  • Water sports include sporting activities where physical activity and competition take place in an aquatic environment. These sports include swimming, diving, synchronized swimming, water polo and wave surfing. Water sports help athletes improve their balance, coordination, endurance and strength. Water polo is a team sport that is particularly prominent among water sports. Players must constantly move their legs to stay balanced on the water while trying to throw the ball into the opposing team's goal.
  • Fins, floats, hand fins, kick boards, training buoys, water polo caps, underwater cones and targets, resistance bands and underwater weights are used in water polo training.
  • Flippers are used to increase swimming speed and strengthen the leg muscles. Flotators help the swimmer to swim with only their arms without moving their legs. Hand fins are used to strengthen the swimmer's arm movements. Kick boards are used to focus on leg movements.
  • Training buoys are used in the water to improve balance and body position. Resistance bands are used in aquatic exercises to increase strength and endurance. Underwater weights are used for endurance and strength training. Strengthening the body is very important in water polo training and there is no special training equipment that can provide this.
