Un système prothétique dentaire est divulgué. Le système prothétique dentaire selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une butée couplée à un dispositif de fixation implanté dans l'os alvéolaire d'une dent perdue ; une couronne couplée de manière amovible à la butée ; et une unité de couplage de prothèse insérée dans une surface autre que la surface de mastication de la couronne de façon à coupler la butée à celle-ci afin de coupler de manière amovible la butée et la couronne.
