- the viscosity of the general liquid matrix is between 100 and 300Cp. Under the effect of this viscosity, the width d and height h of the channel section must be above 0.6mm, otherwise the injection pressure will be higher than 2000Pa, which will cause injection difficulties and cause leakage of the atomizer assembly 40 during injection.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système d'atomisation électronique et un appareil d'atomisation électronique. L'appareil d'atomisation électronique comprend un ensemble d'atomisation, une chambre de stockage de e-liquide, un premier canal et un second canal. Le premier canal est en communication avec le second canal, et est utilisé pour injecter une matrice liquide dans le second canal. Le second canal comprend une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité, la première extrémité étant en communication avec le premier canal et le composant d'atomisation, et la seconde extrémité étant en communication avec l'extérieur et la chambre de stockage de e-liquide, et conçue pour évacuer un gaz de la chambre de stockage de e-liquide lorsque la matrice liquide est injectée dans le second canal. Le présent appareil d'atomisation électronique amène l'air dans la chambre de stockage de e-liquide à être évacué et permet à une matrice liquide de remplir la chambre de stockage de e-liquide pendant l'injection d'un e-liquide, de telle sorte que l'apparition d'un segment d'air dans la chambre de stockage de e-liquide puisse être empêchée, et que le taux d'utilisation de la chambre de stockage de e-liquide puisse être amélioré.
