Description

Inspection mirror and inspection device

This application claims the priority of the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on May 29, 2023, with application number 202310624933.7 and application name “Inspection Mirror and Inspection Device”, all contents of which are incorporated by reference in this application.

Technical Field

The present disclosure generally relates to the field of medical devices, and more particularly to an inspection mirror and an inspection device.

Background Art

In clinical practice, endoscopes are often used to examine the location and condition of lesions in the internal cavities of the human body. Existing endoscopes are divided into ENT endoscopes, oral endoscopes, dental endoscopes, neuroscopes, urethral cystoscopes, resectoscopes, laparoscopes, arthroscopes, sinusoscopes, laryngoscopes or colposcopes. When gynecological diseases need to be examined and diagnosed, hospitals generally use colposcopes for examination, screening and diagnosis.

Colposcope, also commonly called vaginal endoscope or vaginal microscope, is an instrument used clinically to check for lesions in vulvar tissue, vagina, and cervix. Colposcope examination is performed under the illumination of its own strong light source, and the image is magnified and displayed through the display device, so as to observe the smaller lesions of the vulva, vagina, and cervix that are invisible to the naked eye, so that doctors can more easily and accurately judge the symptoms; in addition, acetic acid can be applied locally on the cervix to observe whether there is white acetic epithelium, whether the boundary of the white acetic epithelium is clear and whether it is relatively thick, and the location of the lesion can be analyzed by observing the boundary and thickness of the white acetic epithelium; in addition, biopsy sampling of cervical and vaginal tissues will also be performed under colposcope.

However, existing colposcopes are generally large and expensive, which limits their use scenarios. In the current situation where doctors are encouraged to practice in multiple locations and hospitals are encouraged to provide rural diagnosis and treatment services, they cannot meet the portability requirements. In addition, the existing colposcopes have a single light color, which cannot meet the current requirements for rapid diagnosis of various medical testing methods.

In this embodiment, the inspection mirror can be used in conjunction with a dilator. According to the present disclosure, an inspection mirror that is convenient for lighting and photographing in the vagina can be provided.

In this embodiment, the inspection mirror may also be called a vagina inspection mirror, a vagina inspection device, or a vagina lighting and photographing device, etc. In this embodiment, the operator may be a doctor, and the inspection mirror may be used in the inspection department of a hospital or may be carried by the operator for use outside.

In this embodiment, the inspection mirror can be used to illuminate and photograph the vaginal cervix, and transmit the photographed pictures and videos to be displayed on a display and stored.

A second aspect of the present disclosure relates to an inspection device comprising the inspection mirror of the first aspect of the present disclosure.

Hereinafter, the inspection mirror involved in this embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a perspective schematic diagram showing an inspection mirror 1 according to an example of the present disclosure. Fig. 2 is a perspective schematic diagram showing another viewing angle of the inspection mirror 1 according to an example of the present disclosure. Figure 4 is an exploded schematic diagram of the inspection mirror 1 involved in the example of the present disclosure. Figure 5 is a front view of the camera module and the lighting module involved in the example of the present disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , in some examples, the inspection mirror 1 may include a housing 10, and the housing 10 may have a chamber. In some examples, the housing 10 may be in the shape of an elongated strip. This makes it easier for an operator to hold and operate the inspection mirror 1 with one hand, and at the same time enables the inspection mirror 1 to have better portability. In some examples, the housing 10 may be in the shape of a column, such as a cylindrical column, a quadrangular prism, or a hexagonal prism.

In some examples, the inspection mirror 1 may further include a control module, a camera module and a lighting module, and the control module, the camera module and the lighting module may be disposed in a chamber, that is, the control module, the camera module and the lighting module may be accommodated inside the shell 10 .

In some examples, the control module may be electrically connected to the camera module and the lighting module, respectively. In other words, the control module may control the camera module and the lighting module respectively through circuit signals.

In some examples, the lighting module can be used to provide a lighting source for the camera module. For example, when the camera module is shooting and recording at the vaginal cervix, the lighting module can provide lighting light so that the camera module can perform normal shooting operations.

