat preservation is completed, add the fully human ^TM collagen and the plant extract in sequence, mix them evenly, cool them to 50°C, and let them stand for 1 hour.

Application Example 6

This application example provides a moisturizing lip balm, the formula of which differs from that of application example 5 only in that the plant extract does not contain rosemary extract, and the reduced amount thereof is distributed to the Laminaria japonica extract and the tea extract in proportion, while the other ingredients and contents remain unchanged. Application Example 7

Comparative Application Examples 1-6

This comparative application example provides six moisturizing lip balms, the formulas of which differ from those of Application Example 1 only in that the moisturizing composition of Example 1 is replaced by the moisturizing compositions of Comparative Examples 1-6 with the same addition amounts, and other conditions remain unchanged. The preparation method refers to Application Example 1.

Comparative Application Example 7

This comparative application example provides a moisturizing lip balm, the formula of which differs from that of Application Example 1 only in that the moisturizing composition of Example 1 is not included, and the reduced amount is supplemented by caprylic/capric triglyceride. The preparation method refers to that of Application Example 1.

Test Example 1

The acute oral toxicity test of cosmetics was carried out in accordance with the standard of acute oral toxicity test of chemicals GB/T21603 in this test example.

After the moisturizing lip balm provided in Application Example 1-8 was orally administered to experimental mice once, the health damage effects of the mice in the short term were recorded, and the results were expressed as oral LD50 (Medium lethal dose), wherein LD50 represents the statistical dose of the poison that causes half of the death of the experimental animals after the test substance is orally administered once, and the judgment criteria are shown in Table 1:

It can be seen from Table 2 that the moisturizing lip balm provided by the present disclosure is safe and non-toxic.

Test Example 2

Red blood cell hemolysis test

This project evaluates irritation through the red blood cell hemolysis test. The red blood cell hemolysis test is one of the alternative methods for the rabbit eye irritation test (Draizetest). The basic principle is to evaluate the damage of chemicals to eye tissue cells by measuring the amount of hemoglobin dissolved and the degree of denaturation. The RBC test is mainly used internationally to evaluate the The eye irritation study of chemicals such as products and raw materials is carried out, and the classification standards are shown in Table 3 below.

The results of the red blood cell hemolysis experiment on the samples of Examples 1-8 are shown in Table 4, where L/D is the ratio of HD50 (the sample concentration when 50% of the red blood cells are hemolyzed) to DI (protein denaturation index).

It can be seen from Table 4 that the moisturizing lip balm disclosed in the present invention is safe and reliable, will not cause any side effects to the body, will not cause any adverse reactions, and will not bring any burden to the skin.

Test Example 3

Moisturizing effect measurement

150 healthy volunteers were selected, including 75 males and 75 females, aged 20 to 40 years old, without severe systemic diseases, immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases, no allergies to cosmetics, no acute facial inflammation, no use of hormone drugs or immunosuppressants, no participation in other clinical trials, and no application of external preparations. They were randomly divided into 15 groups, 10 people in each group, and the moisturizing lip balms provided by the above-mentioned application examples 1-8 and comparative application examples 1-7 were applied respectively. The lipsticks were applied to the lip skin of the volunteers in their respective groups, and the moisture content of the lip skin was detected by a skin moisture tester (CorneometerCM825) at 0min, 30min, and 60min, and the moisture content of the skin before and after the use of the lipstick was evaluated. The specific test results are shown in Table 5 below.

The data in Table 5 show that the lip balms prepared in Application Examples 1-3 have good moisturizing effects. The skin moisture content can reach more than 68% at 0h, still more than 64% after 30min, and more than 59% after 60min. Comparative Example 7 shows that after adding the moisturizing composition of the present disclosure, the lip balm can quickly moisturize the lip skin and lock the skin moisture. Comparative Examples 1-6 show that the avocado tree butter, cocoa seed butter, white beeswax, wheat germ oil, rice germ oil and squalane in the moisturizing composition cooperate with each other, have a synergistic effect, and have a significant moisturizing and synergistic effect.

Test Example 4 Antioxidant Test

(1) Take 1 g of the moisturizing lip balm of Application Examples 1 and 5-8, add 2 mL of anhydrous ethanol, and after complete dissolution, add 2 mL of 60 μmol/L DPPH solution and mix well. Let stand for 30 min, adjust to zero with anhydrous ethanol, and measure the absorbance at 517 nm as Ai; in the same way, take 2 mL of anhydrous ethanol solvent + 2 mL of DPPH solution and mix well to measure the absorbance as Ac; take 1 g of the matrix of the composition and dissolve it, add 2 mL of anhydrous ethanol, and then add 2 mL of anhydrous ethanol solvent and mix well to measure the absorbance as Aj.

The free radical scavenging rate was calculated according to the following formula.

Among them, Aj is the contribution of the reaction sample itself to the absorbance; Ai is the absorbance value of the sample after the action of DPPH; Ac is the absorption of DPPH itself at the measurement wavelength.

The DPPH free radical scavenging rate reflects its antioxidant capacity to a certain extent. The higher the scavenging rate, the better the antioxidant degree. The results are shown in Table 6 (each group of samples was measured 5 times in parallel, and the data are presented as average values).

As shown in Table 6, Application Examples 1 and 5 show that the lip balm of the present invention has a good scavenging effect on DPPH by adding plant extracts with antioxidant effects, and the scavenging rate is above 85%. As shown in Application Examples 6-8, the rosemary extract, Laminaria japonica extract and tea extract in the plant extracts of the present invention cooperate with each other and have a synergistic effect in the antioxidant effect.

Test Example 5 Consumer Sensory Effect Evaluation

150 female volunteers aged between 30 and 35 were selected as test subjects and randomly divided into 15 groups, with 10 people in each group. Test method: The test subjects applied the lipsticks of application examples 1-8 and comparative application examples 1-7 to their lips, twice a day, for 30 consecutive days.
