- the physicochemical properties of the oil exhibits good pour point, acid value, oxidative stability and boiling point which is more than 390 °C. It also possess ideal viscosity at temperatures between 40 °C and 100 °C, and provides good viscosity index for the base oil and lubricant, which are the limiting factors for a base stock. Studies showed that these properties were improved by adding Jojoba oil to lubricating oils resulting in widening the scope of its utilization in developing lubricant formulations.
- the results from testing jojoba lubricant as an additive to 10 W oil products show good specification in terms of commercial standards.
- the bio-lubricant has high flash point (832 °C), viscosity index (8.848), lubricity, and low pour point of (5 °C), having also a flash point of higher than the characteristic of the commercial lubricant having high viscosity index (397), and low pour point of (5 °C). It was found that the bio-lubricants produced were comparable to the commercial standards for Hydraulic oil SAE 10W lubricant

- Ozonation can typically be carried out with an ozone generator under suitable conditions such as time, ozone concentration and flow, temperature and the agitation of the reaction mixture that can be adjusted with conventional techniques. It has been noted that ozonation improves thermal and oxidative stability of the composition which in turn makes it an excellent lubricant for internal combustion engines.
- ozone+ Lube oils provide excellent protection under high torque and high stress conditions of the engine. It is specially formulated for reducing wear, inhibition of rust and corrosion along with tremendous thermo oxidative stability to prevent deposits, sludge and varnish. So it gives the smoother drive with the feeling of a newer vehicle engine experience.

- a method for producing the lubricating oil composition of the invention comprising the steps of: providing Jojoba oil, Castor oil and liquid Lecithin separately, ozonation of the foregoing components, and blending the ozonated components to form the composition. Ozonations are preferably carried out in the presence of a protic solvent such as alcohol and/or water.
- the present invention pertains to an engine oil for a motor vehicle comprising the composition as described above in admixture wtih a base oil (standard oil) which can be a mineral or synthetic oil.
- the present invention provides use of the composition according to the present invention as a lubrication oil in an internal combustion engine operating with benzin, diesel or hydrocarbon gases.
- the lubricating oil composition according to the present invention has several of advantages, especially if it is added to a base oil of an internal combustion chamber. Viscosity of the lubricating oil is decreased while increasing fuel efficiency, in particular the fuel efficiency at low engine rotation. Besides, wearing of the sliding members is reduced while obtaining a high- temperature oxidation stability.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition d'huile lubrifiante comprenant de l'huile de jojoba ozonée et de la lécithine liquide ozonée. Un effet amélioré est obtenu si de l'huile de ricin, de préférence ozonée et éthoxylée, est ajoutée à la composition. La composition d'huile lubrifiante de l'invention réduit la consommation de carburant, offre une protection contre l'usure et confère une stabilité à l'oxydation à haute température ainsi qu'une viscosité réduite dans des moteurs à combustion interne.
