Description
ANGEL ARM OF THE SURGICAL OPERATING TABLE
Technical Field
The invention relates to an interface system, which can be sterilized, can be mounted on the operating table or reduces the number of auxiliary personnel needed in the operation by gathering the cable-hose crowd formed as a result of washing the operation area with warm solutions during surgical interventions by placing them individually on mobile legs and positioning them around the operating table, giving warm serum to the patient, absorbing the liquids in the operation area, using different antiseptics in the operation area, using electrical devices such as monopolar-bipolar electrocautery, ligasure and administering a bolus of anesthetic substances to the patient in a single center, allowing the same to be managed with the monopoly of the operator.
Prior Art
In order to transport a device or solution in the non-sterile area to the sterile area in operating rooms when the number of personnel is low during the operation; the operator and/or the person directly involved in the operation must take off their sterile gloves, carry the device or solution they need to the sterile area, and then put on their sterile gloves again. This situation creates the risk of both neglect of the operation depending on time and cross contamination.
Generally, in operating rooms, non-sterile cables-hoses enter the sterile area from many points. Managing this crowd of cables and hoses, re-sterilising materials that have fallen on the floor or whose sterility has deteriorated, or retrieving the needed material from its defined area by going to the moment of need, may cause loss of time during the operation, especially in environments where the number of personnel is low, prolonging the operation and causing the patient to stay under anaesthesia longer, which may lead to an increase in the mortality rate.
In the patent document numbered JP2021035488A, which is in the prior art regarding the subject, a table on which the patient is placed is planned to support the movement of the tabletop with an articulated robot arm. The system is configured to communicate with a supervisory information management device to receive information indicating a specified patient position based on an image of the patient. The articulated robot arm is configured to move the tabletop to a position of the operating table top, which is a position of the table top at a time when surgery is being performed on the patient based on position information received from the examination information management device.
When the studies in the prior art are examined, it is generally focused on increasing the mobility of the operator and/or the patient during the operation in the operating room and providing ease of operation. Eliminating both the time-related risk and the risk of cross-contamination during operation is currently a serious requirement.
In the prior art, the angel arm of the surgical operating table and its advantages are not available, in addition, the angel arm of the surgical operating table can be mounted on the operating table, as well as on wheeled mechanisms, and can be positioned around the operating table in a mobile manner.

The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following detailed description. Therefore, the evaluation shall be made by taking this detailed description into consideration.
Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed explanation, angel arm of the surgical operating table is presented for a better understanding of the subject and in a way that does not create any limiting effect.
The invention is an interface system, which can be sterilized, can be mounted on the operating table or reduces the number of auxiliary personnel needed in the operation by gathering the cable-hose crowd formed as a result of washing the operation area with warm solutions during surgical interventions by placing them individually on
mobile legs and positioning them around the operating table, giving warm serum to the patient, absorbing the liquids in the operation area, using different antiseptics in the operation area, using electrical devices such as monopolar-bipolar electrocautery, ligasure and administering a bolus of anesthetic substances to the patient in a single center, allowing the same to be managed with the monopoly of the operator.
In its most preferred form, the present invention is an interface system that separates sterile and non-sterile areas, collects the cables and hoses used in the surgical intervention at a single point in the sterile area, can be used by a single person in cases where the number of personnel is insufficient and / or less personnel is required, eliminates time loss and cross contamination during surgery, improves working conditions, and increases employee and patient comfort during the operation.
In its more preferred form, the invention is a surgical operating table service arm (angel arm).
Figure 1 is the view of the sterile face (16) of the angel arm of the surgical operating table. The parts expressed with numbers in Figure 1 are as follows; 1 : angel arm head that can be separated from the operating table and sterilized, 2: fixation body on which the head sits, 3: carrier body that connects the fixation body to the operating table, 4: aspirator (absorbent) connecting interface, 5: warm sterile saline connecting interface, 6: warm diluted chlorhexidine connecting interface, 7: warm povidone iodine binding interface, 8: first injectable anesthetic bolus injection binding interface, 9: second injectable anesthetic bolus injection binding interface, 10: connecting interface for any liquid substance likely to be given as an infusion, 11 : sterile isotonic irrigation solution, 12: monopolar electrocautery connecting interface, 13: bipolar electrocautery ligation interface, 14: ligasure ligation interface, 15: hose, pen, cautery and ligasure hangers.
