Abstract
Il existe de nombreux implants utilisés pour la fixation tibiale des greffons tendineux utilisés pour les reconstructions des ligaments croisés. Ces procédés comprennent les boutons, les agrafes, les vis d'interférence (métalliques et biodégradables) et les fixations hybrides (par exemple, vis et agrafes). Tous ces procédés présentent de nombreux inconvénients. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation tibiale permettant de fixer directement le greffon sur la corticale du tibia. Il présente l'avantage d'obtenir une fixation tibiale et fémorale simultanée des greffons sans aucune étape supplémentaire pour la fixation tibiale du greffon (c'est-à-dire que les fixations tibiale et fémorale ont lieu au même moment) ; ainsi, il permet d'économiser du temps et des efforts. Il permet un réglage fin de la tension du greffon après avoir été fixé par un mécanisme que nous avons mis en place pour transférer un mouvement rotatif en un mouvement linéaire. Il peut être fabriqué à partir de biomatériaux, et à partir de matériaux qui peuvent induire une formation osseuse pour permettre une cicatrisation précoce du greffon. Nous avons pris en considération le fait que ce dispositif doit être facile à appliquer, sûr pour le patient, tolérant pour la greffe de tendon, utilisable pour tous les types de greffes, utilisable pour les greffes courtes faites à partir d'un seul tendon, adapté à toutes les longueurs de tunnels tibiaux, adapté aux greffes primaires et aux greffes de révision.
