Abstract

According to the present invention, in a second interlock apparatus of an elevator apparatus, a support member is located above and away from a second latch, and is movable in a direction parallel to the direction of opening and closing operations of a second landing door. A second unlocking member is supported by the support member and is displaced with respect to the support member as a result of being hit by an unlocking mechanism when a cage door performs an opening operation, thereby releasing the second latch from a second catch. A transmission mechanism transmits the movement of the second unlocking member to the second latch.

Description

Elevator Equipment

This disclosure relates to elevator equipment.

In conventional elevator systems, the opening operation of a pair of landing doors is prevented by an interlock device. The interlock device has a hasp, a latch, a fixed interlock roller, and a movable interlock roller. When the car lands on the landing floor and the pair of car doors open, the fixed interlock roller and the movable interlock roller are sandwiched by a vane mechanism. As a result, the movable interlock roller moves along an arc centered on the fixed interlock roller, and the latch is released from the hasp, unlocking the interlock device (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Patent No. 6758539

In buildings where elevator systems are installed, the floor height of one landing floor may differ from the floor height of other landing floors, which may result in differences in the height dimensions of landing entrances. Specifically, the first link 46 is connected between the rotation shaft of the second latch 33 and the rotation shaft of the second fixed side interlock roller 44.

The second link 47 is connected between the second movable side interlock roller 45 and the second latch 33. Specifically, the second link 47 is rotatably connected to the second latch 33 diagonally above the rotation axis of the second latch 33, and is rotatably connected to the rotation axis of the second movable side interlock roller 45.

From the state shown in FIG. 4, the second movable interlock roller 45 moves clockwise in FIG. 4 around the rotation axis of the second fixed interlock roller 44, causing the second latch 33 to also rotate clockwise in FIG. 4.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, the second latch 33 disengages from the second hasp 32, and the second interlock device 31 is unlocked.

Figure 6 is a front view of the car door device in the elevator device of Figure 1, viewed from the landing side. A car door frame 61 is fixed to the top of the car entrance 6a. A car door rail 62 is provided on the car door frame 61. The car door rail 62 is parallel to the width direction of the car entrance 6a and is horizontal. The width direction of the car entrance 6a is parallel to the opening and closing operation direction of the right car door 7a and the left car door 7b, and is the left-right direction in Figure 6.

The right car door 7a and the left car door 7b each have a car door panel 63 and a car door hanger 64. Each car door hanger 64 is fixed to the upper part of the corresponding car door panel 63. The right car door 7a and the left car door 7b are suspended from a car door rail 62 and open and close along the car door rail 62.

The car door frame 61 is provided with a car door interlocking mechanism (not shown) and a door motor (not shown). The car door interlocking mechanism mechanically interlocks the right car door 7a and the left car door 7b with each other. The output of the door motor is transmitted to the right car door 7a and the left car door 7b via the car door interlocking mechanism. As a result, the right car door 7a and the left car door 7b open and close.

The left car door 7b is provided with an unlocking mechanism 65. The unlocking mechanism 65 unlocks the first interlock device 21 when the first right-side landing door 8a and the first left-side landing door 8b are opened. The unlocking mechanism 65 also unlocks the second interlock device 31 when the second right-side landing door 9a and the second left-side landing door 9b are opened.

The unlocking mechanism 65 has a door stopper side vane 66 and a door pocket side vane 67. The door stopper side vane 66 and the door pocket side vane 67 are provided on the car door panel 63 of the left car door 7b.

The door pocket side vane 67 can move in the width direction of the car entrance 6a relative to the left car door 7b. The distance between the door stop side vane 66 and the door pocket side vane 67 changes as the door pocket side vane 67 moves relative to the left car door 7b.

The car door frame 61 and the left car door 7b are provided with an operating mechanism 68. The operating mechanism 68 moves the door pocket side vane 67 when the left car door 7b is opened or closed.

The unlocking mechanism 65 sandwiches the first fixed interlock roller 24 and the first movable interlock roller 25 between the door stopper vane 66 and the door pocket vane 67 when opening or closing the first right landing door 8a and the first left landing door 8b.

As a result, the first movable interlock roller 25 moves along an arc centered on the rotation axis of the first fixed interlock roller 24, and the first latch 23 rotates, unlocking the first interlock device 21. In addition, the first left landing door 8b can move together with the left car door 7b.

In other words, when the left car door 7b opens, the first movable interlock roller 25 is displaced relative to the first left landing door 8b due to contact with the unlocking mechanism 65, and the first latch 23 is released from the first hook 22.

In addition, the unlocking mechanism 65 sandwiches the second fixed interlock roller 44 and the second movable interlock roller 45 between the door stopper vane 66 and the door pocket vane 67 when opening or closing the second right-side landing door 9a and the second left-side landing door 9b.