In some examples, the lighting module can emit lights of multiple colors. Specifically, the lighting module can switch back and forth between lights of multiple colors. For example, when the camera module needs white light for shooting, the lighting module can emit white light; when the camera module needs blue light for shooting, the lighting module can switch the white light to blue light.

In some examples, referring to FIG. 1 , the housing 10 may have a window portion 110, and the window portion 110 may be light-permeable. In some examples, the window portion 110 may be located within the field of view of the camera module, and the window portion 110 may provide a light path for the lighting module. In other words, since the camera module is disposed inside the housing 10, when the camera module performs a shooting operation, the camera module may obtain an image outside the inspection mirror 1 through the window portion 110; similarly, the light emitted by the lighting module may be irradiated on the vaginal cervix through the window portion 110, and reflected back to be captured by the camera module so that the camera module obtains a clear image.

In some examples, the control module can control the camera module to perform camera photography through electrical signals, and can also control the lighting module to switch between lights of multiple colors through electrical signals.

In this embodiment, by arranging a control module, a camera module and a lighting module inside the housing 10, the components inside the inspection mirror 1 can be better protected; The window portion 110 can provide a window for the camera module to shoot and a light path for the lighting module, and the window portion 110 can also protect the camera module and the lighting module; the control module controls the camera module to shoot and controls the lighting module to illuminate, and can control the lighting module to switch between multiple colors of light, so that the color of the light can be switched according to the actual inspection needs. Since the diseased tissue of the human body will be greatly distinguished from the normal tissue under the irradiation of different colors of light after treatment, the different colors of light can enable the operator to find the lesion position of the human body more quickly, thereby improving the operator's diagnostic efficiency and accuracy.

In some examples, the housing 10 may include a first housing component 11 and a second housing component 12, and the first housing component 11 and the second housing component 12 may be detachably connected to form a chamber of the housing 10. In this case, by providing the detachable first housing component 11 and the second housing component 12, components such as a control module, a camera module, and a lighting module can be conveniently assembled in the chamber of the housing before the first housing component 11 and the second housing component 12 are assembled, and after the assembly is completed, the first housing component 11 and the second housing component 12 are combined so that each component is better protected in the chamber of the housing 10.

In some examples, the window portion 110 may be located near the end of the first housing component 11 (see FIG. 1 ). Thus, the influence of holding the inspection mirror 1 on the photographing operation can be reduced.

In some examples, a sealing portion 101 (see FIG. 3 ) may be provided at the connection between the first housing assembly 11 and the second housing assembly 12. Thus, the inspection mirror 1 can have good sealing after the first housing assembly 11 and the second housing assembly 12 are combined, so as to reduce the probability of liquid penetrating into the interior of the inspection mirror 1, thereby better protecting the components inside the inspection mirror 1. In some examples, the sealing portion 101 may be a rubber gasket with the same shape as the connection between the first housing assembly 11 and the second housing assembly 12.

420d。In some examples, the lighting module may include a lighting lamp 420 (see FIGS. 4 and 5 ). The lighting lamp 420 may be used to provide lighting light for the camera module. In some examples, the number of the lighting lamp 420 may be multiple. For example, as shown in FIG. 5 , the lighting lamp 420 may include a lighting lamp 420a, a lighting lamp 420b, a lighting lamp 420c, and a lighting lamp 420d.

In some examples, each illuminator 420 can emit light of different colors. For example, when the operator needs white light for illumination, the illuminator 420a can be controlled to emit white light, and so on, the other illuminators 420b can also emit light of other colors under the control of the operator. In some examples, multiple illuminators 420 can also emit light of the same color together to increase the intensity of the illumination light.

In some examples, multiple lighting lamps 420 may be arranged around the camera module. In this case, the lighting lamps 420 are arranged around the camera module so that the light emitted by the lighting lamps 420 is consistent with the shooting direction of the camera module, thereby providing balanced lighting light for the camera module to capture images or videos of higher quality.

