Abstract

The present invention suppresses a failure where a take-out port cannot be formed in a sheet package in which a take-out port is opened by partially peeling a label. This sheet package (2) has a bag body (20) and a label (100) that is attached to the bag body. The label has a first resin layer (104), a silicon layer (105), a first adhesive layer (106), a second resin layer (107), and a cutting part (110) that forms a label opening (125). The cutting part is not formed in the first resin layer and is formed in the second resin layer. A part of the second resin layer is separated by means of the cutting part, and the label opening (125) is formed. The label has a first region (R1) that extends to the downstream side from the upstream edge of the cutting part, and a second region (R2) that extends to the downstream side from the downstream edge of the cutting part. The silicon layer and the first adhesive layer are provided in the first region and the second region. The basis weight of silicon in the first region is lower than the basis weight of silicon in the second region.

Patent Document 1 discloses a sheet packaging body that packages an assembly of sheets such as wet tissues. The sheet packaging body has an assembly of multiple sheets, a film bag that packages the assembly and has a bag opening that serves as a removal opening, and a label that is peelably attached to the surface of the film bag and covers the bag opening. The label is configured so that the bag opening can be opened by partially peeling the label off of the film bag, and a first adhesive layer that is part of the label can be exposed on the surface of the film bag around the bag opening.

Patent No. 5160195

The sheet packaging body has a first adhesive layer that is exposed around the bag opening when the label is partially peeled off, and a second adhesive layer that adheres the non-peeling portion of the label to the film bag. During normal use, the first adhesive layer is peeled off and exposed, and even when peeled off, the second adhesive layer continues to adhere to the film bag, so that part of the label separates. However, in the usage environment of the sheet packaging body, for example, in a low temperature environment (for example, below freezing point), the adhesive strength of the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer changes, and it is sometimes impossible to achieve a state in which the first adhesive layer peels off and the second adhesive layer does not peel off. As a result, the label does not peel off partially in the intended manner, and an access opening cannot be formed.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to prevent the problem of the outlet not being able to be formed in a sheet packaging body in which the outlet is blocked before use and opened when the label is partially peeled off during use.

A sheet packaging body according to one embodiment includes an assembly of a plurality of sheets, a bag body that packages the assembly and has a bag opening that constitutes an outlet for the sheets, and a label that covers the bag opening and is peelably attached to the surface of the bag body. The label includes a first resin layer, a silicone layer that abuts against the bag body side surface of the first resin layer and has silicone, a first adhesive layer that abuts against the bag body side surface of the silicone layer and has a first adhesive, a second resin layer that abuts against the bag body side surface of the first adhesive layer, and a cut portion that forms a label opening that constitutes an outlet for the sheets. The cut portion is not formed in the first resin layer, but is formed in the second resin layer. The first resin layer is pulled from the upstream side to the downstream side in the opening direction, so that a part of the second resin layer is separated through the cut portion, and the separated part of the second resin layer is peeled off together with the first resin layer to form the label opening. The label has a first region extending downstream from the upstream edge of the cut portion in the opening direction, and a second region extending downstream from the downstream edge of the cut portion in the opening direction. The silicone layer and the first adhesive layer are provided in the first region and the second region. The basis weight of the silicone in the first region is lower than the basis weight of the silicone in the second region.

A label for packaging according to one embodiment is peelably attached to the surface of the bag that packages a collection of multiple sheets, and covers the bag opening of the bag in a freely openable and closable manner.
(1) Overview of the embodiment At least the following matters will become apparent from the description of this specification and the accompanying drawings.
The invention according to aspect 1 is a sheet packaging body. The sheet packaging body includes an assembly of a plurality of sheets, a bag body that packages the assembly and has a bag opening that constitutes an outlet for the sheets, and a label that covers the bag opening and is peelably attached to the surface of the bag body. The first resin layer is pulled from the upstream side to the downstream side in the opening direction, so that a part of the second resin layer is separated via the cut portion, and the separated part of the second resin layer is peeled off together with the first resin layer to form the label opening. The label has a first region extending downstream from the upstream edge of the cut portion in the unsealing direction, and a second region extending downstream from the downstream edge of the cut portion in the unsealing direction. The silicon layer and the first adhesive layer are provided in the first region and the second region. The basis weight of the silicon in the first region is lower than the basis weight of the silicon in the second region. According to this aspect, the basis weight of the silicon in the first region is low, and it is difficult to peel off from the first adhesive. Therefore, peeling of the first adhesive layer and the silicon layer in the first region is suppressed when the label is separated, and the second resin layer separated through the cut portion can be peeled off together with the first resin layer to form a label opening and form a take-out port. In addition, since the basis weight of the silicon layer is high in the second region, the first adhesive layer and the silicon layer can be separated. Therefore, when the label is separated, the silicon layer and the first adhesive layer can be peeled off in the second region, and the silicon layer can be peeled off together with the first resin layer to expose the first adhesive layer. By exposing the first adhesive layer around the label opening after forming the label opening, the sheet packaging body after the label opening is formed can be adhered to the outer casing via the first adhesive layer, and the sheet can be held hygienically.

According to a preferred embodiment, the invention according to embodiment 2 may have the following features in the invention according to embodiment 1. The label has a third region extending downstream from the upstream edge of the label in the opening direction. The third region does not have the first adhesive layer, but has the silicone layer. In the third region, the second resin layer and the silicone layer releasably overlap. In the third region extending downstream from the upstream edge of the label in the opening direction, the first adhesive layer is not provided, and the second resin layer and the silicone layer releasably overlap, so that the part on the first resin layer side from the silicone layer can be grasped to separate the label. Furthermore, when the label is peeled downstream in the opening direction via the silicone layer, the first region where the silicone layer and the first adhesive layer abut is reached. At this time, because the basis weight of the silicon in the first region is low, the first region does not continue to peel through the silicon layer, but maintains adhesion to the first adhesive layer through the silicon layer, and the second resin layer separated through the cut portion is separated together with the first resin layer, forming a label opening in the intended manner.