As a result, the second movable interlock roller 45 moves along an arc centered on the rotation axis of the second fixed interlock roller 44, and the second latch 33 rotates, unlocking the second interlock device 31. In addition, the second left landing door 9b can move together with the left car door 7b.

In other words, when the left car door 7b opens, the second movable interlock roller 45 is displaced relative to the support member 41 due to contact with the unlocking mechanism 65, and the second latch 33 is released from the second hook 32.

FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram that shows a schematic diagram of the positional relationship between the first interlock device 21 in FIG. 2 and the unlocking mechanism 65 in FIG. 6. When the car 6 lands on the first landing floor 51, the unlocking mechanism 65 faces the first interlock device 21.

FIG. 8 is an explanatory diagram that shows a schematic positional relationship between the second interlock device 31 in FIG. 3 and the unlocking mechanism 65 in FIG. 6. When the car 6 lands on each second landing floor 52, the unlocking mechanism 65 faces the second interlock device 31.

The difference between the installation height of the second movable side interlock roller 45 from the landing floor at each second landing floor 52 and the installation height of the first movable side interlock roller 25 from the landing floor at the first landing floor 51 is within a set range. The set range is smaller than the vertical dimension of the unlocking mechanism 65. It is also more preferable that the installation height of the second movable side interlock roller 45 and the installation height of the first movable side interlock roller 25 are the same.

In such an elevator device, a support member 41 is provided above and away from the second latch 33. The support member 41 is movable in a direction parallel to the direction of opening and closing the second left landing door 9b.

The second movable interlock roller 45 is supported on the support member 41. When the unlocking mechanism 65 hits the second movable interlock roller 45, it is displaced relative to the support member 41, and the second latch 33 is released from the second hook 32. A transmission mechanism 36 is provided between the second movable interlock roller 45 and the second latch 33.

As a result, both the first interlock device 21 and the second interlock device 31, which is installed at a lower height than the first interlock device 21, can be unlocked by a common unlocking mechanism 65. This makes it possible to ease restrictions on the difference in height dimensions between multiple different landing entrances.

Furthermore, the first interlock device 21 and the second interlock device 31 are each disposed outside the landing door panel 13. Therefore, even if a glass window is provided in the landing door panel 13, the first interlock device 21 and the second interlock device 31 cannot be seen from the landing.

In addition, a guide body 34 is provided above the second landing entrance 52a. This allows the support member 41 and the second movable interlock roller 45 to move smoothly in a direction parallel to the opening and closing direction of the second left landing door 9b.

The transmission mechanism 36 also has a second link 47 that is connected between the second fixed side interlock roller 44 and the second latch 33. This allows the movement of the second fixed side interlock roller 44 to be transmitted to the second latch 33 with a simple configuration.

The first interlock device 21 may be disposed between the first right-side landing door 8a and the landing door frame 11, and the second interlock device 31 may be disposed between the second right-side landing door 9a and the landing door frame 11. In this case, the unlocking mechanism 65 is disposed in the right-side car door 7a.

In addition, the number of landing entrances with large height dimensions is not particularly limited and may be two or more.

Furthermore, the number of landing entrances with small height dimensions is not particularly limited. For example, the height dimension of the landing entrance on the lowest floor may be smaller than the height dimensions of landing entrances on floors other than the lowest floor.

Furthermore, there may be multiple types of second interlock devices 31 that differ from each other in the distance between the second latch 33 and the support member 41, i.e., the vertical dimension of the transmission mechanism 36. In this case, too, if the first interlock device 21 and the second interlock device 31 can be unlocked by a common unlocking mechanism 65, the same effect as above can be obtained. For this reason, the number of patterns of the height dimension of the landing entrance/exit may be three or more.

The car door device and the landing door device may also be single-leaf door devices.

In addition, the number of door panels in each of the car door device and the landing door device may be one or three or more.

Furthermore, the layout of the elevator system is not limited to the layout shown in FIG. 1. For example, the hoist 3 may be installed at a location other than the top of the hoistway 1.

The elevator system may also be an elevator system with a machine room, a double-deck elevator, a one-shaft multi-car elevator, etc. The one-shaft multi-car system is a system in which an upper car and a lower car located directly below the upper car each independently ascend and descend in a common elevator shaft.

1 elevator shaft, 6 cage, 7a right cage door, 7b left cage door, 8a first right landing door (first landing door), 8b first left landing door (first landing door), 9a second right landing door (second landing door), 9b second left landing door (second landing door), 21 first interlock device, 22 first latch, 23 first latch, 25 first movable side interlock device Lock roller (first unlocking member), 31 second interlock device, 32 second latch, 33 second latch, 34 guide body, 36 transmission mechanism, 41 support member, 45 second movable interlock roller (second unlocking member), 47 second link, 51 first landing floor, 51a first landing entrance/exit, 52 second landing floor, 52a second landing entrance/exit, 65 unlocking mechanism.
