Abstract

Multilayer products and methods of making and using same. In various examples, a multilayer product is a graft, such as, for example, a tissue graft, a vascular graft, or the like, or a scaffold, or the like. In various examples, a product comprises an inner layer (e.g., a core or the like) and an outer layer (e.g., a sheath or the like) disposed on at least a portion of an outer surface of the inner layer. In various examples, an outer layer (e.g., an outer layer comprising one or more layer(s)) is formed by electrospinning or the like. In various examples, at least two of the layers of an outer layer are structurally and/or compositionally different) In various examples, a multilayer product is an arteriovenous graft, which may be a compliant arteriovenous graft, or the like. In various examples, an arteriovenous graft is used in a hemodialysis method.