In some examples, the multiple colors of lights emitted by the lighting module may include white light, blue light, and green light. In this case, the lighting module emits white light to provide normal lighting for the operator, and the lighting module emits blue light and green light to improve the diagnostic efficiency of the operator.

In some examples, the lighting module can emit white light, which can be used to provide normal lighting for the camera module, and the white light will not affect the color of the cervical tissue, thereby facilitating observation by operators.

In some examples, the lighting module can emit blue light. During a gynecological examination, acetic acid is usually applied to the cervix before the examination. The diseased tissue in the human body will turn white after the acetic acid is applied. Under the illumination of blue light, the whitened tissue will be more obvious than under the illumination of white light, and will form a clear contrast with the normal tissue. Therefore, the blue light emitted by the lighting module can help the operator diagnose the location of the lesion, and can improve the operator's diagnostic efficiency and accuracy.

In some examples, the lighting module can emit green light. Generally speaking, capillaries on human tissue will appear more obvious under the illumination of green light. Therefore, using the lighting module to emit green light for filtering inspection can confirm whether the patient has abnormal blood vessels, which can help the operator diagnose the location of the lesion and improve the operator's diagnostic efficiency and accuracy.

It should be understood that the colors of the light emitted by the lighting module are not limited to the colors exemplified above, and the lighting module can also emit light of other colors according to the actual use requirements of the inspection mirror 1.

In some examples, referring to FIGS. 3 , 4 , and 5 , the camera module may include a camera 310 and a lens hood 340 , wherein the camera 310 is used for capturing images, and the lens hood 340 is used for reducing the influence of light on the camera 310 .

In some examples, the lens hood 340 can be arranged around the camera 310. In this case, the lens hood 340 arranged around the camera 310 can reduce the influence of the bright light emitted by the illuminator 420 on the shooting of the camera 310, thereby reducing the influence of the illuminator 420 on the imaging quality of the camera module.

In some examples, referring to FIG. 4 , the upper end 341 of the lens hood 340 may abut against the window portion 110. In this case, the light emitted by the illuminating lamp 420 and reflected from the window portion 110 can be reduced. Entering the field of view of the camera 310, thereby further improving the imaging quality of the camera module.

In some examples, the material of the lens hood 340 may be a black, light-proof material, thereby being able to better shield the light emitted by the illuminating lamp 420 .

In some examples, the camera module may further include a lens cover 320 and a bracket 330 (see FIG. 3 ) for fixing the camera 310 on the circuit board 210, wherein the bracket 330 may be electrically connected to the circuit board 210. In some examples, the lighting lamp 420 may be fixed to the bracket 330 via the light board 410.

在一些示例中,控制模块可以包括MCU(即单片机或微控制单元)。 In some examples, the control module may include an MCU (i.e., a single chip microcomputer or a micro control unit). The MCU is used to receive an operation signal from the operation module 220 and send control instructions to the camera module and the lighting module.

In some examples, the control module may include a circuit board 210 (see FIG. 3 ). The circuit board 210 may also be referred to as a circuit board or a PCB board, and the circuit board 210 is used to provide a conductive circuit for each component in the inspection mirror 1. In other words, each component in the inspection mirror 1 may be conductively connected to the circuit board 210.

Fig. 6A is a front view showing the inspection mirror 1 according to the example of the present disclosure. Fig. 6B is a side view showing the inspection mirror 1 according to the example of the present disclosure. Fig. 6C is a rear view showing the inspection mirror 1 according to the example of the present disclosure.

In some examples, the inspection mirror 1 may further include an operation module 220 disposed on the housing 10. The operation module 220 may be connected to the control module. Thus, the operation module 220 enables the operator to send an operation instruction to the control module, thereby controlling the camera module and the lighting module.

In some examples, the operating module 220 may be disposed on a side of the housing 10 opposite to the window portion 110. Thus, when the operator holds the inspection mirror 1 for inspection, the operating module 220 may be located in an area that can be operated by the operator's thumb, thereby improving the convenience of operating the operating module 220.

