本发明的一种面料的着色方法及面料成品,通过提供了一种新的染洗方法和工艺,不仅可以实现对多种成分的面料同时均匀上色,还可以实现对直接绗缝缝制而成的未上色半成品面料进行整体均匀上色;在攻克了手感欠缺,色牢度不达标,深色上染不均匀等问题的同时,做旧的褪色效果更为明细,颜色层次感更为明显。做到手感变软的同时,颜色层次感较为明显,和全棉成品相比有较为明显的做旧褪色效果,这些优点在深色产品上体现的尤为突出。同时,本发明所提供的着色方法,能够用比较低的温度直接染洗绗缝缝制而成的未上色的半成品,以达到褪色做旧的外观。不仅克服了传统技术中,对绗缝缝制后未上色的半成品再上色时,因为对温度要求较高而难以完美实现的难点,还使着色后的成品的效果更佳。The coloring method and finished fabric of the present invention provide a new dyeing and washing method and process, which can not only realize the uniform coloring of fabrics of multiple components at the same time, but also realize the uniform coloring of uncolored semi-finished fabrics directly quilted and sewn as a whole; while overcoming the problems of lack of hand feel, substandard color fastness, uneven dyeing of dark colors, etc., the fading effect of old-fashioned fabrics is more detailed and the color layering is more obvious. It not only overcomes the difficulty in the traditional technology that the uncolored semi-finished products after quilting are difficult to achieve perfectly due to the high temperature requirements, but also makes the effect of the colored finished product better.
