Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour l'extraction d'alcaloïdes psychoactifs à partir de matière organique, tels que des champignons contenant de la psilocybine, au moyen d'un solvant. Pour fournir un spectre de composés psychoactifs dans l'extrait représentant avec précision le spectre de composés psychoactifs dans la matière organique, du méthanol est utilisé en tant que solvant. L'extraction est mise en œuvre dans un récipient scellé afin d'isoler le système des conditions environnementales ambiantes (pression, température et humidité). L'extraction est mise en œuvre à une pression d'environ 50 Torr et à une température d'environ 50°C. Le solvant est éliminé du précipité à 50°C à environ 50 Torr, et la température du précipité s'abaisse immédiatement dès que la région où se trouve un point d'inflexion dans la courbe de dégazage par rapport au temps est atteinte.