In some examples, the operation module 220 may include a plurality of buttons disposed on the surface of the housing 10. In other examples, the operation module 220 may also be a touch screen or a joystick disposed on the surface of the housing 10. Thus, the operation module 220 may be conveniently manipulated in a variety of operation modes to achieve functional control of the inspection mirror 1.

In some examples, the operation module 220 can be connected to the circuit board 210 to control the camera module to perform camera photography and control the lighting module to perform lighting.

In the following, taking the operation module 220 including a plurality of buttons as an example, the process of the operation module 220 controlling the inspection mirror 1 to realize the inspection function is described in detail.

In some examples, referring to FIG. 3 , the operation module 220 may include at least one button 221. The operation module 220 may include a button pressing plate 222. The button 221 may be disposed on a side of the button pressing plate 222 close to the second housing assembly 12, and the button pressing plate 222 may be connected to the circuit board 210.

In some examples, the operator presses the button 221 to send a control signal to the circuit 101 through the pressing plate 222 to control the power on and off of the inspection mirror 1 and the operation of the camera module and the lighting module.

In some examples, the number of keys 221 may be plural, and each key 221 may represent a function.

In some examples, a button indicator light that can display the corresponding button function can be set on at least one button 221. For example, as shown in FIG6A, the plurality of buttons 221 can include a first button 221a, a second button 221b, a third button 221c, a fourth button 221d, and a fifth button 221e. Among them, the first button 221a can be a power on/off button, the second button 221b can be a shooting and recording button, the third button 221c can be a focus button, the fourth button 221d can be a lighting button, the fifth button 221e can be a light change button, etc., and the corresponding function can be realized after pressing the corresponding button 221. For example, when the first button 221a is pressed, the button indicator light on the first button 221a can light up, thereby indicating that the inspection mirror 1 is now in the state of power on and running; similarly, when the fifth button 221e is pressed, the button indicator light on the fifth button 221e can light up.

In some examples, the color of the light of the button indicator light can match the color of the light emitted by the lighting module. Specifically, when the light emitted by the lighting module is blue, the light of the button indicator light of the fifth button 221e can also be blue, and when the light emitted by the lighting module changes, the light of the button indicator light can also change accordingly. In this case, by observing whether the button indicator light is on or the color of the light of the button indicator light, the operating module 220 can interact with the current operating action, so that the operator can more clearly know the current operating state of the inspection mirror 1, thereby improving the convenience and visibility of operating the inspection mirror 1. In addition, it can also make it easier for the operator to check the position of the button 221, reducing the possibility of button errors.

In some examples, the positions of different buttons 221 may be interchangeable, so that the positions of different buttons 221 can be set according to the usage habits of the operator.

In some examples, the housing 10 may have a button hole 121 (see FIG. 3 ).

In some examples, a plurality of buttons 221 may be disposed on the button hole 121. The buttons 221 may include: The contour of the key hole 121 can be adapted to the contour of the key hole 121 so that the housing 10 forms a smooth and compact connection with the key 221 at the key hole 121. In this case, the overall surface of the housing 10 of the inspection scope 1 can be made smoother, so that the assembly of the inspection scope 1 with other devices (such as a dilator) can be more convenient, and the risk of reducing the service life of the key 221 due to greater friction during the assembly of the inspection scope 1 to other devices can be reduced.

In some examples, the button 221 may be sealed to the button hole 121 , thereby preventing pollutants such as human body fluids, germs, etc. from entering the interior of the inspection mirror 1 through the gap between the button 221 and the button hole 121 .

In some examples, the button hole 121 may be located in the second housing component 12, and the button 221 may be arranged on the second housing component 12 in a manner of being engaged with the button hole 121, that is, the button 221 may be arranged on a side opposite to the window portion 110. In this case, when the operator holds the inspection mirror 1 with one hand for inspection, the button 221 is just located in the area where the operator's thumb can operate, thereby facilitating the operator to press the button 221 with the thumb for operation, thereby conforming to ergonomics.