According to a preferred aspect, the invention according to aspect 3 may have the following features in the invention according to aspect 1 or aspect 2. The label has a fourth region extending from the upstream edge of the cut portion in the opening direction toward the upstream side to the third region. The silicone layer is provided in the fourth region. The basis weight of the silicone in the fourth region is higher than the basis weight of the silicone in the first region. According to this aspect, since the basis weight of the silicone in the fourth region is higher than the basis weight of the silicone in the first region, the first resin layer and the first adhesive layer can be peeled off via the silicone layer. In addition, since the first adhesive layer is not arranged in the third region located upstream of the fourth region, the first resin layer can be peeled off from the second resin layer in the region from the upstream edge of the label in the opening direction to the upstream edge of the cut portion (the region consisting of the third and fourth regions). In addition, because the basis weight of the silicon in the first region is low, in the region (first region) extending from the upstream edge of the cut portion toward the downstream side, the first resin layer and the second resin layer can be maintained in a bonded state through the first adhesive layer without peeling the first resin layer and the first adhesive layer through the silicon layer. Therefore, the second resin layer separated through the cut portion can be separated together with the first resin layer, forming a label opening in the intended manner.

According to a preferred embodiment, the invention according to embodiment 4 may have the following features in the invention according to any one of embodiments 1 to 3. The first adhesive layer is provided in the four regions. According to this embodiment, when the label is separated, the silicone layer and the first adhesive layer peel off in the fourth region, exposing the first adhesive layer. The first adhesive layer is disposed around the label opening, and the sheet packaging body can be adhered to an outer packaging body or the like via the first adhesive layer. This makes it possible to prevent liquid from evaporating too much through the label opening, and to reduce the space around the label opening to hold the sheet hygienically.

According to a preferred embodiment, the invention according to embodiment 5 may have the following features in the invention according to any one of embodiments 1 to 4. The silicon layer is arranged in a plurality of rectangular regions in a plan view in the first region. According to this embodiment, by arranging the silicon layer in a plurality of rectangular regions, it is easier to maintain a constant distance between the regions compared to a form in which the silicon layer is arranged in a plurality of circular regions, and unevenness in the silicon can be suppressed. Therefore, by adjusting the basis weight according to the area ratio of the silicon, etc., it is easy to adjust the peel strength of the silicon in the intended manner.

According to a preferred embodiment, the invention according to embodiment 6 may have the following features in the invention according to any one of embodiments 1 to 5. The area ratio of silicon in the silicon layer in the first region is 40% or less. The area ratio of silicon in the silicon layer in the second region is 50% or more. According to this embodiment, it is possible to preferably obtain the effect of preventing the first adhesive layer from peeling off the silicon layer in the first region and forming a label opening and an outlet, while preferably obtaining the effect of peeling off the silicon layer and the first adhesive layer in the second region, peeling off the silicon layer together with the first resin layer, and exposing the first adhesive layer.

According to a preferred embodiment, the invention according to aspect 7 may have the following features in the invention according to any one of aspects 1 to 6. The label has a fifth region disposed around the cut portion downstream of the first region in the unsealing direction and upstream of the second region in the unsealing direction. The silicon layer is provided in the fifth region. The basis weight of the silicon in the fifth region is higher than the basis weight of the silicon in the first region. When partially separating the label, in the region upstream of the unsealing direction of the cut portion (e.g., the first region), it is easy for the user to apply an appropriate force along the unsealing direction and peel the label in the intended manner. However, in the fifth region, which is one of the regions downstream of the unsealing direction of the cut portion, it is difficult for the user to apply an appropriate force along the unsealing direction and peel the label in the intended manner. According to this embodiment, the basis weight of the silicon is higher in the first region than in the fifth region, and increases from the upstream side to the downstream side in the unsealing direction. Therefore, the label opening can be formed by peeling the label in the intended manner through the silicon layer even downstream of the unsealing direction of the cut portion.

According to a preferred aspect, the invention according to aspect 8 may have the following features in the invention according to any one of aspects 1 to 7. The label has a second adhesive layer that abuts against the surface of the second resin layer facing the bag body and has a second adhesive, and a second silicone layer that abuts against the surface of the second adhesive layer facing the bag body and has silicone. The label has a third region that extends from the upstream edge of the label in the opening direction to the downstream side. The second adhesive layer is provided across the first region and the third region. The second silicone layer is not provided in the third region, but is provided in the first region. According to this aspect, in the third region, the second silicone layer is not disposed on the inner surface side of the second adhesive layer, and the second adhesive layer is adhered to the bag body, so that the label can be joined to the bag body via the second adhesive layer. Therefore, the label can be partially separated via the cut portion, and the label in the region other than the separated portion continues to be adhered to the bag body, thereby maintaining the label opening.
In addition, since the second silicone layer is provided between the second adhesive layer and the bag body in the first region, when the label is partially separated through the cut portion, the label can be easily peeled off from the bag body in the first region. By smoothly peeling the label off from the bag body in the first region, which is the upstream edge in the opening direction, the cut portion can be smoothly broken to form a label opening.

According to a preferred embodiment, the invention according to aspect 9 may have the following features in the invention according to any one of aspects 1 to 8. The label has a second adhesive layer that abuts against the bag body side surface of the second resin layer and has a second adhesive. The adhesive strength of the first adhesive may be higher than that of the second adhesive. According to this embodiment, since the adhesive strength of the first adhesive is high, the sheet packaging body after the label opening is formed can be adhered to the outer body via the first adhesive layer by the first adhesive layer exposed after the label is partially separated, and the sheet can be held hygienically. On the other hand, since the adhesive strength of the second adhesive is low, when the label is partially separated, the separated part can be easily peeled off from the bag body. In addition, the second adhesive is exposed on the bag body side surface of the separated part after the label is partially separated. The second adhesive arranged in the separated part is separated from the bag body containing the sheet, and has no use for adhering the sheet packaging body after the label opening is formed to the outer body, unlike the first adhesive. Therefore, even if the adhesive strength of the second adhesive is low, it has little effect on the hygienic holding of the sheet.

The invention according to aspect 10 is a label for a package. The label for a package is attached removably to the surface of the bag that packages an assembly of multiple sheets, and covers the bag opening of the bag in a freely openable and closable manner. The label has a first resin layer, a silicone layer that abuts the bag-side surface of the first resin layer and has silicone, a first adhesive layer that abuts the bag-side surface of the silicone layer and has a first adhesive, a second resin layer that abuts the bag-side surface of the first adhesive layer, and a cut portion that forms a label opening that constitutes an outlet for the sheet. The cut portion is not formed in the first resin layer, but is formed in the second resin layer. The label is configured such that, when the first resin layer is pulled from the upstream side to the downstream side in the opening direction, a part of the second resin layer is separated via the cut portion, and the separated part of the second resin layer is peeled off together with the first resin layer to form the label opening. Therefore, peeling of the first adhesive layer and the silicon layer in the first region is suppressed when the label is separated, and the second resin layer separated through the cut portion can be peeled off together with the first resin layer to form an outlet for the sheet. By exposing the first adhesive layer around the label opening, the bag body after the label opening is formed can be adhered to an exterior body or the like via the first adhesive layer, and the sheet can be held in a hygienic manner.

