Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un composant d'un dispositif de distribution de médicament, dans lequel le composant est une boîte en aluminium possédant un intérieur comprenant une surface d'intérieur qui vient en contact avec un médicament pendant le stockage ou l'utilisation du dispositif, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : positionner la boîte en aluminium dans une chambre ; insérer une électrode dans l'intérieur de la boîte en aluminium ; réaliser une étape de nettoyage par plasma dans laquelle une atmosphère gazeuse constituée essentiellement d'oxygène et, éventuellement, d'au moins un fluorurocarbone est introduite dans la chambre et un plasma de nettoyage est généré dans l'atmosphère gazeuse à l'aide de l'électrode de manière à nettoyer la boîte en aluminium, la surface d'intérieur de la chambre et l'électrode ; éventuellement revêtir la surface d'intérieur de la boîte en aluminium avec un revêtement ; et déposer une couche de polymère fluorocarboné sur la surface d'intérieur de la boîte en aluminium ou, le cas échéant, le revêtement par polymérisation plasma.