In some examples, the mark on the button 221 can be formed by using a groove glue dripping process, thereby reducing the problem of wear of the button 221 mark due to friction when the button 221 is used in conjunction with the expander 2.

In some examples, referring to FIG3 , the window portion 110 may include a light-transmitting sheet 111, and the light-transmitting sheet 111 may allow the window portion 110 to have good light transmittance. In some examples, the light-transmitting sheet 111 may form a good seal for the window portion 110. Thus, it is possible to better reduce the contaminants from entering the interior of the inspection mirror 1.

In some examples, the light-transmitting sheet 111 may have a hydrophobic coating, so that the window portion 110 can have good hydrophobic properties. In some examples, the hydrophobic coating may be provided on a side of the light-transmitting sheet 111 facing outward.

In some examples, an anti-reflection film may be covered on the light-transmitting sheet 111, thereby enabling the window portion 110 to have better light transmittance.

In some examples, the light-transmitting sheet 111 may be a glass lens made of a glass lens material.

Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram showing a use scenario of the inspection device 100 according to the example of the present disclosure. Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram showing a side view of the dilator 2 according to the example of the present disclosure. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram showing the separation of the inspection scope 1 and the dilator 2 according to the example of the present disclosure.

1。The present disclosure also relates to an inspection device 100, which may include the inspection device Mirror 1.

In some examples, referring to FIG. 7 , the inspection device 100 may include a dilator 2 and an inspection scope 1. The inspection scope 1 may be used in conjunction with the dilator 2, and the dilator 2 may be a vaginal dilator. In this case, the dilator 2 may be used to better dilate the tissue cavity (e.g., vagina) of the human body, thereby providing a field of view and space for the inspection scope 1 to perform filming or inspection.

In some examples, the dilator 2 may have an expansion component 201 and a gripping portion 202, wherein the expansion component 201 may be used to expand and support the vagina, and the gripping portion 202 may facilitate the operator to hold and operate.

9 , the expansion assembly 201 may include an upper leaf 201a and a lower leaf 201b, which may be opened to expand the vagina to form an inspection channel 204. In some examples, the inspection channel 204 may provide a field of view and space for the inspection scope 1 to take pictures or inspect.

In some examples, the lower leaf 201b may be connected to the grip portion 202. In some examples, a first preset angle α may be provided between the lower leaf 201b and the grip portion 202 (see FIG. 8 ). The first preset angle α may be greater than 90 degrees and less than 120 degrees. For example, the first preset angle α may be 95 degrees, 100 degrees, 102 degrees, 110 degrees, or 117 degrees. In some examples, preferably, the first preset angle α between the lower leaf 201b and the grip portion 202 may be 102 degrees. In this case, after the operator holds the grip portion 202 in a natural form with one hand, the lower leaf 201b and the arm can be basically in a straight line, which is more in line with the natural form of the human hand, thereby improving the convenience of the operator in operating the expander 2. In addition, when the operator holds and operates the dilator 2 with one hand to dilate the vagina, due to the existence of the first preset angle α, the hand can deviate away from the examinee (e.g., the patient), thereby better avoiding contact between the examiner's hand and the examinee.

1。In some examples, the gripping portion 202 may have a accommodating cavity, and one end of the accommodating cavity may have an opening 203 (see FIG. 9 ). In some examples, the accommodating cavity may be a sealed structure in other directions except the opening 203. In other words, the gripping portion 202 is connected to the outside only at the opening 203, and other positions may be sealed structures. In this case, when the inspection mirror 1 is placed in the accommodating cavity of the gripping portion 202, contaminants that flow out from the inside of the vagina along the expansion component 201 are not easy to enter the accommodating cavity and contaminate the inspection mirror 1.

In some examples, the inspection mirror 1 can be disposed in the receiving cavity of the grip portion 202. Specifically, the inspection mirror 1 can be placed in the receiving cavity of the grip portion 202 through the opening 203 and can be detachably connected to the grip portion 202. The holding portion 202 is placed in the accommodating cavity. Thus, the convenience of assembling the inspection scope 1 and the dilator 2 can be improved.

