Abstract
La présente divulgation concerne un nouveau procédé d'amplification, de séquençage ou de synthèse de polynucléotide en forme de L. L'invention concerne en outre des nucléotides en forme de L et des enzymes en forme de D qui peuvent être utilisées dans le procédé. L'invention concerne également le procédé de fabrication des nucléotides en forme de L et des enzymes en forme de D.