The sheet packaging body 2 of this embodiment contains an assembly 4 of multiple sheets 41, and is attached to an exterior body 3 for use. The exterior body 3 contains the sheet packaging body 2 and has an exterior opening 32 that overlaps with the removal opening 5 for the sheet 41 in the sheet packaging body 2. The sheet 41 is removed through the exterior opening 32 and the removal opening 5. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a sheet structure 1 including a sheet packaging body 2 and an exterior body 3, and shows a state in which the sheet packaging body 2 is not contained in the exterior body 3. The sheet packaging body 2 may be used alone without being contained in the exterior body 3.

The sheet structure 1 has a sheet wrapping body 2 and an exterior body 3. The sheet structure 1 has a top surface 11, a bottom surface 12 opposite the top surface 11, a left side surface 15 covering the side surface of the assembly 4, a right side surface 16, a front surface 13, and a rear surface 14. The top surface 11 is the surface on which the bag opening 22 of the sheet wrapping body 2 is located, and is the surface on which the exterior opening 32 of the exterior body 3 is located. The sheet structure 1 has a third direction D3 which is the height direction, and first and second directions D1 and D2 which extend in the planar direction and are perpendicular to each other.

The sheet packaging body 2 has at least an assembly 4, a bag body 20, and a label (packaging body label) 100. The assembly 4 includes a plurality of sheets 41. The assembly 4 may be a stack of a plurality of separated sheets 41, for example, a stack of a plurality of sheets 41 folded and stacked in the thickness direction. The sheets 41 may be at least folded with a fold FL along the first direction D1 as a base point. In the folded state, the sheets 41 adjacent to each other in the third direction D3 may be arranged alternately. The assembly 4 may be folded with a fold other than the fold FL before or after the fold FL. That is, the sheet 41 may be folded with a fold along the second direction D2 as a base point, and then folded with a fold along the first direction D1 as a base point. The fold FL along the first direction D1 of the present invention is a fold that serves as a base point when the sheet 41 is unfolded from the assembly 4.

When the sheet 41 is folded, the first direction D1 may be a direction along the fold FL of the assembly 4. The first direction D1 may be the longitudinal direction of the sheet structure 1 as in this embodiment, or in a modified example, the lateral direction of the sheet structure 1. In a modified example, the assembly 4 may be a continuous body of multiple sheets 41 with weak portions interposed therebetween, for example, a continuous body of multiple sheets 41 wound into a roll.

Sheet 41 may be a dry sheet (e.g., nonwoven fabric, paper towel) or a wet sheet (e.g., wet tissue). Sheet 41 in this embodiment is a wet tissue impregnated with a liquid (medicine, etc.) containing alcohol. The wet tissue may be impregnated with a liquid in sheet 41, for example, 150 to 300 parts by mass of liquid may be impregnated into an assembly (dry state) of 100 parts by mass.

The bag body 20 is formed with a bag opening 22 that packages the assembly 4 and forms the take-out port 5 for the sheet 41. The bag opening 22 is a portion surrounded by a cut portion 26 (see FIG. 3). The cut portion 26 is formed by a fragile portion such as a perforation or a cut line, and is formed over the entire sheet located on the upper side of the sheet in the bag body. The cut portion 110 forms the outer edge of the bag opening 22. The bag body 20 formed in the bag body 20 is configured to contain the entire assembly 4. The bag body 20 may be made of a film. The material of the film is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, a mixture of polypropylene and polyethylene. The bag opening 22 may be located on the upper surface 11 side. In a form in which the sheet packaging body 2 is contained in the exterior body 3 and used, the exterior opening 32 is located so as to overlap at least a part of the bag opening 22 when the sheet packaging body 2 is attached to the exterior body 3.

The dimensions of the bag opening 22 need only be such that each sheet 41 can be pulled out. The shape of the bag opening 22 may be an ellipse, a horizontally (vertically) long circle, or a perfect circle in a plan view, and is not limited to this shape. Preferably, the bag opening 22 is curved and does not have sharp corners to prevent the sheets 41 from getting caught. The bag opening 22 may be located at the center of the first direction D1 and the center of the second direction D2 of the sheet packaging body 2.

The label 100 is removably attached to the surface of the bag body 20, and covers the bag opening 22 before use. When using the sheet 41, such as when attaching the sheet packaging body 2 to the exterior body 3, the user partially separates the label 100 to expose the bag opening 22 and arranges the label 100 so that the bag opening 22 and the exterior opening 32 overlap. Figure 2 (A) shows the label 100 in an unseparated state, and Figure 2 (B) shows the label 100 in a partially separated state, exposing the bag opening 22. The configuration of the label 100 will be described in detail later.

The exterior body 3 has an exterior opening 32 which serves as an outlet for the sheet 41. The exterior opening 32 is configured to be positioned so as to overlap at least a portion of the outlet 5 of the sheet packaging body. The exterior opening 32 may be positioned so as to overlap a portion of the outlet 5, or may be positioned so as to overlap the entirety of the outlet 5. The exterior body 3 may have a base portion 37 which is positioned around the exterior opening 32. The base portion 37 is positioned to surround the exterior opening 32. The base portion 37 may have a separation guide portion 34. The separation guide portion 34 is configured to protrude inward from the outer edge of the exterior opening 32 and guide the separation of the sheets 41 from each other. More specifically, the separation guide portion 34 protrudes from the center of the exterior opening 32 in one of the first direction D1 and the second direction D2 toward the inside in the other of the first direction D1 and the second direction D2, and guides the separation of the sheets 41 from each other. In this embodiment, the separation guide portion 34 may be a portion that protrudes inward in the second direction D2 from the outer edge of the exterior opening 32 in the second direction D2. In a modified example, the separation guide portion 34 may be a portion that protrudes inward in the first direction D1 from the outer edge of the exterior opening 32 in the first direction D1. The user pulls the sheet 41 outward from the sheet structure 1 through the bag opening 22 and the exterior opening 32. At this time, the separation guide portion 34 abuts against the sheet 41, and when both the sheet to be removed and the next sheet 41 (located on the bottom side) are likely to be pulled out, the separation guide portion 34 functions to pull out only the sheet to be removed.

