Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de fabrication de panneaux stratifiés ondulés ayant une ou deux feuilles opposées et une couche de mousse polymère centrale. Au moins une des feuilles opposées est ondulée. Les ondulations sont au moins partiellement remplies d'un mélange réactif qui est au moins partiellement durci pour produire un polymère chargé solide ayant une densité d'au moins 500 kg/m3 dans les ondulations. Une couche de formulation de mousse est ensuite distribuée sur la feuille ondulée opposée et durcie pour produire une couche de mousse polymère collée à des zones plates de la ou des feuilles opposées ondulées et au polymère solide chargé dans les ondulations.
