Torsion arm assembly for a cord making machine and method for manufacturing the torsion arm assembly A torsion arm assembly (100) for a cord making machine (16) for combining a plurality of wires (11, 12), the torsion arm assembly (100) comprising: at least one torsion arm for rotatingly guiding at least one wire (11, 12) of the plurality of wires (11, 12) around a major axis (101) of the cord making machine (16), characterized in that said torsion arm comprises a groove (112, 116), embedded in the torsion arm, adapted for receiving the at least one wire (11, 12) for said guiding.