The exterior body 3 may have an exterior lid portion 36 that covers the exterior opening 32 and the base portion 37 so that it can be opened and closed. The exterior lid portion 36 may be capable of realizing a state in which the exterior opening 32 is covered and a state in which the exterior opening 32 is exposed, with the hinge portion 38 as the opening and closing base point. When removing the sheet 41, the user opens the exterior lid portion 36 with the hinge portion 38 as the base point, and when not removing the sheet 41, closes the exterior lid portion 36 to cover the exterior opening 32. The exterior body 3 has the exterior opening 32, the base portion 37, the exterior lid portion 36, and the hinge portion 38, and may be configured to be attached only to the top surface of the sheet packaging body 2 (so-called wet tissue lid), or may have an enclosing portion 39 that encloses the entire sheet packaging body 2. The exterior body 3 of this embodiment has an enclosing portion 39. The surrounding portion 39 has a top surface region that extends outward from the exterior opening 32 and the base portion 37 on the top surface 11, a bottom surface region disposed on the bottom surface 12, and side surfaces disposed on the left side surface 15, the right side surface 16, the front surface 13, and the rear surface 14. The bottom surface region or the top surface region is configured to be detachable or openable/closable with respect to the side surfaces, and is configured to allow the sheet wrapping body 2 to be inserted into and removed from the exterior body 3.

Figure 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line A-A shown in Figure 2 (A). Figure 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line B-B shown in Figure 2 (B). Figure 5 is a partial enlarged view of part C in Figure 2 (B). The label 100 has an inner side T101 and an outer side T102 opposite the inner side T101. The outer side T102 is the outer side of the sheet packaging body 2, and the inner side T101 is the bag body 20 side. The label 100 is constructed by stacking multiple layers. The label 100 of this embodiment is laminated in the following order from the outer side T102 to the inner side T101: outer layer 101, outer adhesive layer 102, printed layer 103, first resin layer 104, first silicon layer 105, first adhesive layer 106, second resin layer 107, second adhesive layer 108, and second silicon layer 109. The label 100 according to the present invention may have at least the first resin layer 104, the first silicon layer 105, the first adhesive layer 106, and the second resin layer 107. The first silicon layer 105 constitutes the "silicon layer" of the present invention.

The outer layer 101 is the outermost layer and constitutes the outer surface of the label 100. The outer layer 101 is transparent or translucent, and may be made of a laminating resin that protects the printed layer 103. The outer adhesive layer 102 bonds the outer layer 101 and the printed layer 103. The printed layer 103 is a layer on which printing is performed to display decoration or information. The outer layer 101, the outer adhesive layer 102, and the printed layer 103 may be disposed over the entire area of the label 100 in a plan view.

The first resin layer 104 is located on the inner surface side T101 of the printed layer 103, and on the outer surface side T102 of the first silicon layer 105, the first adhesive layer 106, and the second resin layer 107. The first resin layer 104 is configured so that the entirety of the label 100 is peeled off from the bag body 20 without breaking when the label 100 is properly separated. The first resin layer 104 may be disposed over the entire area of the label 100 in a plan view. The first resin layer 104 may be made of resin, and the first resin layer 104 in this embodiment is made of foamed PET (polyester resin that has been extruded and foamed). The thickness of the first resin layer 104 may be 30 μm to 70 μm, and the thickness of the first resin layer in this embodiment is 50 μm.

The first silicon layer 105 abuts against the surface of the inner side T101 of the first resin layer 104 and has silicon. The first silicon layer 105 may be formed by applying silicon to the inner surface of the first resin layer 104. The first silicon layer 105 may be formed of a silicone resin as long as it has silicon (silicon). The first silicon layer 105 is configured to be easily peeled off from the adhesive layer having the adhesive. In the area of the first silicon layer 105 where the basis weight of the silicon is high, it is easy to peel off from the adhesive layer, and in the area of the first silicon layer 105 where the basis weight of the silicon is low, it is difficult to peel off from the adhesive layer compared to the area where the basis weight is high. The first silicon layer 105 abuts against the first adhesive layer 106, and the ease of peeling off from the first adhesive layer 106 is adjusted by the basis weight of the silicon. The first silicon layer 105 may be arranged at least around the cut portion 110 that forms the label opening 125. In FIG. 2B, the area where the first silicon layer 105 is provided is shown with diagonal lines.

The first adhesive layer 106 abuts against the surface of the inner side T101 of the first silicon layer 105 and has a first adhesive. The first adhesive can be a hot melt adhesive. The first adhesive is provided at least in the area overlapping the label opening 125. In the area overlapping the label opening 125, there is provided an area where the first adhesive layer 106 and the first resin layer 104 abut without the first silicon layer 105 being disposed. The area where the first adhesive layer 106 and the first resin layer 104 abut without the first silicon layer 105 being disposed is the area surrounded by the shaded area (the area where the first silicon layer 105 is disposed) in FIG. 2(B). The area where the first adhesive layer 106 and the first resin layer 104 abut is provided in the area surrounded by the cut portion 110.

The second resin layer 107 abuts against the surface of the inner side T101 of the first adhesive layer 106. A cut portion 110 is formed in the second resin layer 107, and a label opening 125 is formed. The second resin layer 107 may be disposed over the entire area of the label 100 in a planar view. The second resin layer 107 may be made of resin, and in this embodiment, the second resin layer 107 is made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate). The thickness of the second resin layer 107 may be 30 μm to 70 μm, and in this embodiment, the thickness of the second resin layer 107 is 50 μm.

The second adhesive layer 108 abuts against the inner surface side T101 of the second resin layer 107 and has a second adhesive. An example of the second adhesive is a hot melt adhesive. The second adhesive layer 108 bonds the label 100 to the bag body 20. A cut portion 110 is formed in the second adhesive layer 108, and a label opening 125 is formed. The second adhesive layer 108 may be disposed over the entire area of the label 100 in a planar view. The bag body side T101 surface of the second adhesive layer 108 abuts against the bag body 20 and is adhered to the bag body 20. The second adhesive layer 108 is adhered to a portion (bag separation portion) surrounded by the cut portion 26 that forms the bag opening 22, and therefore, when the label 100 is separated, the bag separation portion is also separated to form the bag opening 22. In this embodiment, the label 100 has the second adhesive layer 108, but in a modified example, an adhesive layer equivalent to the second adhesive layer 108 may be provided on the bag body 20, and the label 100 may not have the second adhesive layer 108.