In actual applications, in order to improve the inspection efficiency and accuracy of the operator, the expansion component 201 of the dilator 2 needs to be inserted into the vagina to expand the vagina. In order to prevent cross infection, the dilator 2 is usually not reused, that is, the dilator 2 is generally a disposable medical device. The inspection mirror 1 is reused as much as possible for cost considerations. In view of this, the inspection mirror 1 and the dilator 2 of this embodiment are designed to be detachably connected, the dilator 2 is a disposable medical device, and the inspection mirror 1 can be reused after necessary disinfection. When in use, the inspection mirror 1 and the dilator 2 are assembled together; after use, the inspection mirror 1 is separated from the dilator 2, the dilator 2 can be discarded, and the inspection mirror 1 can be disinfected for the next use.

In some examples, referring to Fig. 8, the other end of the grip 202 away from the opening 203 may have an observation window 205, and the observation window 205 may be provided with a light-transmitting plate. Thus, the other end of the grip 202 away from the opening 203 can form a sealed and light-transmitting end.

204。In some examples, the observation window 205 may be aligned with the inspection channel 204 , that is, the observation window 205 may be opened toward the inspection channel 204 formed by the upper leaf 201 a and the lower leaf 201 b .

In some examples, after the inspection mirror 1 is placed in the accommodating cavity of the grip portion 202, the window portion 110 of the inspection mirror 1 may correspond to the observation window 205, that is, the window portion 110 may fit the observation window 205. In this case, the window portion 110 can be aligned with the inspection channel 204, and the inspection mirror 1 can take pictures or inspect the vaginal cervix through the light-transmitting plate.

In some examples, the plane where the window portion 110 is located may have an angle with the central axis L2 of the housing 10. In other words, referring to FIG. 6B , the first axis L1 orthogonal to the plane where the window portion 110 is located may have a second preset angle β with the central axis L2 of the housing 10.

In some examples, the second preset angle β can be the same as the first preset angle α. That is, the second preset angle β between the first axis L1 and the central axis L2 can be equal to the first preset angle α between the lower leaf 201b and the gripping portion 202. In this case, when the inspection scope 1 is used in conjunction with the dilator 2, the plane where the window portion 110 is located can be roughly orthogonal to the inspection channel 204 formed by the opening of the leaf 201a and the lower leaf 201b, thereby enabling the inspection scope 1 to obtain a better shooting angle and shooting field of view. In addition, when the operator holds the gripping portion 202 in a natural position with one hand, the convenience of the operator in operating the dilator 2 and the inspection scope 1 can be improved.

221。In some examples, the material at the position on the expander 2 corresponding to the operating module 220 may be Therefore, it is convenient for the operator to observe the buttons 221 on the operating module 220 through the expander 2 .

In some examples, a position on the expander 2 corresponding to the operating module 220 may have a protruding button contour, the button contour may be elastic and have a preset key travel, and the operator may press the button 221 on the inspection mirror 1 by pressing the button contour.

In some examples, referring to FIG. 6A , FIG. 6B , and FIG. 6C , the housing 10 may be provided with an interface 102 , which may be used for data transmission and charging.

In some examples, the interface 102 may be electrically connected to the control module, and the interface 102 may be used to perform data transmission and charging for the control module. Thus, the inspection mirror 1 may be able to perform data transmission and charging through the interface 102 .

In some examples, referring to FIG. 3 , the inspection scope 1 may further include a silicone gasket 13 , and the silicone gasket 13 may be sleeved on the interface 102 to protect the interface 102 .

In some examples, the inspection mirror 1 may also have a wireless charging coil, so that the inspection mirror 1 can be wirelessly charged. In some examples, the inspection mirror 1 may also transmit data with an external device via Bluetooth.

In some examples, the external device interacting with the inspection mirror 1 may include a mobile phone, a tablet, a notebook, a desktop computer, or other devices with a display screen.

