Abstract

The invention relates to devices for cutting citrus fruits, preferably lemons, into slices. An article for cutting and storing citrus fruits comprises a one-piece base with two surfaces thereon which are inclined to the horizontal and converge towards the centre at an obtuse angle. On the outside of the article are rims which are perpendicular to the aforesaid surfaces. At the centre of the article, at the junction of the inclined surfaces, is a hemispherical depression. The technical result of the claimed invention consists in expanding the functionalities of an article for cutting citrus fruits into equal slices.

Модули имеют возможность поворачиваться под углом друг относительно друга за счет цилиндрических сопрягаемых поверхностей, выпуклых и вогнутых соответственно, с величиной диаметра, близкой толщине модуля. Технические результаты достигаются тем, что: изделие для разделки и хранения цитрусовых, содержащее единое основание, на котором выполнены две наклонные к горизонтали плоскости, сходящиеся вниз к центру изделия, образующие тупой угол, а также имеющие по наружной стороне бортики по нормали к плоскости, а в центре изделия на пересечении наклонных плоскостей расположено полусферическое углубление. В частности, наклонные плоскости имеют по наружной стороне бортики высотой 5 мм по нормали к плоскости, которые служат для регулирования толщины отрезаемой дольки и направляющими для ножа, позволяя делать точный повторяющийся срез каждый раз.