The second silicon layer 109 abuts against the surface of the inner side T101 of the second adhesive layer 108 and contains silicon. The second silicon layer 109 only needs to contain silicon (silicon) and may be made of silicone resin. The second silicon layer 109 straddles the upstream edge 111 of the cut portion 110 in the opening direction P, and may straddle the area surrounded by the cut portion 110 and the area outside the surrounded area.

The label 100 is configured so that it can be partially separated. When a portion of the label 100 separates, a label opening 125 that constitutes the removal port 5 is formed. As shown in Figures 2 (A) and 3, the label 100 is attached to the surface of the bag body 20 in an unseparated state (when the removal port 5 is not formed). When the multiple layers of the label 100 peel off and some of the layers are severed, the label opening 125 is formed. The label opening 125 is a portion surrounded by the cut portion 110. The cut portion 110 is formed by a fragile portion such as a perforation or a cut line, and is formed over a certain range in the thickness direction across the multiple layers. The cut portion 110 constitutes the outer edge of the label opening 125.

The cut portion 110 is not formed over the entire thickness of the label 100. The cut portion 110 is not formed in the first resin layer 104, but in the second resin layer 107. More specifically, the cut portion 110 is not formed in the first resin layer 104, and is not formed in a layer on the outer side T102 of the first resin layer 104. The cut portion 110 in this embodiment is formed only on the inner side T101 of the boundary between the first resin layer 104 and the first adhesive layer 106. The region on the inner side of the boundary including the second resin layer 107 is separated via the cut portion 110, but the region on the outer side of the boundary including the first resin layer 104 does not have the cut portion 110 formed therein, and is not separated via the cut portion 110. When a portion of the outer surface side T102 of the boundary including the first resin layer 104 is pulled from the upstream side P1 to the downstream side P2 in the opening direction P, a portion of the second resin layer 107 separates through the cut portion 110, and the separated portion of the second resin layer 107 peels off together with the first resin layer 104 to form a label opening 125. The separated portion of the second resin layer 107 is the portion surrounded by the cut portion 110.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the label opening 125 is formed, a part of the bag body 20 (referred to as the bag separation part) is separated from the bag body 20 together with the part of the label 100 that is separated (referred to as the label separation part). When the label separation part and the bag separation part are both separated, a bag opening 22 is formed in the bag body 20 by separation of the bag separation part, and a label opening 125 is formed in the label 100 by separation of the label separation part. As shown in FIG. 4, the removal opening 5 is formed by the area where the label opening 125 and the bag opening 22 overlap. The label opening 125 in this embodiment is formed to be slightly larger than the bag opening 22 in a plan view. The entire area of the bag opening 22 is covered by the label opening 125.

Line L100 in Figure 3 indicates the separation line that separates when the outlet 5 is formed. The label 100 is separated by being pulled from the upstream side P1 to the downstream side P2 in the opening direction P. The label 100 has an upstream edge 121 which is the edge of the upstream side P1, and a downstream edge 122 which is the edge of the downstream side P2. The separation line L100 is formed between the first resin layer 104 and the first adhesive layer 106 in the region from the upstream edge 121 toward the downstream side P2 to the upstream edge 111 of the cutting portion 110 in the opening direction P. The separation line L100 extends to the inner side T101 at the upstream edge 111 of the cutting portion 110, and reaches the surface of the inner side T101 of the label 100. The separation line L100 extends not only along the upstream edge 111 of the cut portion 110 but also along the entire cut portion 110 in a plan view to the inner side T101, and reaches the surface of the inner side T101 of the label 100. Therefore, the separation line L100 is a ring shape along the cut portion 110. The area surrounded by the cut portion 110 becomes a label separation portion that can be separated from the area outside the cut portion 110. The separation line L100 is close to the cut portion 26 of the bag body 20, and the bag separation portion surrounded by the cut portion 26 is separated from the bag body together with the label separation portion. The separation line L100 is formed between the first resin layer 104 and the first adhesive layer 106 from the downstream edge 112 of the cut portion 110 toward the downstream side P2. In the label 100 configured in this manner, when the label 100 is properly separated, the label opening 125 and the bag opening 22 form the take-out opening 5 as shown in FIG. 4.

As described above, when the label 100 is properly separated, the first adhesive layer 106 peels off and the second adhesive layer 108 does not peel off, but peels off at the appropriate layer (between the first silicon layer 105 and the first adhesive layer 106 in this embodiment), and the label 100 has a label opening 125 formed through the cut portion 110. However, in the usage environment of the sheet packaging body 2, for example, in a low temperature environment (for example, below freezing point), the adhesive strength of the first adhesive layer 106 and the second adhesive layer 108 changes, and it may not be possible to achieve a state in which the first adhesive layer 106 peels off and the second adhesive layer 108 does not peel off. For example, the adhesive strength of the first adhesive layer 106 decreases, and the first adhesive layer 106 and the second resin layer 107 peel off in the area surrounded by the cut portion 110, and the entire area surrounded by the cut portion 110 cannot be separated, resulting in a defect in which the removal opening 5 cannot be formed. In addition, the adhesive strength of the outer adhesive layer 102 may decrease, causing the outer adhesive layer 102 and the printed layer 103 to peel off, making it impossible to separate the entire area surrounded by the cut portion 110, and resulting in a problem in which the outlet 5 cannot be formed. In order to prevent these problems, it is possible to increase the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer. However, if the adhesive strength is made too high, other components may break unintentionally. More specifically, if the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer is increased, for example, the first resin layer 104 may break, resulting in a problem in which the outlet 5 cannot be formed.

The sheet packaging body 2 according to the present invention is configured to eliminate the problem of being unable to form the sheet removal opening 5. Next, the configuration for eliminating the problem of being unable to form the removal opening 5 will be described in detail. The label 100 has multiple regions in a plan view, and the basis weight of the silicon in the first silicon layer 105 is adjusted depending on the region to suppress the problem of being unable to form the removal opening 5.

The label 100 has multiple regions in plan view. Each region is shown in FIG. 5. The label 100 has a first region R1 in plan view that extends from the upstream edge 111 of the cut portion 110 in the opening direction P to the downstream side P2. The first region R1 only needs to include the upstream edge 111 of the cut portion 110 in the opening direction P, and may straddle the upstream edge 111 of the cut portion 110 in the opening direction P in the opening direction P. The range of the first region R1 in the opening direction P may be 1 mm or more and 5 mm or less from the upstream edge 111 toward the downstream side P2, and 1 mm or more and 5 mm or less from the upstream edge 111 toward the upstream side P1.

