Description

DESCRIPTION
Title of the Invention
TABLET DISPENSING DEVICE FOR WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Technical Field
[0001] The object of the invention is a tablet dispensing device for wastewater management systems, which is characterized in that it includes a connection in the form of a cap nut for mounting the device on a sewer revision, and a controller and motor controller to control the position and frequency of actuation of the tablet pusher, connected to each other, with the motor controller also connected to the motor.
Background Art
[0002] Various types of tablet dispensing devices are known to be used in systems for wastewater management, such as those shown in the Chinese utility model CN215048992U, which describes a dispensing device for a slow-release solid substance release used in wastewater treatment equipment, and the device includes a container, a pushing and shifting device, a limiting element for the shifted part, a wedge-shaped material guiding groove, a material transfer device material, a metering transfer track, a feeding system, a moisture-resistant screen, and a floating support. However, the solution presented uses a pre-tank from which the tablets are transported to the track. This is realized with using a rotary feeder containing tablet slots. In addition, solution is technically advanced, using several stages to transport the tablets, which increases the probability of failure of the entire process and forces the use of more mechanisms, which increases costs. The description does not also provided information about mounting the device to a sewer revision, which may make the device more difficult to access, clean and install. It does not describe also the use of a controller and controller to manage the process of transporting the tablets, which may make it difficult to automate the process. [0003] In contrast, US patent application US5206168A describes aa mechanically driven device that transports a biological tablet underground, into an underground denitrification chamber. However, the solution presented uses gravity to move tablets into the denitrification chamber by releasing a spring-loaded locking pin. There is probability that this element will jam, which can cause uncontrolled placement in the denitrification chamber of more tablets than assumed, exposing the user to financial loss. In addition, the description does not provided information about mounting the device to a sewer revision, which may hinder accessibility to the device, its cleaning and installation. Also not described is the use of a controller and controller to manage the tablet transport process, which may make it difficult to automate the process.
[0004] In contrast, Chinese utility model CN204281461 U describes a device for wastewater treatment containing an L-shaped directional channel. However, in the solution presented, there is no information about the use of the device's connection for dispensing tablets to the sewer revision. This may cause difficulties with accessibility to the device, its cleaning and installation. Also not described is the the use of a controller and controller to manage the tablet transport process, which may make it difficult to automate the process.
