Abstract
Un appareil lithographique comprend un système de projection et un système d'inspection qui comporte un système de rayonnement, un système de circuit photonique intégré et un système de détecteur. Le système de projection projette une image d'un dispositif de formation de motifs sur un substrat. Le système de rayonnement dirige un rayonnement vers une cible sur le substrat pour générer un rayonnement diffusé à partir de la cible. Le système de rayonnement comprend une source de rayonnement pour générer un rayonnement et un système optique pour focaliser le rayonnement sur la cible. Le système de circuit photonique intégré comprend un système de guide d'ondes intégré sur une carte et un coupleur de rayonnement disposé au niveau d'un guide d'ondes du système de guide d'ondes. Le coupleur de rayonnement lance au moins une partie du rayonnement diffusé dans le système de guide d'ondes. Le système de détecteur reçoit le rayonnement diffusé provenant du système de guide d'ondes et génère un signal de mesure sur la base du rayonnement diffusé.