The label 100 has a second region R2 that extends from the downstream edge 112 of the cut portion 110 in the opening direction P to the downstream side P2 in a plan view. The second region R2 only needs to include the downstream edge 112 of the cut portion 110 in the opening direction P, and may straddle the downstream edge 112 of the cut portion 110 in the opening direction P in the opening direction P. The range of the second region R2 in the opening direction P may be 1 mm or more and 5 mm or less from the downstream edge 112 toward the downstream side P2, and 1 mm or more and 5 mm or less from the downstream edge 112 toward the upstream side P1.

The label 100 has a third region R3 that extends from the upstream edge 121 to the downstream side P2 in the opening direction P of the label 100 in a plan view. The first adhesive layer 106 is not disposed in the third region R3. Therefore, in the third region R3, the layers (outer layer 101, outer adhesive layer 102, printed layer 103, first resin layer 104, and first silicone layer 105) on the outer side T102 of the first adhesive layer 106 are stacked so as to be separable from the second resin layer 107, and function as a gripping portion when opening the label 100. The edge of the downstream side P2 of the third region may be 5 mm or more and 10 mm or less from the upstream edge 121 of the label 100 toward the downstream side P2.

In a plan view, the label 100 has a fourth region R4 that extends from the upstream edge 111 of the cut portion 110 toward the upstream side P1 to the third region R3. The fourth region R4 is a region sandwiched between the first region R1 and the third region R3 in the opening direction P. Thus, the edge of the upstream side P1 of the fourth region R4 is the edge of the downstream side P2 of the third region R3, and the edge of the downstream side P2 of the fourth region R4 is the edge of the upstream side P1 of the first region R1.

The label 100 has a fifth region R5 arranged around the cut portion 110, downstream P2 of the first region R1 in the opening direction P and upstream P1 of the second region R2 in the opening direction, in a plan view. The fifth region R5 may be provided in the center of the cut portion 110 in the opening direction P, including the intermediate position 110C of the cut portion 110. The fifth region R5 may be a region spanning the cut portion 110.

The first silicon layer 105 and the first adhesive layer 106 are provided in the first region R1 and the second region R2. The basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1 is lower than the basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the second region R2. The basis weight of the silicon may be compared by using a microscope or the like to compare the area where the silicon is applied, or by comparing the weight per unit area of the area where the silicon is applied. In addition, when comparing the basis weight of the silicon for each region, for example, it can be compared by the following method. For example, when comparing the first region and the second region, the sheet portion including the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1 and the sheet portion including the first silicon layer 105 in the second region R2 are cut out to a size that can be cut out with the same planar dimensions to obtain a sample. The sheet portion including the first silicon layer 105 is a part of the label that can be easily separated by hand, and may be, for example, the part from the outer layer 101 to the first silicon layer 105. The weights of the cut out samples of the first region R1 and the second region R2 are measured. The samples of the first region R1 and the second region R2 are the same except for the first silicon layer 105 (from the outer layer 101 to the first resin layer 104). Therefore, the difference in weight of the samples is judged to be the difference in weight of silicon, and the heavier sample among the samples compared with the same dimensions is judged to be the region with a higher basis weight of silicon. The region with silicon is more easily peeled off by the adhesive than the region without silicon, and the higher the basis weight of silicon, the easier it is to peel off by the adhesive, and the lower the basis weight of silicon, the harder it is to peel off by the adhesive. The first region R1 extends at least from the upstream edge 111 of the cutting section 110 to the downstream side P2 in the opening direction P, and is the portion where the part separated through the cutting section 110 (the second resin layer 107, etc.) is peeled off together with the first resin layer 104 when the label 100 is separated. Depending on the manner in which the label 100 is pulled and the way in which the force is applied, the first silicon layer 105 and the first adhesive layer 106, which are peeled off together with the first resin layer 104, may peel off. In particular, when the temperature drops and the adhesive strength of the first adhesive decreases, the adhesive strength between the first adhesive layer 106 and the first silicon layer 105 cannot be secured, and the first adhesive layer 106 and the first silicon layer 105 may peel off in the first region R1, and the label opening 125 may not be formed. However, the basis weight of the silicon in the first region R1 is low, making it difficult to peel off from the first adhesive. Therefore, peeling of the first adhesive layer 106 and the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1 during label separation is suppressed, and the second resin layer 107 separated through the cut portion 110 can be peeled off together with the first resin layer 104, forming the label opening 125.

The second region R2 extends from the downstream edge 112 of the cutting portion 110 to the downstream side P2 in the opening direction P. In the second region R2, the basis weight of the first silicon layer 105 is high, so the first adhesive layer 106 and the first silicon layer 105 can be separated. Therefore, when the label 100 is separated, the first silicon layer 105 and the first adhesive layer 106 can be peeled off in the second region R2 to expose the first adhesive layer 106. By exposing the first adhesive layer 106 around the label opening 125 after forming the label opening 125, the sheet packaging body 2 after forming the label opening 125 can be adhered to the outer body 3, etc. via the first adhesive layer 106, and the sheet can be held hygienically.

The first silicon layer 105 may be disposed across the entire cutting portion 110. That is, the first silicon layer 105 is provided in a surrounding area located around the cutting portion. The surrounding area includes an area surrounded by the cutting portion 110 and an area outside the surrounded area. The first silicon layer 105 may be provided across a certain range (e.g., a range of 5 mm or less) from the cutting portion 110 toward the inside and a certain range (e.g., a range of 5 mm or less) from the cutting portion 110 toward the outside in a plan view. In order to form the cutting portion 110, it is necessary to cut a part of the layer of the label 100 in the thickness direction with a cutting blade. At this time, by providing the first silicon layer 105 in the area where the cutting portion 110 is formed, the problem of the adhesive constituting the adhesive layer adhering to the cutting blade can be suppressed. As shown in FIG. 5, the surrounding region may be a region including the first region R1, the third region R3, and the fifth region R5, and the first silicon layer 105 of this embodiment is provided along the cut portion 110 not only in the first region R1, the second region R2, and the fifth region R5, but also between the first region R1 and the second region R2, and between the second region R2 and the fifth region R5.

