Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé approprié pour le recyclage de déchets textiles, les déchets comprenant des fils de polyester contenant un colorant, le procédé comprenant une première étape dans laquelle les fils de polyester sont traités avec un solvant pour extraire une partie du colorant des fils de polyester, une deuxième étape dans laquelle les fils de polyester traités par solvant sont soumis à un procédé dans lequel le polyester est dépolymérisé en un ester oligomère constitué en moyenne d'entre 3 et 30 unités monomères, dans lequel la partie restante du colorant est éliminée de l'ester oligomère par adsorption sur une matière particulaire qui est en mélange avec l'ester oligomère, et une troisième étape dans laquelle l'ester oligomère est séparé de la matière particulaire comprenant le colorant adsorbé, fournissant ainsi un ester oligomère décoloré approprié pour la repolymérisation, constitué en moyenne d'entre 3 et 30 unités monomères.
