Abstract
L'invention se rapporte au domaine des contrôles non destructeurs, et peut être utilisée pour le contrôle ultrasonore de tubes, d'ébauches et de laminés en feuille et de profilés. Le résultat technique consiste en une augmentation des caractéristiques d'exploitation, notamment de la fiabilité et de l'aptitude à la réparation d'un convertisseur ultrasonore séparé-combiné. Ce convertisseur ultrasonore séparé-combiné comprend une base sur laquelle sont montés en série: un corps d'unité émettrice dans lequel se trouve un prisme d'un élément piézo-électrique émetteur sur lequel est fixé au moins un élément piézo-électrique émetteur; un écran de protection qui comprend une couche de protection acoustique ou électromagnétique, soit simultanément plusieurs couches de protection dans leurs différents agencements et combinaisons; un corps d'unité de réception dans lequel se trouve le prisme d'un élément piézo-électrique récepteur sur lequel est fixé au moins un élément piézo-électrique récepteur; tous les éléments de la structure sont connectés rigidement les uns aux autres à l'aide d'un élément de fixation.