The first silicon layer 105 in this embodiment is provided in the first region R1, the second region R2, the third region R3, the fourth region R4, and the fifth region R5. The first silicon layer 105 is not provided in the region surrounded by the cut portion 110 and located inside a certain range extending inward from the cut portion 110. In the region surrounded by the cut portion 110 where the first silicon layer 105 is not provided, the first resin layer 104 and the second resin layer 107 are bonded via the first adhesive layer 106. Therefore, the second resin layer 107 in the portion surrounded by the cut portion 110 can be peeled off together with the first resin layer 104.

In the third region R3, the first adhesive layer 106 may not be provided, but the first silicon layer 105 may be provided. In the third region R3, the second resin layer 107 and the first silicon layer 105 may overlap releasably. In the third region extending downstream from the upstream edge 121 of the label 100, the first adhesive layer 106 is not provided, and the second resin layer 107 and the first silicon layer 105 overlap releasably, so that the part on the first resin layer 104 side of the first silicon layer 105 can be grasped to separate the label 100. In addition, when the label 100 is peeled off toward the downstream side P2 of the opening direction P via the first silicon layer 105, the first region R1 where the first silicon layer 105 and the first adhesive layer 106 abut is reached. At this time, because the basis weight of the silicon in the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1 is low, the first region R1 does not continue to peel through the silicon layer, but maintains adhesion to the first adhesive layer 106 through the silicon layer, and the second resin layer 107 separated through the cut portion 110 is separated together with the first resin layer 104, forming the label opening 125 in the intended manner.

The first silicon layer 105 may also be provided in the fourth region R4. The basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the fourth region R4 may be the same as the basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1. Alternatively, the basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the fourth region R4 may be higher than the basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1. Since the basis weight of the silicon in the fourth region R4 is higher than the basis weight of the silicon in the first region R1, the first resin layer 104 and the first adhesive layer 106 can be peeled off via the first silicon layer 105. In addition, since the first adhesive layer 106 is not arranged in the third region R3 located on the upstream side P1 of the fourth region R4, the first resin layer 104 can be peeled off from the second resin layer 107 in the region from the upstream edge 121 of the label 100 in the opening direction to the upstream edge 111 of the cut portion 110 (the region combining the third region and the fourth region). At this time, since the basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1 is low, the bonded state of the first resin layer 104 and the second resin layer 107 can be maintained via the first adhesive layer 106 in the region (first region) from the upstream edge 111 of the cut portion 110 toward the downstream side P2. Therefore, the second resin layer 107 separated via the cut portion can be separated together with the first resin layer 104, and the label opening 125 can be formed in an intended manner. Preferably, the fourth region R4, which is configured with a relatively high basis weight of silicon, may be disposed across the edge of the upstream side P1 of the first adhesive layer 106 in the unsealing direction P. The first resin layer 104 and the first adhesive layer 106 can be smoothly peeled off via the first silicon layer 105.

The first adhesive layer 106 may be provided in the fourth region R4. When the label 100 is separated, the first silicon layer 105 and the first adhesive layer 106 are peeled off in the fourth region R4, and the first adhesive layer 106 is exposed. More specifically, the first adhesive layer 106 is exposed around the label opening 125, and the second resin layer 107 is exposed in the region where the first adhesive layer 106 is not disposed. By exposing the first adhesive layer 106 around the label opening 125, the sheet packaging body 2 can be adhered to the inner surface of the outer body 3, etc. via the first adhesive layer 106. Therefore, it is possible to suppress excessive evaporation of liquid through the label opening 125, and to reduce the space around the label opening 125 to hold the sheet hygienically.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged schematic diagram of portion D shown in FIG. 5. The region to which silicon is applied is the region not hatched (white region) in FIG. 6. The first silicon layer 105 is arranged in a plurality of rectangular regions R10. The rectangular regions R10 may be in contact with each other or may be arranged at intervals. It is preferable that the rectangular regions are in contact with each other. According to this embodiment, by arranging silicon in a plurality of rectangular regions, it is easier to maintain a constant interval between the regions compared to a form in which silicon is arranged in a plurality of circular regions, and unevenness in the silicon can be suppressed. Therefore, by adjusting the basis weight according to the area ratio of silicon, etc., it is easy to adjust the peel strength of the silicon in the intended manner.

The basis weight of silicon in the first silicon layer 105 may be different for each region. The basis weight can be calculated from the weight of silicon in the entire region. Silicone resin may be applied to the entire area of each region, and the basis weight per unit area of silicon may be different for each region, or the basis weight per unit area of the applied silicone resin may be the same for each region, and the basis weight of silicon may be different for each region by having the area ratio different for each region. The configuration in which the area ratio of silicone resin differs for each region can be, for example, different area ratios depending on the size of the multiple regions (e.g. rectangular regions) and the shape of the multiple regions (e.g. rectangular, circular). For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the area ratio of the region R11 to which silicon is applied in the first region R1 may be lower than the area ratio of the region R14 to which silicon is applied in the fourth region R4, and may be lower than the area ratio of the region R13 to which silicon is applied in the third region R3.

The silicon area ratio of the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1 may be 40% or less, and preferably 35% or less. The silicon area ratio of the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1 of this embodiment is 35%. The silicon area ratio of the first silicon layer in the second region R2 may be 50% or more, and preferably 80% or more, and more preferably 100% or more. The silicon area ratio of the first silicon layer 105 in the second region R2 of this embodiment is 100%. The silicon area ratio of the first silicon layer 105 in the fourth region R4 may be the same as the first silicon layer 105. Alternatively, the silicon area ratio of the first silicon layer 105 in the fourth region R4 may be 50% or more, and preferably 80% or more, and more preferably 100% or more. The silicon area ratio of the first silicon layer 105 in the fourth region R4 of this embodiment is 50%. The area ratio of silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the third region R3 may be 50% or more, preferably 80% or more, and more preferably 100% or more. The area ratio of the first silicon layer 105 in the third region R3 of this embodiment is 50%. The area ratio of silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the fifth region R5 may be 50% or more, preferably 80% or more, and more preferably 100% or more. The area ratio of silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the third region R3 of this embodiment and the area ratio of silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the fifth region R5 are 100%. In the surrounding region, the basis weight of silicon may increase stepwise from the upstream side P1 of the opening direction P to the downstream side P2. For example, the basis weight of silicon in the first silicon layer 105 may be lowest in the first region R1, higher in the intermediate region between the first region R1 and the fifth region R5 than the first region R1, higher in the fifth region R5 than the intermediate region, and higher in the second region R2 than the fifth region R5.

