- the upper teeth support member (100) and the lower teeth support member (200) are immersed in warm water of 70°C to 75°C for about 10 seconds with the above-described connecting projection (31) inserted through one of the connecting position determining holes (320), and then the user puts on the oral device (1000) for preventing snoring and sleep apnea and then bites down by applying force to the upper and lower jaws.

Abstract
L'invention divulgue un dispositif buccal pour prévenir le ronflement et l'apnée du sommeil. Le dispositif buccal permettant de prévenir le ronflement et l'apnée du sommeil, selon la présente invention, comprend : un élément de support de dents supérieures composé d'une plaque de support de dents supérieures qui a une surface supérieure en contact étroit avec le côté inférieur des dents supérieures, et une partie de protection de surface avant de dents supérieures qui empêche celles-ci de se déplacer vers l'avant à partir de la plaque de support de dents supérieures ; un élément de support de dents inférieures composé d'une plaque de support de dents inférieures qui a une surface inférieure en contact étroit avec le côté supérieur des dents inférieures, et une partie de guidage arrière de dents inférieures qui empêche celles-ci de se déplacer vers l'arrière à partir de la plaque de support de dents inférieures ; et des éléments d'accouplement disposés au niveau de chacun de l'élément de support de dents supérieures et de l'élément de support de dents inférieures.