In some examples, the control module may include an image processor for processing the captured image. In some examples, when the inspection mirror 1 transmits data with an external device through the interface 102 or wireless Bluetooth, the image obtained by the image processor can be directly displayed on the external device. This facilitates the operator to observe and diagnose the inspected part in real time.

In some examples, the external device may include software that can interact with the inspection mirror 1, and the software can operate the inspection mirror 1. In this case, by operating the software on the external device, the inspection mirror 1 can also be operated, thereby making the use of the inspection mirror 1 more convenient and diversified.

In some examples, referring to Fig. 3 and Fig. 7, the inspection mirror 1 may further include a transmission line 50, which may be detachably connected to the interface 102. In this case, the images captured by the inspection mirror 1 may be transmitted via the transmission line 50, and a power source may also be connected via the transmission line 50 to power the inspection mirror 1.

In some examples, see FIG. 7 , the inspection mirror 1 may be connected to the computer 3 via a transmission line 50 . The captured image is uploaded to the computer 3, and the computer 3 displays the image in real time on the display screen 31. In this case, the operator can intuitively obtain the lesion location and lesion characteristics by viewing the image displayed on the display screen 31. Thus, the diagnostic efficiency of the operator can be improved.

In some examples, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 6B , the housing 10 may have a protrusion 104, and the protrusion 104 may be disposed at an end away from the viewing window 110. In this case, when the operator holds the housing 10 and applies force in a direction away from the viewing window 110 to disengage the inspection scope 1 from the engagement with the dilator 2, the protrusion 104 can apply a blocking reaction force to the operator's hand, thereby making it easier for the inspection scope 1 to disengage from the dilator 2.

In some examples, the protrusion 104 may be an annular step or flange formed at one end of the housing 10 away from the viewing window 110. In some examples, the annular step or flange may surround the housing 10 by one circle or half a circle. Thus, the convenience of manually separating the inspection scope 1 from the dilator 2 can be improved.

In some examples, the protrusion 104 may be disposed on the first housing component 11. In other examples, the protrusion 104 may also be disposed on the second housing component 12. In some examples, the protrusion 104 may be disposed on both the first housing component 11 and the second housing component 12.

In some examples, referring to FIG. 6B , the housing 10 may have a clamping portion 103, and the clamping portion 103 may be disposed on the outer surface of the housing 10. In some examples, the clamping portion 103 may be a protrusion formed on the outer surface of the housing 10.

In some examples, the inner wall of the accommodating cavity of the grip portion 202 may be formed with a snap-in groove, and the snap-in groove may cooperate with the snap-in portion 103. Specifically, when the inspection mirror 1 is placed in the accommodating cavity of the grip portion 202, the snap-in portion 103 of the housing 10 may snap-in with the snap-in groove of the accommodating cavity. In this case, a relatively tight fit can be formed between the inspection mirror 1 and the accommodating cavity, thereby improving the firmness of the assembly of the inspection mirror 1 and the dilator 2. In addition, it is also convenient to disengage the inspection mirror 1 and the dilator 2 by manually applying force.

In some examples, the inspection scope 1 and the expander 2 may also be connected in other ways. For example, the inspection scope 1 and the expander 2 may be connected by a threaded connection. Specifically, the housing 10 of the inspection scope 1 may have an external thread at the end away from the window portion 110, and the accommodating cavity of the grip portion 202 may be formed with an internal thread at a position close to the opening 203. After the inspection scope 1 is placed in the accommodating cavity, the inspection scope 1 is rotated so that the external thread and the internal thread are screwed together, thereby fixing the inspection scope 1 to the accommodating cavity. In this way, the assembly of the inspection scope 1 and the expander 2 can be completed by a threaded connection.

205。In some examples, the number of turns of the external thread and the internal thread can satisfy: After the accommodating cavity of the holding portion 202 is formed, the window portion 110 of the inspection scope 1 can be attached to the observation window 205 of the holding portion 202.

In some examples, referring to FIG3 , the inspection mirror 1 may also have an indicator light 430. The indicator light 430 may have an indication function, thereby being able to better indicate the current operating state of the inspection mirror 1.
