La présente divulgation concerne un procédé et un système de configuration de services clients de localisation (LCS) [142]. La divulgation englobant la réception, d'une demande de localisation provenant des LCS [142] ; l'extraction d'un ensemble de données d'identification associées aux LCS [142] ; la sélection d'une première interface configurée [3041] parmi un ensemble d'interfaces [304], sur la base de l'ensemble de données d'identification ; la transmission d'une demande d'identifiant de fonction de gestion de mobilité d'accès (AMFID) associée à la première interface configurée [3041], à une gestion de données unifiée (UDM) [124] ; la réception soit d'une réponse de réussite soit d'une réponse de défaillance provenant de l'UDM [124] ; la sélection d'une seconde interface configurée [3042] parmi l'ensemble d'interfaces [304], sur la base de l'ensemble de données d'identification, la seconde interface configurée [3042] étant différente de la première interface configurée [3041].