The first silicon layer 105 may also be provided in the fifth region R5. The basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the fifth region R5 may be higher than the basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1. When partially separating the label 100, in the region (e.g., the first region) on the upstream side P1 of the opening direction P of the cutting portion 110, the user can easily apply appropriate force along the opening direction and peel it off in the intended manner. However, in the fifth region R5, which is one of the regions on the downstream side P2 of the opening direction P of the cutting portion 110, it may be difficult for the user to apply appropriate force along the opening direction and peel it off in the intended manner. The basis weight of the silicon is higher in the first region than in the fifth region, and increases from the upstream side P1 to the downstream side P2 of the opening direction P. Therefore, the label opening 125 can be formed by peeling it off through the first silicon layer 105 in the intended manner even on the downstream side of the opening direction of the cutting portion. Preferably, the basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the fifth region R5 may be higher than the basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1 and lower than the basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the second region R2. The basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 is in the order of first region > fifth region > second region, and increases stepwise from the upstream side P1 to the downstream side P2 in the opening direction P. Therefore, the label opening 125 can be formed by peeling through the first silicon layer 105 in the intended manner even on the downstream side of the cutting portion in the opening direction.

The second adhesive layer 108 may be provided across the first region R1 and the third region R3. More specifically, the second adhesive layer 108 may also be provided in the fourth region R4 located between the first region R1 and the third region R3, and may be provided across the first region R1, the third region R3, and the fourth region R4. The second silicon layer 109 may not be provided in the third region R3, but may be provided in the first region R1. According to this embodiment, in the third region R3, the second silicon layer 109 is not disposed on the inner side T101 of the second adhesive layer 108, and the second adhesive layer 108 is adhered to the bag body 20, and the label 100 can be joined to the bag body 20 via the second adhesive layer 108. Thus, the label 100 can be partially separated via the cut portion 110, and the label 100 in the region other than the separated portion can be continued to be adhered to the bag body 20, and the label opening 125 can be maintained. In addition, in the first region R1, the second silicon layer 109 is disposed between the second adhesive layer 108 and the bag body 20. Therefore, when the label 100 is partially separated through the cutting portion 110, the first region R1 makes it easier to peel the odor label 100 from the bag body 20 smoothly. In the first region R1, which is the upstream edge 111 of the cutting portion 110 in the opening direction P, the label 100 and the bag body 20 are smoothly peeled off, and the cutting portion 110 can be smoothly broken to form the label opening 125. Note that the second silicon layer 109 in this embodiment is provided across the first region R1 and the fourth region R4, and is not provided in the third region R3.

The adhesive strength of the first adhesive may be higher than that of the second adhesive. Since the adhesive strength of the first adhesive is high, the sheet packaging body 2 after the label opening 125 is formed can be adhered to the exterior body 3 or the like through the first adhesive layer exposed after the label 100 is partially separated, and the sheet can be held hygienically. On the other hand, since the adhesive strength of the second adhesive is low, when the label 100 is partially separated, the separated part can be easily peeled off from the bag body. In addition, the second adhesive is exposed on the bag body side surface of the separated part after the label 100 is partially separated. The second adhesive arranged in the separated part is separated from the bag body containing the sheet, and unlike the first adhesive, there is no use of adhering the sheet packaging body 2 after the label opening 125 is formed to the exterior body 3. Therefore, even if the adhesive strength of the second adhesive is low, it has little effect on the hygienic holding of the sheet. In addition, it is preferable that the adhesive strength of the second adhesive is strong enough to attach the separated part of the label 100 to the surface of the bag body 20 or the like and hold the separated part.

Preferably, the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer may be outer adhesive layer 102 > first adhesive layer 106 > second adhesive layer 108. The breaking strength of the first resin layer may be higher than the peel strength of the outer adhesive layer 102 to the outer layer 101 and the peel strength of the outer adhesive layer 102 to the printed layer 103. The strength of the adhesive layer can be measured by the peel adhesion strength test method specified in JIS K 6854-2.

(3) Other embodiments The above-described embodiment is a sheet packaging body 2, which has a bag body 20 and a label 100. However, the present invention may be a packaging body label (the label 100 in the above-described embodiment) that is releasably attached to the surface of the bag body 20 that packages the assembly 4 of multiple sheets 41 and covers the bag opening 22 of the bag body 20 in an openable and closable manner. The packaging body label 100 is releasably attached to the surface of the bag body 20 that packages the assembly 4 of multiple sheets 41 and covers the bag opening 22 of the bag body 20 in an openable and closable manner. The label 100 includes a first resin layer 104, a silicon layer (first silicon layer 105) that abuts against the surface of the first resin layer 104 facing the bag body 20 and has silicon, a first adhesive layer 106 that abuts against the surface of the silicon layer facing the bag body and has a first adhesive, a second resin layer 107 that abuts against the surface of the first adhesive layer 106 facing the bag body, and a cut portion 110 that forms a label opening 125 that constitutes an outlet for the sheet 41. The cut portion 110 is not formed in the first resin layer 104, but is formed in the second resin layer 107. When the first resin layer 104 is pulled from the upstream side P1 to the downstream side P2 in the opening direction P, a part of the second resin layer 107 is separated via the cut portion 110, and the separated part of the second resin layer 107 is peeled off together with the first resin layer 104 to form the label opening 125. The label 100 has a first region R1 extending from an upstream edge 111 of the cutting portion 110 in the unsealing direction P to the downstream side P2, and a second region R2 extending from a downstream edge of the cutting portion 110 in the unsealing direction P to the downstream side P2. According to this aspect, the basis weight of the silicon of the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1 is low, and it is difficult to peel off from the first adhesive. Therefore, peeling of the first adhesive layer 106 and the first silicon layer 105 in the first region R1 is suppressed when the label is separated, and the second resin layer 107 separated via the cutting portion 110 can be peeled off together with the first resin layer 104 to form the take-out port 5 of the sheet 41. Furthermore, in the second region R2, since the basis weight of the first silicon layer 105 is high, the first adhesive layer 106 and the first silicon layer 105 can be separated. Therefore, when the label 100 is separated, the first silicon layer 105 and the first adhesive layer 106 can be peeled off in the second region R2, and the first silicon layer 105 can be peeled off together with the first resin layer 104 to expose the first adhesive layer 106. By exposing the first adhesive layer 106 around the label opening 125, the bag body 20 after the label opening 125 is formed can be adhered to the exterior body 3 or the like via the first adhesive layer 106, and the sheet 41 can be held hygienically.
